Day six of a 15 day motorcycle ride. Pulled into Florence Oregon and found a leaking rear drive. Freaked out and somehow made it over to Eugene where these guys fit me into an already busy schedule. They had me out in four hours or so and save the day. On top of that they did additional safety diagnosis and found my left brake was down to 1.5 mm and recommended replacement which I gladly authorize. Hats off to these guys. They went above and beyond and I was able to finish my 15 day trip to San Francisco and back to Yakima Washington. Can’t say enough about their willingness to help and almost stranded stranger

This place has been blaring an alarm through the night for weeks. It goes all night. I can hear it from 7 blocks away. I even drove over there to confirm it’s them. And it is. It’s to keep homeless people from sleeping by the building but it also is keeping neighbors from sleeping.

Great local dealership for BMW motorcycles. Service department is fantastic and they are all very qualified technicians. Scott and Madelyn are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for any local motorist.

I dont typically use dealerships for service, as Im very proficient, but I took them my bike for a valve adjustment and cam work, and got it back running great, as one would expect from good servicing. Im very happy with the results and am happy to have spent my money there. Special thanks to Cesar and Harold for the hard work.

Nice folks, not overly friendly, but not bad either.. Their pricing was unusually high on odds and ends. Not the warm and fussy you get at some other other places. I guess if they had some cross town competition, they might change....

Top notch BMW dealer, easy to deal with.

I visited last week, after talking to these guys a couple of times on the phone. Scott and Mickey are awesome. They took the time to answer my questions, and remembered me on subsequent calls. I set up an appointment to test ride a G310R, and they made sure I understood the process and what I needed before driving all the way from Bend. The interaction and experience was good enough to put a deposit down on the G310GS coming out. Depth of knowledge on the not yet US released GS was good too, and Mickey seemed interested in researching aftermarket options that will be available for it (Rally Raid kit!). Cant wait to pick up my bike!

Upon walking in I was a bit disoreinted. The door most available to the parking lot opens to a room with a desk, thats really it. On this desk is a small note that says to go through the door on your left. If you do this it opens to the bathrooms down a small hallway. At the end of which is a beautiful sales room with bikes, attire, and merchandise. There are also some very delightful gentlemen there to assist in what ever you need. I was very pleased with both my products and service. Absolutely deserving five stars.

These guys are great!! Stopped in for a new face shield and they were so very helpful, even exchanging a part for me that I had ordered incorrectly from a different shop. I needed a small part to hold the shield in place and he came up with one. We installed it and it was no charge. Gotta love true motorcycle people

As a motorcycle enthusiast I go often to the European Motorcycles of Western Oregon, mostly to look at bikes, chat with the staff, see whats new. Ive been always welcome at the store, and staff has always entertained my questions, even if they had an idea I was not going to purchase anything on that day. And when I do purchase parts, accessories, or motorcycles (Ive purchased three motorcycles from them so far), they offer great service, such as was the case with my Schubert C3 Pro helmet when I lost a small part of it (great helmet, by the way). Ben serviced it on the spot and delivered it back to me clean as new.

They are as skilled as any other average mechanics yet charge twice as much. Parts and labor are unreasonably expensive.Service was good and most of the people are nice, but the prices are not.

Customer service is top notch.

I walked into the Eugene BMW shop after a 20+ year hiatus from motorcycle riding. I didnt know anything about modern motorcycles or how they had changed over the years. Scott Russel spent a great deal of time with me, asking questions and getting a feel for what kind of riding I was going to do. He never pressured me, nor did he act like I was wasting his time. Needless to say, a few weeks later, I rode away from the shop on a new-to-me BMW motorcycle. That was about five years ago and many, many miles have passed since. Im now the owner of three BMW motorcycles (2007 F650 GS, 2005 R1200RT and a 1972 R75/5 toaster) and Im really grateful for Scotts help five years ago.

I recently purchased a used R1200RT from European Motorcycles of Western Oregon and had a wonderful experience. Mickey York handled the sale. Mickey was professional, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and best of all, he did an excellent job of representing me, the customer. Most sales people that I run into are incompetent, lazy and shady. They often know less about the product they are selling than I do. Not the case for Mickey and the EMoWO staff. My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer to the store.

I was referred to this shop by my Royal Enfield dealer for emergency repairs that could not wait for a drive up to Salem. The first time I had a flat rear tire I took my bike here and was treated respectfully and efficiently.I called today because I have a flat again, on the same tire, that i suspect may have been caused by some kind of flaw around the valve stem. The guy that answered the phone didnt even let me get that far - he just informed me that i never brought my bike to them before and that they ONLY work on Ducatis and BMWs. Fine. Screw you guys, i will take my repair job to a shop that wants to work on it. Ill also let my actual dealer know that yall are not interested in the referrals.Really angry about the dismissive treatment.

2 weeks ago I call to price some tire and installation. I was told if i bought the tires from them and had them installed they would discount the tire price and since the install would be on the bike they would cut some money off the price of having the final drive fluid changed. I told them the discounted price was still $50 more then Revzilla and if they could come down I would buy from them otherwise I would just bring the bike in this week for the installation and fluid change. The counter guy said that was the best price and to just get them to do the mounting. I get the tires and call to make an appointment, I was told they would probably be about a 3 day wait in the shop when I made the first call so no big deal Im expecting that. Then the counter guy changes his mind and says they wont mount the tires because I didnt buy them from European Motorcycles of Western Oregon. When I ask about our conversation weeks before Im told thats always been the policy and that I must be wrong. Now they wont accept my calls or call me back. So if there is a problem now with my bike Ill have to take it another dealer in another town. It was bad enough paying their idiotic prices for oil and filters (even with the free funnel they always through in) but I did it because I have a BMW and knew some day Id be back for something major and wanted them to at least remember my face as a regular customer.

Wrong parts dropped my bike messed up every service. Will UPDATE IF THEY MAKE IT RIGHT.CALL ME PLS.working with me on this changed 1 to3

I will recommend to a potential customer. However, the staff needs to response right away. I noticed that no receptionist when I came it to be greeted.

Subpar service and customer care. 4 service visits resulted in 8 times taking my bike there because they could never get the service done right the first time. I will never go anywhere near there again. Level 1 service tech is the best for Ducati. Save yourself time and money and go to Portland and visit MotoCorsa where their Master Ducati techs will get it done right the first time.

Not accommodating. Needed emissions system part (still under warranty) offered to pre-pay for part, in hopes to only visit dealer once. Not receptive to order requested part prior to service order. Does not stock common/ high wear parts( my part needed FIT Half the Brand line up for a 8 year period!).If I was not knowledgeable in EFI theory and practice....probably would be fine! If your favorite answer is no you will love this place. I will just drive past them to get my bike worked on somewhere else. Just my 2 cents.
