Mask mandate is enforced. The employees are lovely. Granted, sometimes they may get fed up with outright rude or disrespectful customers, but who wouldnt? Especially in this part of Eugene. Theyve always been nice to me, and I will always be coming back! They also offer a little walk-in alcohol freezer and...they take Google Pay/Apple Pay! Surprisingly, a lot of places do NOT even accept this form of payment, and I dont give those spots a second a look. We dont live in the 90s anymore lol. Great little market and 5/5 stars!

I live in this neighborhood and used to go in here multiple time per week. When the mask mandate resumed because our hospitals are full of Delta victims, they ignored all safety protocols. The woman working evenings wears something that can best be described as a beaded mouth veil and lets everyone shop maskless. I’d rather drive across town than support a store that shows such flagrant disregard for customer safety.

Stop by weekly since it’s the closest to my neighborhood. Great employees always make the day a bit better!

The morning girl is the rudest person Ive ever encountered in customer service. She once yelled at me for giving her sticky change that wasnt even sticky. If you want great customer service, the girl who works at night is awesome! (i know their names but privacy here)

Great store! love all of the new renovations and the new milkshake machine. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I would love to give this store a 5 star. The owners are sweet and who doesnt love a family owned mom and pop store. BUT since the short brunette loves to be so disrespectful and rude to customers. Its now 2 stars. Went in tonight to get her attitude because someone just stole something. She felt that gives her a right to tell and punk customers. I turned around and walked out. I will never go back.Sad really since i live 3 blocks away.

This convenient store is handy in location however the parking is very cramped and always full. Gyro shop next door makes for a good lunch destination. Whats unique about Stop and Shop is the ice cream cones and old fashion milkshakes. Served from a scaled down ice cream bar they have several yummy flavors and worth the parking hassle on the hot days. Price is $$

Every single person that works there is super nice and helpful- Im short and often have to ask for assistance in reaching things- they are happy to help me out. Also, its next to Albees! Great Location! Cant go wrong...

Ive been building a deck in eugene for the last month and this little store is last store before I head up the hill where I am working. The staff is quite accommodating, we asked them to make more corn dogs because my helper and I like a warm but quick lunch and now they have them waiting for us when we come in. One lil gal in particular is so very nice that she is the reason we stop there every day even when we dont need to. She is so sweet and cheerful not to mention extremely easy on the eyes.

The people who work at the Stop N Shop are extremely friendly. I love them all. I recommend stopping in if you are in the area. You wont regret it!

Busy little place, only market on that street.

If i could give no stars i would this place has horrible customer service skills the employee is rude my son got pulled over today and got a ticket his first ticket may I mention in the parking lot of the establishment the woman came out of the store and told us that we were going to be towed because supposedly we were outside yelling when no one had yelled I was just trying to comfort my child she even told us that if we didnt leave that we were going to be towed there was no issue with us leaving I was waiting on my husband to get there with another licensed driver in my opinion she definitely could have handled the situation different and been a little bit more polite since we werent doing anything wrong and we werent trying to be in the way so I give this store the worst of the worst rating theyre horrible and have the worst customer service

Isn’t enforcing the state mandated Mask requirement, even the cashier wasn’t wearing one.Not a safe or sanitary place to shop.

Just right down the road always convenient love their pieces and fellows folks always cook it the way that they suggest let it sit for about 45 minutes before you bake it and make sure and pop the bubbles and not to mention the unicorn ice cream love it good job ladies

Used to be a great little family shop. New owners are just about money and they watch you the whole time like your going to steal something. Not my cup of tea.

Just got served by a tall brown haired woman who was completely disdainful of all her customers. She was cursing and angry.She overcharged $7 and didnt give us reciept. I am never going back!

I have been coming to this store for years upon years. Good selection and good prices, and conveniently located for a quick in-and-out experience. Fast and friendly service counts for a lot! ;)

SnS is just a chill mini mart. Peeps that work there are friendly, sodas and beers/smokes are decently priced. What more can ya say?

I just rode my bike down there to get some snacks for the day since my boyfriend whose google account this is has the car for the weekend, and last minute decided to grab a lunchable to snack on when i got home..... when I opened it, I caught a whiff of old air, so i looked at the expiration date- MARCH 3rd!!!!!! today is April 30th!!!!!! almost 2 months old!!!! ughhh yuck. so i suggest checking dates on EVERYTHING you buy from this place.Obviously theyre not rotating their stock or checking dates on their own.

Its too expensive. I would be happier if they had one more outside table, and more places to lock up bikes.
