After taking my Honda civic to a closer Honda dealer I was very stressed out because not only they could tell me what the problem was but also did a oil change when it wasnt needled ugh....I knew I had to drive a little farther to get better results and sure enough I drove to Kendall Honda the service advisors are knowledgeable of what are they doing. very attentive to the costumers he ask me some question abouut the problem took the key when out check it out and had an Idea of what could be the problem I had to leave my car he was very up front communicating to me the issues and the costs they fix my car I am extremely happy and my car is running smooth no more warning lights on my dashboard I would recommend Kendall Honda with out hesitation.. from this happy costumer

The service is great, and my service agent, Nicole, was outstanding! She was attentive, asked good questions, was interested in my concerns, and helped me with a discount which was much appreciated since Im disabled and live on a limited income. She called a Lyft for me and waited with me so I didnt have any problems entering the vehicle. She is definitely an asset to Kendall Honda. Never let her go!

The drivers door window stopped working on my 07 CR-V. I had bought it just under a year ago, from Kendall Subaru in Eugene, with an extended warranty. My service appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I dropped it off early in the morning. Before 9:30, they contacted me with the diagnosis of a failed window regulator motor. It wasnt in stock, but could be delivered the next day, from Portland. They recommended other maintenance services of rear differential oil, transmission fluid, and front brakes, which I approved. They were hoping to complete the work by 4:00 PM the next day. It was ready to pick up by around 10:30, with the window repair fully covered by the service warranty.I do wish the maintenance didnt cost as much as it does, but that can be said for every other dealership or shop. I know the work is done right, and my warranty isnt affected.The whole transaction was handled very professionally and courteously by Amanda, the service writer.

I bought a used car from Kendall Honda and had many things go wrong with it within two months, requiring a few thousand dollars of repairs. I was not happy with Kendall and made that clear.To my surprise, they reached out to me and made things right, going above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Indeed, a very satisfied customer. I discovered that Kendall is a company with integrity that will do what it takes to make sure buyers have a positive experience.We will definitely be going to Kendall for our next used car. The work that Kendall Honda did on my car, a new transmission, seems to be fine so far. It took a very long time to complete the job but I understand due to the circumstance of how long it takes to get parts. They had my car for 4 weeks. They called me after they received the parts and said a time frame of when it would be done, They called me two more times to say it was not done yet, each time extending the time. When I finally got my car, it was so very dirty from setting out side that I could not even see through the windshield. I didnt want to turn on the windshield wipers for fear of a muddy mess. They said they dont wash the cars because they dont know if the owners want their car run through the car wash. Well one of those times that they called me they could have ask. The car was dropped off very clean inside and out. They left their shoe coverings inside the car and obviously never used them every time they got in my car as the mats were dirty too. I was very disappointed to pick up my car after that long without one, to be so very dirty. They did give me a free pass to use their carwash. Whoopee.I will not use their services again.

This was hands down the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. I got the trade in value I wanted, the new purchase price I wanted, and was treated with respect and genuine appreciation the entire time by everyone involved in my car buying process. As always, Kendall Honda did a great job serving my vehicle (Lube/Oil/Filter) and making the additional repairs to the items I had requested (rotate tires, filters, wiper blades, brake light replacement). I opted to wait in their facility while all this was being done. It was clean, covid compliant, and they were still kind enough to offer coffee.

I had forgotten how slimy cars sales people can be so it was a a delight to actually find a business where the people were honest and up front about the final price of the vehicle. Everything was smooth sailing. I asked what the out the door price was for a cash sale and got the exact answer I was looking for. No hidden dealer marks ups, no Oh we put this special coating on the paint thats costs thousands of dollars and it non negotiable nonsense.. Just honest straight forward answers.

I called about a car on the lot they had it ready to go when i drove an hour to look at it. Paul Casey was very helpful and made the whole buying process very smooth i was probably in and out withing 1 hour in a half after test driving. I let him know i was pre-approved and what my down payment was and we signed papers and i got a new car well new to me lol. Update 9/28: The general manager spoke to me and apologized on behalf of all parties involved. While it did suck as to what happened, I am appreciative of Kendall Honda putting forth the effort to try and remedy the situation and in the future hopefully we will not have these issues again.Previous Review: I’m conflicted. While trading in my old CRV and purchasing my new Passport (which is awesome btw) was phenomenal. My selling agent (I think it was Bryce) and finance officer really did take care of me.However in more recent times I’ve been irritated by the fact that on 3 separate occasions I have been dead named (I am openly trans) even after asking them every time to change it to my current name. Having my dead name announced to everyone and then having to correct that is so embarrassing and frustrating as a trans person. In addition to this it wasn’t until today 9/28 that my service info for the passport was fixed. When I purchased the car I had gotten a premium interior package to help protect my car (cause I have two larger dogs) and every time they kept saying we have you down for your exterior sealant only.It’s common courtesy to be aware of your clients needs, ESPECIALLY after the first time of them telling you so. So forgive me when I say I am a little uncomfortable and feel disrespected.Edit: Deadnamed a fourth time when picking up rental car.

Want to sing the praise of Kendall Honda and their teammates Nestor and Rob. I was in town for a baseball tournament in early June. In a hurry, I managed to lock my keys in the trunk. Exhausting all other options, I had it towed to Kendall Honda where I spoke with Rob and Nestor in the service department. They suggested cutting a non-mech key to see if we could access the trunk that way. It worked! and for $25!!! Nestor then noticed my trunk release cable had been misplaced from prior, shoddy work and he was kind enough to take a few minutes to pop it back into place. i wish I lived there because they would be my go to. Nestor was gracious and kind enough to explain things about my car and their functionality when he could tell I didnt know. Top notch. Thanks guys!

Kendall Honda is top notch in my book! In March 2021, I took my Honda CR-V in for an oil change with Kendall as it was at 30%. Amanda, a service advisor, told me that they usually dont do an oil change until 15%. She said I could stay for the oil change or come back when it got to 15%. I decided to leave and go back to work. Amanda called me later that day to let me know that my service contract with Honda expired in June 2021 and that she made some adjustments to my file wherein if I got to 15% prior to June, I could come in and have the oil changed and it would be covered by the contract. In the middle of May, I was down to 15% and I had a code showing B16, so I needed a few more things done than just an oil change. When I called and told the scheduler my code, he gave me an appointment for early the next week. Lucky me, Amanda was my service advisor again and I was thrilled! The appointment took less than the time given and I felt very taken care of. Many thanks for Kendall Honda for having such a caring staff and kudos to the mechanics who make it happen!

I was able to get a repair at a local shop for less than half the asking price for the repair I was quoted and a oil change. The free car wash is nice and so are the associates but the repair aspect is pretty dicey. I would recommend going to a local shop. It almost felt like they were trying to get me to give up on my car so I would get a new one. Glad I got mine repaired instead of buying new.

Went to follow up on a used vehicle I was interested in..... And unbelievably, my visit went entirely unnoticed. Staff was so busy with...... Not sure, but I saw many customers sitting at empty desks or in waiting areas. No receptionist or anything like that to even check in with..... Is this what covid has done to this dealership?They may have good cars and good prices, but the service level has dropped off the deep end.

I came in planning on purchasing a car but wasnt sure if I would find what I wanted. Before reaching the door I was helped by a very nice gentlemen named Dorman. I told him the car in mind that I wanted to test drive and within 10 minutes keys were in hand and we were on the road. Whilst on the drive I basically already knew that this was the car for me so when we returned I told him this is what I wanted and we started that process. Now Ive heard all the stereotypes about a salesman pressuring and trying to add features that youre not entirely interested in onto the car but he never pressured me or tried sneaking things in at all. He clearly displayed and described everything out for me and within 4 Hours I drove off with my brand new 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback EX. It would have been out sooner but was having a problem with my personal insurance. I Recommend Kendall Honda very much I had a great experience.

It was a wonderful experience. I came on the lot not knowing what I was looking for and had a very specific list of must haves. Our sales consultant Andrew Brown was very patient with me didnt make me feel pressured. He wasnt selling me a car he was helping me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. I test drove a couple and found more must have I didnt realize I wanted. I left the lot with a make and model I wanted but wanted to be sure. 2 days later I returned and was driving home in my new SUV. No pressure no BS just friendly staff helping me along the way. Well yesterday I bought myself my first brand new used car and Judy and Jordan really helped me out and got me the best deal and prices and this exactly how my first car experience should go sooo Im so stoked and excited for my new car 👏👏 I always have such a good experience here. Also I had a crack in my window shield they talked about fixing it for me the entire time and told me someone would call me. 2 weeks went by nobody called me so I finally called them and they had no record of it. So makes you think they just wanted me to get the car and not honor what we talked about. Disappointed that I had to come back and add to my review. Maybe they dont actually care about the customer and there needs or else this would have been taken care of.

The service was excellent and they went beyond just service but checked out a problem I thought I have with the radio going out on my dirt road and it now works better. The brakes work great now, resolving another problem that I had. The shock replacement is appreciated. They aligned the tires so it doesnt wonder when I drive it.The service tech handled the procedure of checking my car in and called me when she, Rachel, told me that the problem with the brake system needed new rotors and with it being a Friday, the parts would be in on Monday and it should be finished later in the day. The car was ready to go when promised. Her courtesy to me was outstanding and she opened the door for me as I use a cane. Rachel was great and efficient.

If you want to pay sticker price with no negotiation and be low balled on your trade in, this is the place for you. Started this weekend on line, when we got there they switched sales person from who we had spoken to who knew what we expected for a successful deal. Still was speaking with positive words until we got to the actual negotiation, then it all changed to hard ball, no negotiation at all in the sticker price and total low ball on my trade. Felt like bullying. Went to Lithia Nissan and got what we wanted on our trade and appropriate negotiation on the new vehicle price. I would suggest you just start at Lithia and dont waste hours of your time at Kendall.

All went well waiting in Kendalls comfortable waiting area. When my Honda Hr-v was finished being serviced I was texted to come to the service counter.The oil and filters were changed out, and a multi point check had been done. I had put very few miles on my Hr-v this year of the Covid-19 and that had adversely effected my battery even though my vehicle is a 2020 model. I opted to deal with this myself and on the way out I was advised that the use of a Battery Tender would be a great help. I quickly purchased one, and now I am having no problems getting a full charge on my battery. I expect it will work even better when I decide it is time for a new battery. Overall, Id say a sub par experience. My salesperson Judy was great, but then they bugged me about my review by calling me repeatedly and werent able to answer the questions I had in regards to my paperwork status, or keep straight which customer they were talking to, as they said I had seemed happy when I came back into repairs to get a new battery after my purchase, which I had not done and thought was very odd. Some of the upholstery peeled off my center console within ten days of having the car, and there are stains on the interior of the hood of the car which I was led to believe were from chemicals they used to clean but were from engine coolant. So in summary, Im not incredibly happy with my overall experience and would recommend prospective used car buyers to be really thorough in their pre buy inspection.....Following this review they called my fiance repeatedly instead of myself, after telling myself and her several times that my paperwork was all set they then told us that they had lost it after I had driven the 2 hour round trip to hand deliver it to them. Then after resending it by email they said they couldnt find it again. Honestly youre probably better going to any used dealership in the state of Oregon than going here. Worst experience of my life. I highly advise going anywhere else. Steer clear at all costs.

Great buying experience. We first met Eddy inside and asked to see used CR-V. He brought us to a great 2016 CR-V Touring. We fell in love with the car. While looking around, Eddy was shadowed by Luke as Eddy is new which I thought was a great for training and improving the experience. We were going to think on it but decided to get some numbers to think on. We then met the sales manager Trevor. Really nice guy, broke down payments and we were able to get a great price.Next is finance, which from previous experience is very dry and boring and feels like an eternity. We met Tammy who was very cheerful even though it was after closing time. She was very thorough and kept us interested in what’s best described as boring number material. The process did not take as long as others and she handled basically everything for us.Their car wash was having some maintenance done so we brought it back and they used the Chevy car wash, detailed it and filled the tank. Will recommend this dealership for its friendly staff and quick process.

I have put off buying a new car for literally years because I hate dealing with car salespeople. It finally was time to upgrade my 21 year old car and I had the wonderful luck of getting connected with Ian Jarvis for my car buying experience. Ian is AMAZING. He was very helpful, he is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells, and mostly importantly I felt that he was very honest and not pushy or slimey in any way. Mark Weller was my salesperson and I couldnt have had a better experience with a car seller either!!! Ive had Salesmen that were pushy, overbearing and just wanted to sell a car so badly that they didnt care about my feelings or needs or wants etc...Not here!!! Took my 2014 Honda Civic in for service when several engine lights came on. A little over 2 weeks later, my car was fixed. Amanda in Customer Service kept me informed of progress and cost and arranged for a free rental car. Big thanks to mechanics who really hung in there to diagnose and fix a gnarly problem.

I usually have pretty good service here. There was 3 employees working the service counter and a line of customers. My issue was that they didnt really pay attention to who was in line and allowed other customers to cut. Once I did get up to the counter- after the whole line was gone - each of the employees kept their heads down and wouldnt help me for longer than it seemed to take with the other customers.I get that were all busy. But the least you could do was make sure people are helped in the order they came in.

Just got a 2020 CR-V EX and absolutely love it. David Gonzalez from Kendall Lexus was my salesmen and he was top notch. So easy to work with, and I loved how even though I started at Kendall Lexus I could stay with David as I looked at Honda’s. Jordan in finance was super chill and explained things. Best car buying experience ever. I’m going back for my next vehicle purchase for sure.

Was greeted by Brycen Hill, the salesman and he was able to show me a 2021 CR-V Hybrid that I was interested in. He was able to explain the options the car had and that there were two available. Very attentive and polite. We soon had a good rapport and I asked him how much of this I could do online to get the transaction going. I was able to send information from home and came back the next day to continue the deal. Very happy with the financial manager Jordan Rubenstein. He explained the many options available to me and the warranty and service extensions which I ended up being interested in after his excellent explanation. Overall very good experience.
