Went in because I had a hit & run. It was under the list on my insurance agency. They kept getting my car confused somehow, even with info being provided. Kept telling it would be ready the next each time I called. 4 work days of continuous push backs. Drove my vehicle and put a lot of miles & didn’t clean the vehicle after use. They did the bare minimum for insurance.

The shop was friendly, got my car done in a very reasonable time , and the work looked great . I would recommend them to anyone on body repairs.

Used them for a bumper repair from a fender bender (preferred vendor from State Farm). Excellent work, nice guys, timely work, AND they even really cleaned inside my truck.. Would use them again / and highly recommend them for future work done!

B&B is top notch. They had my car done in exactly the estimated time (actually a couple days before), did a great job, and completed what we discussed for the repairs. I got the car back looking clean and new - they really go above and beyond.But most importantly they fought with the dang insurance company for me! Insurance gave me half of what the damages were going to cost, and instead of asking me to just pay out of pocket for the remainder like some other places, B&B gets on the phone with insurance and has them settle for the rest. Couldnt believe it. Literally over $1k value in just that service alone.Could not be more pleased. Definitely take your car here for body work!

Got my car back looking good as new, even smelled new too after they thoroughly washed and wiped everything down. I deliver paint products to B&B Auto Body.

They are courteous, honest and straightforward about the repair needed and the timeline in which it can be repaired. Not only did the do a nice job on bodywork, they coordinated all off-site mechanical work and transported it between the two places for the work it needed. In the end, they washed and vacuumed the car and had it waiting for me when I arrived. They even helped me out on making the price less than expected. Rob, Troy and Amanda couldnt have been better in communicating issues that arose and stayed in touch to keep me up to date on things.

There is a sign posted that says God bless America, that is why I chose it to fix my car after the accident... I didnt feel too blessed as far as a customer goes, I was not even referred to by name ... one time I was the insurance company and when I picked my car up I was my make and model of car ... there also was an incident regarding transportation home where I was completely dismissed and had to find another way home ... however, I will say they do great body work and complete the work on the time frame given.

I have been using this shop for years. The folks here are always very knowledgeable and courteous to my needs. The repairs always look great when completed. If your looking for a shop this is the place you need to go to.

All in all, I had an awesome experience with B & B Auto Body! The entire team (Troy, Rob and Benjamin) was great and I was completely satisfied from the moment I walked into the shop until I departed with my repaired vehicle! I will definitely go back and recommend them to my family, friends and clients. Awesome job and greatly appreciated!

Love this place, really good at repairing car

My experience here was wonderful! The machanics and staff are phenomenal and passionate about what they do. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to get the job done PERFECT and in a timely manner. My car was in a front end collision and after getting the car back it looks far better than it even did before the accident! Body work PERFECT, paint match PERFECT, dealings with the other parties insurance PERFECT. I Highly recommend them.

Walked in and waited for a while since no one decided to be in the front office. 2 people who obviously walked in after me were helped before I was. After guy checked VIN on my car, he threw my keys on the desk on front of me instead of politely handing them over. 2 stars because he was able to find what I needed but customer service definitely needs improvement. When I asked if he could tape it back up, he replied Nah, theres not much you can do with them., even though another shop actually offered to do it for me. Dont waste your time.

I cant say enough good things about Troy and B&B Auto. Honesty in auto body work is hard to find and once I went there about 10 years ago I have never gone anyplace else. Highly recomend!!

I have used B & B many times. From small minor issues all the way to a major accident. I have never been disappointed. They are always so friendly and easy to work with. They have had to work with the insurance company before and they handled all of it. I had nothing to worry about. They do GREAT work. I would highly recommend them.

Was able to get a estimate that i needed for the insurance issue i am involved in.... BUT - my particular situation needed a most through report, i know for fact a fairly spendy item on the truck was broken and for paying for the estimate was a little ughed by the fact it was not listed.That aside, when i got the estimate and asked about the part that i knew about i was told - quote - i wrote enough to total it out - thank you body man but thats not what i paid you to do. I needed a full estimate on what a repair would cost, as a totalling out isnt in my situation, but a total cost of repairs was neededAgain as i stated my situation was odd but i am bummed about the service in that regard.

Great experience....couldnt think of a bad thing to say about B&B Auto no matter how hard I tried, as everything from their work to their customer service experience was first rate. We had the pleasure of working with Troy on the repairs for my wifes vehicle, and he was awesome. The fit and finish performed on our car were top notch, and on top of that-they even detailed the car in and out. Also, the work between the shop and our insurance company was seamless. Saying that I would recommend B&B would be an understatement, I actually would firmly suggest them. No matter where I am at in the DFW area, if I need any auto bodily repairs, Im going to B&B Auto!

Look I am gonna be straight forward. Thanks to a recommendation from my familys mechanic Dean from Lanes Auto body I was told to use B&B auto body when my wife got into an accident. And being that I trust him I did. Rob and Troy at B&B made my very frustrating experience turn into a very stress free scenario. Once my claim was set they took over and worked magic on my car. They made my baby brand new again. I will rate them a 10 stars out of five for they hard work and great service

If it was the comedic value that was being reviewed, Id give him 5 stars as he is a true comedian.I went to get an estimate and he said $5000 wich was fine as it was a respray of a whole.I returned a few weeks later saying that I had stripped the car and primered it and will have all the masking done (80-90% of work done) and asked how much he would charge...he thought for a moment and said Yes........it will be $5000 !! It was a difficult car to spray.He knew he had quoted me $5000 earlier when I would have done any prep work myself. I think he picks and chooses what he takes on which is his prerogative but not the best customer service or empathy

This place is awesome! Took my vehicle here after an accident and it was the easiest transaction i have ever had with a body shop! Troy is honest, helpful and knowledgable! He even went out of his way to repair my sunroof which wasnt damaged during the crash but was giving me issues! Highly recommend!

The sleezy mechanics want to make as much money as they can, they tried to rip me off and tried to charge me $400 just to raise my car and bend the side panel out, it would have taken 30-45 minutes with minimal effort and they wanted to charge me that much in an emergency, they want to take advantage of their customers.

Poor process. Gave us a time frame for completed work on our truck but so far has gone almost 2 weeks over that

Quoted me 200 dollars to replace factory emblems. I already had the parts, only about 30 minutes - 1 hour of labor to install. More expensive than a dealership
