The biscuits were crumbly and moist. The gravy was delicious with a great pepper flavor. The beers were good, nice selection of sours. My only complaint is that it takes a while to get food out of the kitchen... But it was worth the wait.

Wow, cant say enough good things about Manifest and brewer, Brandon. Right from the start, Brandon treated us to a couple tastes of new brews. Its obvious that he loves what he does, and if youve been to enough breweries like me and my husband, the love and passion for craft sets one apart from the other breweries. Dont even get me started on their food! We had the Southern Charm which was a savory, barbecue-y, flavor bomb of deliciousness. The biscuit was fluffy, tri tip cooked perfectly and the country gravy is the best part. We will be back! No really, like Saturday. Well be back Saturday for the sour release!

I visited Manifest around the Track and Field championships in Eugene because of all the Biscuits and Gravy hype. However I just might have had my worse biscuit and gravy experience ever.First : I ordered the Oregonian and they were out of the lamb. But instead of telling me this immediately they took a sweet 10 minutes before offering to substitute mine with pork belly.Second: When the food did come out I was still excited, bit the veggies on my biscuit and gravy were very mushy, seems like the veggies were frozen and not cooked properly later. I just lost my appetite.Third : I also got the Bloody Mary and was quiet excited for it, but again they were our of tomato juice and instead of offering me another drink they sent one of their employees to get some (which I appreciate) and it took another 20 minutes. And I believe my Bloody Mary had no alcohol whatsoever, I was just given freshly purchased tomato juice. At this point I was so appalled by the service that I did not even complain and resolved to never visit this place again. For those seeking better biscuits Id recommend the Black Wolf Supper Club. Youd be spending a little more but at least get your moneys worth.

We stopped in around 6pm on a Friday night. We were able to order at the counter quickly, where the guy taking our order was beyond friendly and funny! Theyd just gotten a new point of sale system and were working out some minor kinks, but it wasnt a big deal as they communicated the issue and kept an upbeat attitude about it.We got the chicken press and tri tip press. Both were delicious. I got the drink special, which was also very good. Food came out quickly and without issue. My partner and I agreed well be back for the beer soon. Great addition to downtown!

The beer was great, food was also good. The service I get every time is impeccable, not sure if he was the owner or just a server but they’re always so friendly and attentive. This place is the best thing to happen to that corner of Broadway.

Amazing place! Small menu that hits the right spots. The owner Brandon is one hell of a good man, he believes and stands by what he loves. He brews the beer cooks the food and does all the designs. Great customer service and amazing beer. If you haven’t tried this place out, you’re missing out and definitely need to hit this family owned spot. It’s a gem that needs to be protected. Support your local businesses! Stop by and talk to Brandon, the appreciation he shows his customers is heart warming and makes his beers even better. Thanks again for the food and drinks Brandon. I will definitely hit this brewery whenever I am in the area. Peace and love baby! 🤙🏼

Tried having a cocktail with my family, not only did everything we wanted wasn’t available but (like everything else in the city) there are homeless people roaming everywhere and approaching patrons asking for change, unfortunately for us, this particular guy didn’t like to hear we didn’t change so instead he proceeded to spit by us and we got a nice whiff of his spit and even got some of it on us. Never again.

This food made me just pain happy. It was delicious and filling (but not too much.) It made me nostalgic for my childhood in Minnesota, I had the Midwesterner. The right portions of everything made it taste great. The gravy wasnt too sweet, or too salty, and was thick without being kludgy. And the huge biscuit was solid, but not too heavy and wasnt stale at all. When Im not on lunch from work, Ill try the beer next!

We were at Saturday market and looking for a place to escape the rain and grab a little bite to eat and let me tell you, thank goodness we did because Manifest is my new go to breakfast spot. I had the Northwesterner Biscuits and Slather. Packed full of wonderful flavors and just great people to be around as well. Brandon and the whole team really know what they are doing to keep people coming back!

Were to start... Bredon the owner and head brewer was so knowledgeable about his beer and the beer scene in Eugene. Provided tips on where to go in order to avoid the local macro breweries. My recommendations are to go for the hazy/Big IPAs and sours. If youre here on the last Friday of the month a larger is 1.50, and its perfect.
