Amazing place to come for great deals on duck attire without getting over charged. However I have to give it a one rating because no matter if you go to the Eugene store or the Gateway store you have to have a degree in rudeness to work here. No one greet you no one says hello and it’s like you’re bothering them for them to do their job. Hopefully they will teach their people some customer service skills I’ve been coming to the stores for years and it’s never changed. The duck store has a way better atmosphere but is a little more expensive.

This is the place to go for good deals on quality Oregon gear. They often have great sales and their selection includes plenty of reasonably priced options.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have always wanted to give them my business as they are locally owned but I will never give them a dime of my money again. I had a product on hold that they put back in stock with out calling to notify me. When I called to ask why I was given a pathetic excuse and the sales guy hung up on me TWICE! The kid should be fired and taught a class on proper customer service. Locally owned but horribly ran!!
