Normally when you enter a Quick Trip someone greets or welcomes you, Not here! When I got to the register I had more than 2 items and the cashier didn’t offer me a bag. Chose not to ask for one since the cashiers were talking to each other & friends of theirs that were in the store. Management you may need to have a talk about customer service! Don’t stop here often & I remember why now - not my first not so great experience.

Pairs 10 bucks and still no gas on my carMade me feel like I was stupid explaining what was going on with the pump.Very rude of how you treat your customer.

The cashier who is a young guy totally lifted my spirits with the bad day I was having. I walked up with my purchase and he leans over and says “how to cats learn to swim” “the kitty pool” I so needed that today. Keep associates like him in the store for sure.

Cleaner than the one on Industrial. But it’s the same in the way that their shelves are normal stocked. Two entrances for quicker get away

They need to have the Diesel price on Google so when Im looking for cheap price on fuel then I can go to that particular fuel station. But overall Im glad quick trip is expanding through out Texas. I love quick trip because the fuel is clean no extra additives in the fuel & the fuel prices I like also.

The team here is usually efficient as ever. It was a little eye opening that the team on staff today didnt realize that a sedan is a (small car). I tried the curbside drop off app and watched the team go in and out the front door for about 5 -10 minutes with my ice cream. I couldnt get out with 1 kid asleep 1 awake. They finally called and said they didnt see my car, and when the lady arrived said she was looking for something bigger. 3 of them were looking directly at me and nobody could see the near empty front lot with a black mustang. I do wish they had given me new ice cream cups seeing as the ones that were prepared were starting to melt.

I visit this station all the time - yesterday I walked in, and walked back out to grab my cup I had left in my car. Once I got my drink I brought it to the counter where the store associate proceeded to charge me. I said This is a refill. He looked at me and smiled Are you sure? I saw you walk in here earlier and- clearly he was accusing me of lying. I told him to not worry about it and charge me whatever he needed. I was disgusted by his behavior. Had he checked the cameras he could see that I WAS NOT lying. You do not accuse a customer like this and embarrass them in front of other guests in the store! I absolutely will only stop here if I have too. I value customer service, and the associate at this store obviously needed more training!

Great service and extremely polite cashiers! Ariel is really good at what she does. The line is always moving when shes at the cashier and everyone leaves happy.

Went there yesterday and ordered the mocha frappe with extra shot which Ive done many times.It takes the guy a long time to make it and Im the only one with the order.After I get the drink its completely watery not a frappe at all and when I tell this to the person who made it he says Im just following direction and theres nothing I can do about it instead of fixing it.I went to a cashier a d got a refund wasted 20min for no reason.

Rude location and staff i purchased gas and a lighter after paying i left the lighter on the counter and wasnt even contacted by the employee while pumping that i left the lighter, once i come back for my left lighter I am informed that someone took it and i couldn’t get another one. I love QT but the customer service here is garbage.

Literally bought a sub sandwich from QuikTrip ate half...before I could wrap up the other half I saw I baby roach crawling in my food.... sick to my stomach and all they can do is give me my money back....no, I’m sorry or anything....I’m done with QT

How do you run out of ice cream durning summer time , just sayin

I went to cash in scratch off and they scanned the three scratch off and came back and said they could only cash out up too $100. This is understandable so they cashed out what they could and gave me the other two back. The next day I went to another QT and they said that someone had already paid on those. So at that time I went to this QT and was rudely helped by a young dark hair guy that was rude and very unhelpful . This store is where I had initially tried to cash them and they scan them saying they could not and the teller said that I had to go to the lottery commission that he could not help me and I explained I already spoke with a store manager at the other store and they said that the store would help me all they had to do was look at the video as I had the time and date when it was scanned. So I asked for a manager and a female manager named Ariel came and was extremely rude and said that she could not help me I would have to come back and talk to a real manager. Both of these workers were rude and very unhelpful I go to QT every day and spend a lot of money at QT I also own a company and have multiple fleet cards with QT and this is what I get in return I guess I need to think twice about where I go to get gasoline and other items and possibly return my fleet cards. I am not in need of the $120 They owe me from the scratch off’s it is just the point as I want it but I should not be treated like I am a thief when all I am trying to do is do business with this company so I guess we will see if I get my money but I will not return to that QT and very likely not to any other ones either.
