Went in just to look walked out with so much more!!! Fantastic staff who made sure all needs were met and great sales. My friend was able to get her husband shirts and the staff provided a box which will make for a great birthday surprise. I will definitely be back again!!!

The only reason I gave this location two stars is because I can’t give a store one star that sells my everyday outfits. But this one deserves it from the moment we walked in I have not had a single person acknowledge that we are here or that they have seen us. The Store manager has made eye contact with me 4 times and still hasn’t said a word if commission is earned here I feel bad for there pay checks since not a single person cares to speak. The great part is the manager finally said something when we were walking out the door. DONT SHOP HERE.

Very good experience! They greet you at the door and ask if youre looking for something. In my case, I was. So she took me over to the area, showed me what they had, and gave me time to decide what I needed. I bought a nice pair of work boots there, and Ill be going back!

Only place I buy my clothes very good selection and I always get what I go there for.

Went in after work today to get new steel toe, slip resistant boots. So, I find a pair that I think will work for me, and lucky me, it has a $20 off tag. So, I ask, as I always do, if they offer a military/veterans discount, which they do. Unfortunately, the veterans discount is less than the $20 off, so Im going to go with that, right? Wrong. The sale doesnt start til tomorrow. But, the tag is on, now. So...... Overall, not a good experience. Didnt/wouldnt honor their own advertisements. Just, poor customer service.......

Horrible customer service , sales associate trying to argue with me on what is considered a work boot and what is not when the tag clearly says it’s a work boot. Very unprofessional and not informed enough. How are you going to tell someone who works in the Trades for years what is a work boot and what is not ?

No cheaper than anyone else. The staff at the Burleson Tx location were no help. And the store was overcrowded. The ladies and mens items were all mixed in together it seemed like.

Place was super clean and neat. Elizabeth C was amazing to work with and she was able to answer all of our questions and went over and under to make sure we received everything we wanted.Mens restroom was super clean and smelt amazing.

This store is well designed and they have a good selection of apparel accessories and (most importantly) boots. The boot prices are pretty good and you can choose from several top brands (Justin, Ariat). The company has a fairly generous rewards program and seems to be open later (9 pm most weeknights currently). They were also running a promotion to support the troops when I was there 👍👍.The 3 stars at this location is due to the staff. There were 3 or 4 employees there and despite the fact that was clearly in need of input, none of them went out of their way to help. I mentioned a few times this was my first pair of cowboy boots and didnt know what to look for / how they should fit / etc. Not expecting to be entertained, but a little effort / personality goes a long way.

I bought a cowboy hat online to save me some shopping around. Been looking for a brown hat everyone wears black. Well no problem getting the hat the problem is that Ive been to this store twice to have the brim cut and shaped. Both times Ive had to leave for no one is available to cut hats. 1st time a young lady said Ill give it a shot she did great today they refused to help due to someone else was on the phone. Put the phone down and help the customer. But Im glad things happened the way it did for I got remarkable service from cavenders met the best hat man ever. No more boot barn waist of time

Went 20 minutes before closing with my husband to purchase some boots for him. We didn’t mean to go that late but we were running behind on our errands. 2 ladies were working the floor, I got one of the names, Estefania I believe and even though we were acknowledged when we walked in, no one offered to help us out. Not till 8:57 did one of the ladies asked if everything was okay. I know the exact time because I was rushing my husband. Not one smile was given to us, the reward program wasn’t offered until I asked about it and signed us up. I’d rather shop at another boot barn than go back to This location! Horrible customer service!

Needing a FR coat I called to see if there were any here because the website says they have them. The girl on the phone says that they have a lot more options online but they had 3 styles in store. I arrived and asked the sales lady that greeted me where they were located to look and see if there was one I would like and in my size. With a curious look she says to the best of her knowledge they didnt carry them in store and took me back to where they might be. None!

Great staff but the selection of boot soles are lacking. What happened to leather soles? Justin boots and ropers are a thing of the past? The one pair of mens and womens are black and made in china. I was saddened when my wife and I couldnt find any boots to go dancing in, they all have rubber non slip soles, just fancy dress shoes is all they are.

Above and beyond customer service! Asked about boot care and Shea actually had me bring 2 pair of my boots to the store. She conditioned them and rehydrated them right there in the store. She showed me how to do it so I dont ruin my new boots I just bought from their store!! Keep up the awesome work!!! You dont get good customer service that much anymore but Shea knocked it out of the park!!!

Close to the airport. I was able to stop by and grab souvenirs for my entire family in one store. Everyone that visits Texas, wants to leave with a reminder. What better way than western wear?? The staff was amazing!! They helped me quickly pick out last minute gifts. I will visit this store when I return!!

Folks here are always nice and helpful. Lots of variety of merchandise. Usually have a sale thats worth it.

Lots of country cool clothes, but they dont carry many options for athletic fit. I have bought two pair of boots here. Happy with both.

Not the best selection of sizes or styles

Elizabeth was the best help (she went beyond 5 star quality! ) and has won my boy friend and my business! The quality and options to get the right boots are beyond exceptional.

They are the only place I can find 3xlt or 4x western shirts for my dad. Clean facility. Friendly, helpful service. Prices are high but consistent with other western stores. Can usually find cloths for Dad on the discount racks at up to half off.

Great expierence during this stores Grand Opening weekend. I went in to find a good pair of Work Boots.Lauren was the employee who helped me, very knowledgeable and friendly, she helped me find several styles and brands. The Tony Lama 3R Grizzly Boots were the ones I bought and I am overwhelmingly happy with them. ( I wear them at work for 8-10 hours a day).Gettting $20 off on the Grand Opening weekend just made things better, and I also got some Barn Bucks to use on later purchase.I will be back.

There was one kid that was genuinely helpful. The rest hovered around without a word as though they were assuming you will steal. Wonder if they deal with a lot of theft or profile. Decided to spend my $550 at cavendars because of the actions of the majority.

First time customer had the worst experience ever make sure to check prices before you pay so the assistant manager dont make you feel embaranse because they made a mistake but you have to pay the consequences. I purchase a pair of boots the tag had a sales price and additional discount. How ever the assistant manager dont want to honor the prices she said we taking a lost already to take more off. I paid the price and feel so embarace and left the store. The sales associate was great .

Went in for a work shirt because they offered price match , well it turns out it dosent matter if its the same shirt it has to be the exact same color as well . Never heard of that . The guy that checked me out cared more for my personal info than he did about checking me out . I work for a huge company and could have gave this location ally of our business . Will not come back , I will drive the extra 10 min to go to Cadavars. Waste of time .

The Cashier was very rude at this location I felt very rushed with her and she was not friendly at all.. And the boots had a coupon of $20 off and she charged me the whole price and I had to back and tell her that it had a coupon and she was very rude about it. Never coming back here again.

I am very disappointed. I had an order that was possible going to be delivered by 12-24 but if not for sure by 12-28. Called on 24th nothing. Called on 28th and sales person said rudely if you did not get a call there is no order for you. Called on the 29th and talked to Stephnie and was told she would call where it was being shipped from and have them overnight and call me back. No call back. Called on 30th no order. Was told to call again tomorrow. For returning business you would think someone would want that.NOT HAPPY. Still no order.
