Great service. Did a return and it was quick and stress free.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Called to check on your order and they had canceled it. No email, no phone calls. No notifications. Finally talked to someone in China or India and they said they canceled the order because they were out of the product. Deal with this horrible store at your own peril.

KEEP YOUR BOX!!!! Spent $150 on a pair of KD 9 and one of the air pockets on the bottom popped...called and asked about how to get them fixed and was told if I have the box they are willing to return and get me give me a new pair but with out the box I can take a hike! Seriously I need a box to have a shoe fixed 😡 will no spend my money there anymore and keeping going to footlocker

I absolutely love coming to this store. The staff is awesome and very helpful, Im never over looked, and always given lots of suggestions and tips. I come here often, mainly due to my teenage son. If I could have one thing be different, it would be to carry the Kyrie Irving shoes in Men sizes. I hate to order on-line, and pay extra shipping fees...

Limited selection of shoes and what they do have is limited on sizes. Most of what they do have in stock is priced between $150 - $200, and those items can be found at online retailers for much better prices.

Wish they had a better selection

I was looking for some running shoes and stopped in. The sales people were friendly. But the selection of running shoes was limited. This is a basketball shoe store #1. If this is what you need, then this place is for you.
