Came in today to by a street bike. Walked out with a 2021 Kawasaki 900. Hayden and Nate Anderson are the best very thorough from the time I walked in to when I left. They are not like sales man or a finance person. It like talking to friends and no buying something. I would recommend this place to anyone who want to ride either on road or off-road. Its just a really great place with awesome people.

Just bought a Honda rebel 1100 from Ramsey Waite which I couldn’t find anywhere else and they made the experience incredibly easy. I was driving all the way from Spokane and they were easy to work with over the phone and I was in and out in under an hour when I got in. Hayden was great to work with, he was very honest and helpful. He went above and beyond to help in any way he could. The listing price was higher than other places but that’s because it included all fees and the price listed was what I paid out the door. 10/10 recommend.

Stopped in today to buy a headlight for my motorcycle an upgrade and the kid that was behind the counter instead of even bothering to look on his computer or look in the book said well you just thought I should go on eBay and look on there therell be the perfect headlight for ya on eBay. Its the crappiest customer service Ive had from a service center of any kind of vehicle in my entire life. I wont be returning there for any parts Ill be buying them from Salem or portland anywhere else but Eugene.

I came in to replace 2 tires on my quad. These people were a pleasure to work with AND they were short staffed AND still managed to get my tires done before the holiday. They have the stuff I need, the dirt bikes are cool with everything else like atvs and side by sides, although giving your bike to them for them to fix takes a long time and get it back

Great service, Dalton was great got me hooked up. There finance department rushed me in and there service department got my bike put together the same day it arrived.

Worst service Ive had at any dealership. I arrived and went inside, looked around for someone, and after a few minutes I found someone. They then told me to go around back. No one was around back. I unloaded the Yamaha, by myself, despite two guys in the shop.... Then I waited for service for several minutes before being helped. So not a great start. Then I get a call to pick it up. I go around back to pick it up and of course when I pull up no-one in the shop moves, so I just start backing into the shop figuring Im going to have to load it myself as well. Turns out, they didnt want me backing in, so one of them helped me load it. Once I get it loaded, I notice that it hasnt been put back together! I ask the guy helping me load it and he says he didnt work on it so he would ask. The other dude in the shop that didnt move says it wasnt together when it came in so whatever. He still doesnt move by the way. I have to go over to him for a conversation that was obviously bothering/inconveniencing him. So this Yamaha was at another shop (Ramsey-Waite is the closest Yamaha shop which is over an hour away) when they determined that my issue was a factory recall (fuel pump), so it needed to go to Ramsey-Waite Yamaha. Recalls need to be done at Yamaha. So the whole reason Im here is because of a factory recall after only driving 954 miles. AND Ramsey-Waite Yamaha doesnt think they should have to put it together. If I would have taken it to them first, they would need to take it apart, install the fuel pump, and then put it back together. So anyway, this is the mentality youre going to deal with at Ramsey-Waite Yamaha. If you can avoid this dealership, do it.

I purchased a new Turbo RZR 4 seater, it was a great experience, the color that I wanted was at a different dealership and Ramsey-Wait transported it, to their shop, detailed it and delivered it with a very thorough explanation of all the components including drive train, electronics, brake in time and services required in the future. I got a deal on the extended warranty which makes me feel better about any issues that I might have. So far the RZR has been bulletproof and a great time for me and my family. Keep up the great service guys !!

I had the best, hassle free experience I have ever had purchasing a new off road vehicle. Stan was incredible to work with. I feel as though he afforded me every available discount he possibly could. If you havent shopped here, you really should give them an opportunity to earn your business. I am certain it would be worth your while.

Had them put a new crank in my bike then sold it to a friend and he took it to a different shop for maintenance and they said “whoever put the crank in this didn’t tighten it down” very disappointing would not recommend them!

DONT BUY ANYTHING FOR THESE GUYS! The worst customer service ever. They dont return phone calls. Will not come down on theyre pricing. Very rude people to work with. I will never buy anything from them again. They want to change me $150. For a lost MCO but power motorsports in Sublimity is only changing me $25.

Provided a written quote for a Kawasaki vehicle good through the end of the month. I contacted them to complete the purchase well before the ‘promotional’ period ended and was told the price of the vehicle increased by $1k or 10% due to supply and demand constraints but the salesman instead suggested a lesser vehicle at the originally quoted rate. Hopefully Kawasaki corporate will point us towards an honest dealership or we’ll buy a Honda.

They have a different definition of MSRP and the M is not Manufacturer (...Suggested Retail Price).Example is a 2020 Grom advertised as MSRP for $3,899. MSRP by Honda Motors of US is actually $3,399. Since the bike was right there I made a cash offer not much lower than the true MSRP. We both acknowledged they were not honest about their definition of MSRP. The new kid couldnt convince the sales manager (the guy eating a banana on the sales floor during a pandemic) to even come down a dollar from their made-up MSRP. They wouldnt detail out the line items for the $500 markup either. Not cool. Not honest. I walked. Im sure theyre hoping for someone to 100% finance their made-up MSRP so they can get top-dirty-dollar as well as get them financed for a credit card with high interest for all the gear and goodies setting them up with a smile and pile of debt. My cash and repeat business wasnt worth it apparently.Always check true MSRPs right there on your phones google. Yes, there is freight (Honda *suggested is $190) and maybe $100 setup for their shop guys to unbox and oil up. $290 in any other city this size. Not $500, rebranded. The new kid was bragging about selling 8 bikes in just his first week, in February, in Oregon... so it cant be that they NEED the money, right? Bummer I cant keep my money local because I cant trust them.

Bought a 2017 CRF250L. Spent months coming in and looking, debating which dual-sport I needed. They were always very nice and NEVER pushy. After much research I decided on the CRF and could not have been happier. The buying process was painless and Ryan and George were great to work with.

Ramsey-Waite is just OK in my experience. Granted they did get my part quickly I just never feel comfortable in there. The vibe is weird so I am ordering my next round of parts from Procycle.

I buy all my John Deere stuff here. I have always thought the staff was nice and friendly. There is a nice salesman there named Bill who is very knowledgeable about the John Deere product line and landscaping in general.

My salesman George was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job at getting me the vehicle I wanted at a great price and fair deal on my trade in. Linda in finance went far above and beyond waiting for me to arrive after hours from my eight hour drive to pick up my vehicle and finish the paperwork. I am blown away by the overall experience I had with Ramsey-Waite and highly recommend them to anyone local or willing to travel for a great deal and even better customer service.

I went in with the intent to leave with a motorcycle. The salesman was so horrible I left. He had an attitude like he would rather be somewhere else and wouldnt bother putting any effort in to answering or looking up the few question I had. Between this experience and previous bad experiences here, I am fine coming here. I kept going back hoping things would change.... but nothing ever did.

From the scooter I bought off the showroom floor in 2002 to the continued parts and support on my Honda power equipment, Ramsey Waite has always treated me well and been responsive to my needs. You get what you pay for when it comes to service sales and support. I stopped buying power equipment parts online because the new parts department folks are amazing! Local shops like this only stay in business when they offer that special touch and Ramsey is second to none.

Ive since scheduled the repair & maintenance elsewhere, but I will give them another shot in the future. Thank you Robert for owning the problem.Original Review:I contacted Ramsey Waite to have my Stator replaced as part of a Suzuki recall and any additional maintenance needed, ie a easy money opportunity. They indicated they needed to order the part and that they would contact me in a few days. A week later, no call, so I call..they still cant locate the part. Fine, I wait another two weeks, still no call, so I call. I get the service department, they take my name and put me on hold for 10 minutes until they close, hanging up the phone. Contacted Suzuki, they assured me the part is in ready supply and should take no more than 3 days for delivery. Ive taken Suzukis recommendation to use another shop. Based on this experience, Ramsey Waite has lost this sale and any future purchases.

Ramsey Waite was excellent. They found the problem. What impressed me the most is they did an inspection and found what would have been a serious problem and safety issue had it been missed. I have been buying parts from Ramsey Waite for years, but this year I finally bought a side by side from them. Stan was my sales guy and he was very helpful. I already knew what I wanted and he was great. He didnt try to sell me extra stuff I didnt need but he gave a great deal on some accessories that I wanted. His parts guys are kinda laid-back, but in the end they know their stuff and if they dont have something in stock, they seem to get it in pretty quickly. Overall, I was impressed. I have since had my side by side serviced there and they were very fast and the price was resonable. Im not big on submitting online reviews, but I have bought many quads in the past from many places and from now on, Ramsey Waite is my place. By the way, their selection is really good for an Oregon dealer. Ask for Stan, I think hes been there awhile.

I bought my motorcycle from them in April 2017. The shopping process was easy enough. I enjoyed their selection and they helped fit me to a bike I felt comfortable on. When it came to the financing portion, things took a turn. My credit alert informed me that Ramsey-Waite did two hard pulls. I initially thought this wasnt a big deal as they would be counted as one, but this did cause me to question why this happened. As it turns out, there were two loans generated to my name, for the same bike. It took about two week, three phone calls and showing paperwork to get it straightened out.

They lost my rear wheel to my dirtbike and had to wait 3 months for them to get me a new one wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

On October 31st I purchased a Kawasaki mule pro FXR with the following accessories: light bar harness kit, cargo light, windshield, rear panel door, hydraulic bed lift,windshield wiper, bed extender and a Warner 4000 winch plus mount. The service dept said it would be ready in two weeks. I called them on the 5th day of the 3rd week. Turns out they needed authorization to order the harness for the wiper. Im now told it will be ready next week (Thanksgiving?) Nope. Its Dec. 4th and I havent heard from them. I made a huge mistake purchasing from Ramsey-Waite. Shop somewhere else!

The finance person had no idea of what the sales person and I had agreed apon as far as price, options, and titling! Over charged me $1200 but was very helpful in getting it returned! Besides the lack communication between the two(which we are human it happens);the overall experience wasn’t bad and now I have a pretty sweet quad!

Purchased a 2017 Honda Pioneer from Ramsey Waite. I easily could have bought the same unit from a different dealer in the state, but the owner followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase. I appreciate the personal service and glad I could buy local!

Called first regarding Honda parts I needed, was told no problem, they just needed to see the original to size match. Sent my wife with the parts I needed; they werent in stock and had to be ordered. When they came in, they werent even close to the right part, despite me sending what I needed. Had to pay an extra $60 for the right parts and wait another week for them to get in! 3 trips out there, all the way across town, and more than 2 hours lost wages because theyre closed on my days off! This place will NEVER get my business again, which is a shame because they had a motorcycle I was interested in purchasing until I got the run-around on parts! PLUS the 2 parts guys argued about whether or not my parts were even available because they couldnt decide what the symbols on the computer screen meant! Horrible service...

So disappointed what they done to me, after they pull my credit it will end up selling the bike to someone. they didnt even try to ask me if i want to put down for the bike so they can hold it for me. anyway if you want a good trusted dealership around oregon? go to SPORTS PLAZA.

This dealer was super awesome to deal with. I live about 5 hours from them, and when I got to the dealership my paper work was ready. They even put a lot of my accessories on for no extra charge. Great place to work with. They also had the best price and the price is what they said it was no hidden fees when you showed up to purchase the rzr. Make sure you ask for Brenden.

I love the little scooter I bought. I am female and I was greeted as I walked in the door. I see the reviews about females being ignored and it is not true. A salesperson was available as soon as I started to narrow down what I was looking at. The salesperson is new and really had not much knowledge on the vehicle. However, over the course of three days, every time I came in the salesperson was there and immediately greeted me and answered questions.The problem I had was that no one told me I would have to appear with CASH. If I had used my debit card, I would had to pay an additional $70. This made no sense to me. I wasnt told until the minute I handed over my debit card to pay for it. The other part was that there was a promotion by the Honda brand that I knew nothing about until the form was handed to me to sign the rebate BACK to the dealership.I couldnt understand why I had to bring cash and assign the rebate back. Im still confused by it.

I recently went there to get my yfz450 an oil change and full tune up and I found the service department did an amazing job very fast and efficient. I really recommend Dylan as your go to service tech, he specifically went out of his way to explain to me what exactly he did and tips on things I can do for preventive care! Would highly recommend.

You know what. I was going to write a review a couple of years ago because of the crappy service I got at Ramsey-Waite but I chose not to, until I started reading the owners responses about people not getting help etc, and him/her saying its not possible. I had a spindle go out on my John Deere riding lawn mower and I specifically called to get a quote to have it replaced. The Service manager took my model number, and I told him what part it was. He checked it out in the books and told me it would be $99. When I brought my mower in, from out of town, I made reference to the quote (same guy) and he confirmed the price. It was a simple job, take the old spindle out, put a new one in. I also told him that it was a brand new belt, that I hadnt even used yet, and asked them not to replace it. He called me several days later and told me my mower was ready and that it was $349.00. I was stunned. I told him that I specifically called and asked for a rough estimate. I understood that if something else came up, but this was a simple job. I reminded him of the quote and he said that I must have misunderstood him because the $99 was to diagnose the issue. I told him I never asked for a diagnosis, that I knew what the problem was and I just wanted the spindle replaced. He told me that they do a diagnosis on every piece of machinery that is brought in, which seemed odd to me if the owner knows what the issue is. I told him that I, again, specifically asked for a quote when I called, and again when I brought it in. He said he would take off the $99 but I was stuck with about $250 in repairs. When I looked at the bill I found out they replaced the brand new belt, that I asked them not to, and charged me for it. I still have the receipt to prove it. I vowed never to do business with the service department again, but I have a farm and I am usually sold on John Deere tractors. However, several months later I went to buy a subcompact tractor with multiple implements. I had about $25,000 to spend and half of it down in cash. I went to Ramsey Waite several times, to look at the tractors and could not get anyone to help me. I finally waited for someone who was available, and he took me outside and spent about five minutes with me. I asked if I could hear it run and see how the backhoe worked. It was the John Deere 1026r I believe with the backhoe. He said he didnt have the keys with him and he would have to get them, but he got distracted by another customer and left. I waited about ten minutes and left because he never came back. I checked out a tractor at a competitor, a subcompact with backhoe. The salesman came out right away, started it up, let me drive it around, showed me how everything worked and told me the pluses and minuses of this particular tractor. He spend 1/2 hour with me. He even encouraged me to go to Ramsey-Waite and see how their similar tractor compared (he was that confident in his product). I actually preferred the John Deere, but when I went back to buy it, several days later, I got that same service I got the first time. I stood out by the tractor for fifteen minutes, checking it out by myself. Employees saw me out there and it wasnt that busy. I went inside and spoke to an employee and told him what I was interested in and he just wanted me to sit in the office and ask me how much I could put down and told me about their payment plan. I had several questions about the product, most of which he answered, but when I asked to see the thing run he said he would find someone to help me and he took a phone call. Another employee came in and they spoke and both left. He told me he would be right back. I stood in the lobby for another ten minutes and I started thinking about how I got worked over by the service department and I left. My wife was with me the second time and she was more angry than I was. The next day I went and spent $25,000 at a competitors place buying the tractor from the place that was WAAAY more helpful.

Ive bought two bikes from here. Ive never had a problem with the sales department but the service dept is a different story. They told me my brakes were fine when the material was almost gone. Didnt install any of the parts I asked for. And didnt seem to do much else work on my bike.Bottom line, Im ok with buying a bike here but take it somewhere else to be serviced.

The staff was extremely helpful in getting the right parts for my bike. I even ask for the wrong part and the staff made sure that i got what i needed.

I finally got my brand-new Quad on May 30, 2014 and I love it. well I got my ATV back from them. had to take it in for its first checkup.which was a valve check and an oil change. love the work they do.

Helpful, friendly, better prices than up north. If they were open past 5pm on weekdays(and advertised it), they would get more working people like me to come in.
