I have observed the character of Cummings and Associates for over 30years. The most obvious observation I can relate is the tremendous integrity that they exhibit in their do diligence they provide to their clients. They go above and beyond to be kind, generous and diligent in the execution of their duties. Always!

I am a colleague of Randeens and also a certified valuer/appraiser as she is. My experience with her is as a colleague. I have found her to be kind and considerate of others and, if anything, too concerned for the client. they make their choices and yet have trouble accepting the consequences. I am not sure any of these people writing such mean stuff were even the client! Just greedy relatives which I too am familiar with. I am located in another state at the opposite end of the country. I dont do estate sales like this because I know that no good deed goes unpunished. I can see right through the dog pile of low reviews which have caused her so much anguish. Breaking up a household and dealing with people who thought they would gain more financially is a regular experience. Disappointing but certainly not the fault of Cummings & Associates. If they read the contract, why did they think the terms would not apply to them. I would have turned down the assignment simply because of the short time frame and the work involved. Instead of complaining they should be grateful because the obvious value in the estate settlement was not the contents but the house itself which was probably under-priced for the market since it sold and closed so quickly.

Google is welcome to read my review as I am family that was taken advantage of by this shady person. I would highly suggest seeking an actual professional for your needs as this company is not it. They DO NOT have your best interests at heart, just their pocket!!! WE HAVE CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS TO BACK OUR ALLEGATIONS. If you had so called “personal integrity” you would do the right thing and return the money you stole unjustly.Ps - the other 2 “positive” reviews were written by the owners family and friend. Just take that into consideration. Clever that for someone that doesn’t “know who I am” she knows exactly what situation I’m talking about. THERES NOTHING ILLEGAL ABOUT ALLOWING OTHERS TO KNOW ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE WITH RANDEEN. She took well over the agreed upon commission amount. Our family has tried multiple times to settle with her peacefully and she has hung up on us and refused communication multiple times. She knows what she did is wrong, and now it’s time the public does too so that they are not also taken advantage of as well.
