These folks know clocks. They have an awesome display of a wide variety of clocks, some of them very high end but also reasonably affordable ones. They were willing to take the time to help me repair my own very cheap clock and get me the replacement parts I needed for a couple bucks. Several weeks later, I was driving by and I mentioned the place to my preschooler who was in the car with me. He wanted to see all the clocks and hear them chime. They very graciously allowed him to explore the showroom like a museum. It was very sweet. My kid really had fun.

Love Creative Clock! They are always friendly and happy to have you come in and look at their beautiful clocks. And they made me an offer I couldnt refuse so I bought a clock. It will look amazing in my living room. Miss the museum they had at their old shop. If you are looking for a unique clock, thats the place to go!

These guys know what theyre doing, do it well, and for a reasonable price. I took them an heirloom German wall clock that was having issues as well as a broken main spring. They rebuilt the mechanism and the clock has since been in sync with my digital atomic clock for more than 6 months and kept perfect time.One word of warning: this shop is very busy, and I did have a pretty long wait from when I brought the clock in until it was done, but it was well worth the wait. But a word to the wise: if you have a clock that needs fixing, get it to Creative Clock ASAP; the quicker you get it in, the quicker youll get it back.This place is a real asset to the community.

This seller is dishonest. They do not abide by their stated return policy. We purchased an item that we wished to return. We made them aware of this immediately. However, they would not accept our return and dragged their feet by asking a number of questions. Once they finally would accept the return, they said it was to late and we were passed our return date. When this was broached with the seller, the response we got was Thank you, look forward to reading your review. I only hope this review goes a long way in letting others know that this seller does not care about the customer or upholding the policies they have in place. BUYER BEWARE.

Though very busy the staff took ample time to answer all my questions. The selection is quite large, positively something for everyone. Well worth the time to stop & visit.

BEWARE. I will never do business with these people again. I took a clock in for repair and they broke the glass on it and claimed it came in broken. It did not. They broke it and then doctored up the ticket claiming it came in broken. And they refused to fix it.
