I love coming to this 7eleven, its one of my favorite places to observe people and when they dont have food on the grill late at night, the employees are usually very friendly about making something for you.. as long as you are polite👍. A lot of college students get their first jobs here, I heard news it might be torn down along with the Glenwood restaurant 😢 I will be very heart broken if this happens 💔.

The 7-Eleven at 13th and Alder is a very friendly store. They do require masks but they will help you if they can if you dont have one.

The manager is very professional and even goes out of her way to treat everyone equally with compassion, even the homeless people who come around, the store is clean and the food is fresh.

No regard for food waste hungry people outside and they kick them off the property and call police on them while they throw food away. Dont support this location.

Nice people, Owner is nice. They refuse to accept containers illegally saying sorry we are full Oregon law requires them to accept containers all hours they are open and can not refuse to accept containers for any reason other then the few listed in the law. The law even specifically states they can not refuse to accept containers for the reason of being full. Get this one issue fixed, it would be 5 stars all the way.

Okay. Grab the edge of your seats.This 7/11 by far has the best employees of any 7/11 Ive been to. Theyre friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond. I live right next to here and have never had any problems.About the only negative thing I can say about this location is the amount of homeless that frequent it (due to its proximity to downtown)

Staff here are great, they have to put up with their share of people who loiter in front of store to beg everyone coming out for money/or cigarettes and the employees handle them professionally even when the persons become belligerent. Ive been coming here almost everyday when Im working for breaks during graveyard shifts. They have it tough and deserve credit for their hard work, from dealing with people trying to steal and fall down to the floor disrespectful drunk college kids. Store is always clean and rarely if ever out of stock. Ignore the bad reviews especially about the EBT cards being taken which is because they tend to be stolen or not belonging to the persons attempting to use them. Great selection of japanese candy and soup and noodle dishes in the freezer area.

GREAT 7-11! Been going there for 15 years. When reading the negative reviews, please take into account the apparent 1-sidedness of them. Disgruntled students being kicked out or whatever, likely drunk and belligerent themselves, as this is the norm for clientele at this location being right across from the campus.

The black kid with glasses is such a disrespectful punk, the owner needs to get rid of him.

This store stole my ebt foodstamps card and refused to give it back. The man i spoke to was incredibly rude and refused to answer any of my questions and i will never step foot in this store again.

This 7-Eleven has a cool neighborhood feel. The clerks are patient and happy. All the slurpy flavors you want. Oh thank heaven for this 7-Eleven.

The staff is great and the store is clean for a 7-Eleven. The store lost 2 points for the God awful pizza they sell. If youre gonna sell pizza, it shouldnt be worse than little Caesars.

Met the absoloute meanest employee of any store ive been to anywhere in my life. Some old mad whos obviously on drugs. Kicked me out for asking for dog water for 2 dogs he refused. Luckily a random lady bought me a water bottle because she witnessed this. I was told to never come back. First time ive ever been kicked from a store

The staff is very level headed considering the amount of drunk kids they have to deal with. A little more expensive than other shops but it makes sense because of their prime location

Just your run-of-the-mill, college campus, chain convenient store. Nothing to write home about.

Owner allegedly fired a manager for hiring black and trans workers against his wishes.

This placed has saved me of danger, hunger, extreme boredom and caffeine-deficiency. And its not just me...Working there serves more the community than the degree that Im getting at the UO.
