I avoid the paint department if I can - they are just too darn slow! Sometimes theres nobody in the paints dept or theres just one employee and a ton of upset shoppers waiting around. I prefer Lowes in Willoughby when I need paint - always prompt service, unlike Home Depot Euclid.

The place is trash 🗑 I never 👎🏾 been disrespected in my life on Sunday afternoon by a manager named nick there . I tried to return items from my home 🏡 & I lost my receipt 🧾 and the worker call for manager . I’m like no issues let’s see what I can do simply ask questions my product was brand new & the manager came out then was so rude to me and made it seem like I stole these items for another store basically rude and judgmental. Very embarrassing 😳 I’ll never go to that Home Depot again in my life . Rude super rude . Tried to say I made up a story on my items . I paid for my items . There’s no reason to steal anything. Haven’t filed my complaint yet but I’m gonna pursue it because I shouldn’t of been treated unfairly.

Not a fan of the corporation itself for various reasons, however, I frequently visit this location for my home needs and I ALWAYS receive excellent service. They have just about anything need and the store seems to always be stocked properly. The people that work there are always so personable and friendly. They make the hardware store shopping experience even more pleasant.

Bad used stock in the drill dept. Not a happy camper this shouldnt have happen not good. Thats why they are getting one star would have given a ozero if I could so check your product before you buy it again not happy at all

I was able to get someone from customer service to check the price of two items in gardening. She stated that she couldnt do anything else to assist because she just got a customer at the return counter. And she stated no one was there for the gardening department today. Anyway I got all the items I came to purchase.

I went in to purchase a few things from the plumbing department and was greeted by George and had a great shopping experience with him ! I explained what I needed because i didnt know the actual name of the items . He located everything and even explained how to install and I was so thankful for that !

One of the best Home Depot locations in the area for hardware. Selection and variety is a bit wider in my opinion. Usual great service, awesome price, and amazing selection for everything u can possible need. Awesome.

Never have the things advertised online...you get there and its oh Im sorry you have to oder it online or go to a different location...how about you guys actually doing inventory and know whats really there or not. The young man who helped me was very polite and helpful

I hate the home labyrinth. They continue to change the stores, they have less staff than before to help you find items or look for back stock. This was the worst store for leaving equipment in the isle. (See pictures of this store on this day)Could not move a lumber cart around, and the normal cart was just as bad. Stop putt products in the way too.

I had to have a key made and I had to wait 15-20 min. Before someone came to make the key. Overall Home Depot is a good place to shop.

I have recently purchased appliances from this store such a bad experience I would not recommend or encourage anyone to every order any appliances from this location I got all new appliances and u would think they would make sure I was satisfied they gave me the run around abt one of my appliances that was delivered long story short I had to take the microwave back to the store myself after the delivery ppl left it in the middle of my dining room floor because they said the could not put it up I took the product back to get my money back only for them to tell me they can nor refund me my installation fee 😡😡😡 I am furious I want my money back not some of it all of it!!

Found my item no problem. Great price. But, the staff could not remove the security tag from the item which might be an issue if I have to remove it myself. Quite inconvenient..

They finally got more riding shopping carts! The carts were clean and all charged up.You have to know what you are doing when you go in Home Depot because most of the staff have no idea what they are talking about.I am glad to see people working, you just have to do your research before you go in. I also like curbside pickup

This Home Depot on E. 222nd St. never has any help or cashiers! This was before the Pandemic and now its worse. They are not well stocked like the one off of Heisley Road in Mentor. They truly need better management to stock the store and better customer service.

Quishay is a great cashier, she was kind and helpful at check out.Customer Service desk seemed annoyed to help us with our problem. A floor associate said they would help us then ghosted us for 45 minutes.I just wanted to go in, buy a new grill in a box, but that turned out to be an hour long ordeal. Technically not a 1 star review cause Quishay was very nice but management doesnt care unless its 1 star.Hire more people, managers, your people are overworked and under appreciated.

I can always find what Im looking for. Staff is usually busy but, if you need help they are available. Aisles are clean and organized. The lines can be long during the summer time.

Helped two elderly sisters take their snowblowers in for service, which they had rented. This is a really nice Home Depot. Clean. And they have a great rental department. Home Depot does have some of the best trained retail employees out of the big box stores. They really know their stuff, if you can find them. Every Home Depot I go to seems to have the same problem - understaffed. When you find one of tool people, they know exactly where to send you.

They have everything you need. I received excellent help from the staff. They make me fill welcome in the store. Even when I dont know the exact name of the part Im looking for. Thank you for helping me and even checking on me before I left. Im glad I stopped in.

This place is awful! The rodent problem is out of hand. A dead smashed mouse was in the middle of the aisle. Packages of plant tubers, seeds and paper towels chewed up by mice. Unsanitary!

I searched three stores claiming to stock a shed Ive been looking for. When I went to the Euclid Home Depot store, a young woman named Leigha went over and above the normal assistance a customer would expect to get. She not only found the particular shed I wanted, she had it delivered, free of charge, the next day, which was Saturday! I never came across a store associate so helpful as she. Thank you so much, Leigha! You are a credit to the Euclid Home Depot!

I really enjoy browsing Home Depots aisles. However, I am amazed at the lack customer service, even plain old courtesy displayed by a good number of Home Depot associates at this location yesterday. It appeared to be stocking day and/ or price changing day as there were associates all over the store. The first I saw upon entering the store were two cashiers standing at their registers/stations in the garden department, about 10 to 15 feet apart. I entered the door and followed the aisle between them offering a smile and a friendly nod. They continued their conversation with one another across the aisle completely ignoring me. As I attempted to shop the household cleaning aisle there were two employees blocking it with just themselves and a small utility cart on wheels. They saw me attempting to look for items in the aisle and trying to maneuver my cart down the aisle but fell short of even the slightest acknowledgement or effort to move themselves or their cart so that I could pass. Out of the numerous other employees I passed by on my trip, from one end of the store to the other, only one asked if I needed help. No others acknowledged me in any way.Finally, when I had to ask an employee for help at one point, she was able to summon a gentleman to locate an item for me. He seemed polite and knowledgeable and was able to point out the item for me.The saving grace, and only reason for a three star review rather than 2, was my interaction with Kathryn in the Garden department. I had already checked out and, on my way to the car, stopped to ask her a question about one of the plants on clearance. I was thrilled that she was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and so willing to answer additional questions from this novice gardener. Thank you, Kathryn! You rate a 5+. I hope to run into you again someday!

The store had very helpful staff, however the place is a mess. I actually stumbled over a empty pallet halfway under a shelf and there was empty boxes and packaging laying everywhere.
