Ive been to this location several times. I like the self-service containers, A LOT! I bring own buckets, fill them with needed material, (sand, gravel, etc) pay and am on my way in less than ten minutes. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is a great place to get landscaping supplies. They have many sizes of bark and wood chips and will load it or gravel into your pickup. Shop local!

I really like this satellite location for quick access to smaller lots. The staff here have always been really nice 🙂

The cashier was funny, they had good prices on soil of various qualities, and there was a pretty employee or two. If I was willing to hit on a person at work, I would have, but its impolite because they have to be nice to you.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Kim and Party are extremely disrespectful and rude. Each of them have a terrible attitude. I was trying to get Kim to dump the sand in a specific spot in my truck and instead of listening she got mad at me and told me she knew how to do it and preceded to dump sand behind the tarp l had laid down instead of on top of it. Might want to get some employees who actually have a positive attitude and know how to treat their customers with dignity and respect. I will never go here again.

The driver was right on time, thats great with a 2 hour delivery window. No waiting all day.He dumped my 3 cu yds of garden soil right where I needed it to be.When I started putting the soil into my beds it became obvious that it was superior quality and I cant wait to see how my new plants do in this rich garden soil.Would recommend to everyone. Plus, go ahead and order more than you think you will need, Ive already recognized more places around my yard that would benefit from fresh, new soil.

Great composts, hands down. Delivery fee is a bit much... deliver driver is very friendly and helpful, though I can only say that most other employees both on the phone and in person at their location are rather friendly, some not so much, and all around not as friendly as the other customers I encountered there... actually not as helpful as the other customers either. If I had a pickup I’d have had a better experience but as I said to begin with, their composts are fantastic, though I’ve had to remove lots of plastic and broken glass as well as nails from where I put their yard collection compost. Not sure how that’s USDA Organic... must be some smoke and mirrors to do with the composting process because I’m sure all these plastic shards from apparent bottles, bins and tarps do not qualify as “organic”... all around, could definitely be better and could definitely be worse. I’m curious if plant materials are tested for residual or systemic pesticides before collection or before adding them to the mix... I’m glad they’re around. Tempting to give them 4 starts just because their business is rather unique and I appreciate it’s existence, but it’s a solid 3 stars for me if I’m approaching my review as if there are alternatives.

I love Lane Forest Products...They made putting are lawns together so much easier having somewhere so close to dump dirt, rock and debris as well as pick up bark all at the same location. And having the guys there to help unload allows me to get in out as quickly as possible. Everyone there is so friendly it really is a pleasure to do business there.

Used there blower service for soil, the 2 kids that showed up made a mess everywhere. Brand new landscaping rock is not cover in a layer a mud. Brand new propaine fire place they just covered and then hosed it down the tan cover is stained brown. You would think when you spend 1000 dollars they wouldn’t destroy your property. Call anyone else.

Was in to get 1.5 yards of soil. Paid for 1.5 yards of soil. Ended up with 1 yard of soil. Emailed letting them know that they are putting out light loads and spilling the soil down the paint. I did receive a timely but snarky email back. Looking at a new Rexius customer.

I am a small business landscape owner. I am always happy to work with this Company. Ever since they opened the Glenwood place, they have a very experienced person who knows about their plants and trees!If people complain about their bark being blown in and all over their plants or concrete, then hire a landscape business to wheelbarrow it in. I know that the Lane Forest Products crews do their very best.

The woman I worked with was helpful in choosing the product I needed. Unfortunately, when we realized there had been a misunderstanding in how she loaded my truck instead of troubleshooting with me to resolve the issue she told me she had to help another customer who was waiting. From when I arrived to when she left me to help the other customer our transaction was less than 5 minutes. I’m disappointed she didn’t help me solve the problem, instead leaving me to fix it.

I purchased 2 units of hemlock and had it delivered. It was absolute garbage. No pieces bigger than fine dirt. You cant even tell it is mulch. It looks awful, and is so fine it cant be worked or walked on. I wasted $350.

The men that came and did the beauty bark at my apartment complex blew the bark all over my patio and plants. They did not clean it up. I was out cleaning it up when they came back. One man saw me and still blew, making a cloud of dust come at me and my patio...again. Then the man doing the front blew bark at my door, forcing bark to come under my door and into my entry way. When I confronted the man about this, he was rude and told me he wouldn’t get in trouble. He also said the only way to avoid that would be to open peoples doors and blow out. Highly unprofessional and do not know how to properly do their jobs.
