We ordered mulch Blower Service, our driver Patrick and his helper Anthony were amazing. They were on time, friendly, fast and they were meticulous cleaning up, they even saved us money. Our flower beds look like they are straight out of a Home & Garden magazine. Thank you to Lane Forest Products for hiring the right people for the job and providing great service to our community. Needed bark for a client and they delivered on time and infact early. Great humans who have great customer service and a awesome way of doing business. Kindness and punctuality are important to me.

I picked up a yard of Lane Garden Compost today and it was so hot I could barely handle it with gloves on. I measured the temperature with a compost thermometer and it was 132-142 F. They should let the compost finish and cool off before selling it! I wanted to put it directly on my potato plants but it was too hot for that so I had to spread it out to cool. The job of hilling the potatoes will now take much longer.

Good selection of products. Prices are decent, but have increased. The pricing for split delivery loads, need work though. I dont think charging delivery price for both items, minus $10, is fair. The cost savings on wages, fuel, and truck for only making one trip, dont get passed on to the customers.

Employees always helpful. If you are willing you can save money by hauling your own material by truck or bucket.

Horrible customer service. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is the third time that they have been awful. This particular time I called because I was curious if they price matched on a large order of flagstone with another company and was told that they don’t give a sh*t (exact words) what the other company sells it for. Not very professional in my opinion. Go to Rexius or Williamette Graystone for all of your soil/gravel and landscaping needs. This company sucks.

Started doing business with Lane Forest ever since they opened the N. Eugene yard... Mainly buying, dirt, rock and planting mix and dumping debris. My comment is about prices charged for dumping debris.Been using the same trailer, I make my loads a consistent size to be efficient, all clean, and just tree trimmings... Only variable is the person that decides what to charge... This week for the same size loads, I was charged 4 different prices by 4 different people... My last load today, I was charged almost twice as much as the lowest charge of the week... Been like this from day one. Time to buy a chipper/shredder.

Great service and best price. I had 3 units of bark delivered on June 30th, 2020. Josh, Ryan Ness, and Anthony did a great job. I had the bark blown into several areas. They really listened to what I wanted and did a great job cleaning up. I received a confirmation call the day before and they arrived on time. Done in about an hour. Kudos to these three workers and the company as a whole. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to get bulk landscape soils and mulches, either hauling it yourself or having delivered. Their printed material is excellent for helping you decide what soil is best for your needs and the cost per yard is included to help with figuring the project budget. The only negative Ive experienced is traffic in the facility can be crazy with so many customers both picking up mulch and dropping off yard debris for them to process. Not a good place for kids if they need to be out of your vehicle.

Lane Forest Products just finished spraying 4 units of bark around our property. Not only was the Hemlock top notch, but Jake and John were careful where the bark was placed and did a superb job cleaning up. We highly recommend them!

Great place for landscaping supplies and bark, but not so much a great location. this place is right across the expressway from housing and parks, and it’s pretty smelly, that’s my only complaint, good service otherwise

I am impressed with how fast and friendly these people are.

Used there blower service for soil, the 2 kids that showed up made a mess everywhere. Brand new landscaping rock is not cover in a layer a mud. Brand new propaine fire place they just covered and then hosed it down the tan cover is stained brown. You would think when you spend 1000 dollars they wouldn’t destroy your property. Call anyone else.

We dispose of our yard debris here. They turn it into awesome mulch. Then we buy our mulch here along with any landscaping materials. Good advice and great place to get ideas. Efficient drop off and pick up. Just follow the signs.

Ordered gravel for my driveway, end of day Friday. Delivered Saturday morning, right where it needed to be, tucked with extra special care under a precious tree. Veronica noted the challenges on the order and Marcus did the awesome dump truck gymnastics. They clearly cared and did a Great Job!!!

Always great service at Lane Forest! Whether we just bring in a load of recycling materials or like yesterday had 5 units blown into our yard. I was very impressed with the care taken by the staff on site to carefully work around plants being thorough about spreading evenly as well as clean up the edges with their blowers. Very polite and careful and a wonderful experience. We will never shovel it again!

This was amazing. Why did it take us so long to figure this out. Weve bought products from Lane Forest for years and been pleased. Its always the place to go as far as were concerned, but this year when I went to order a unit of hemlock bark delivered ( 7.5 yards)Steve asked if I wanted it blown in. I thought about the extra cost which was over a hundred bucks and realized... what am I thinking? Ill actually save money if I spend the extra fee and have them do it and not waste three large parts of my days doing it myself. Which allows me to make more money working at what I do than spending all that time huffing mulch from the drive way all over the property. Weird how we think sometime... trying to save a penny and lose a bundle. Anyway the crew who took care of this was amazing. Ive done a lot of construction over the years and these guys were as efficient and conscientious as they come. What a great crew. Actually I think they usually just use 2 people for this kind of job, but they were training a new guy so there were three.They were so professional, while being friendly on top of it. they banged out a job that would have taken me days... did it far better than I would have and to top it off. They made me a customer for life by the quality of work and the way the crew conducted themselves. Heres a recommendation which most of you probably already know. If you set up your landscape and then mulch it right (hemlock has no splinters for your hands or tootsies) you save yourself a ton of work. Now if you get these guys to blow in in too... Hey Ill never do it by hand again. I can use that time to earn more money than it cost. Fantastic job. Makes the place look great, while its easy to take care of.

I am not impressed with Lane Forest at all. Literally every single time I have gone there I have received VERY rude service (know-it-all why are you asking me such little questions type of people) and they have never had what I was looking for, seriously every single time they never have what I need. I am unsure what came first, Eugene being a NON-D.I.Y. community or the places like Lane Forest not offering a good inventory, thusly not supplying the community. I dunno, either way I am so unhappy with Lane Forest as a business and will try my hardest to never give my money to them.

Lane Forest Products is easily my favorite place in town when it comes to gardening! The incredible staff has taught me so much -- even how to save money with their company! -- and all my scheduled drop-offs at bark have come earlier than expected and were available for same day delivery! Its awesome. Their bags of soil are great, too. I have loved working with them all around on a personal and professional level and I definitely cant say the same about their local competitors who have been a nightmare in the past. Id recommend using LFP any day of the week!

Great Customer service...So here’s the story they dropped some gravel out at my property and there where a fair amount of wood chips mixed in ,long story short I called and within hours they had dropped another load for free.Very happy with custom service and friendly Truck drivers.
