Ive basically furnished my whole house with this company, and out of the 2 sofas I have the recliners on both messed up and they dont seem to honor their own warranty. They send their people to try to repair it but when that doesnt last youre stuck paying on a faulty item. How come I cant get my item replaced or properly repaired through the warranty i pay for monthly? They have nice things to the eye, but the quality isnt there. Other than that they have good customer service and delivery is fast. If you need something right away you can usually get delivery next day... I would recommend, but I dont recommend any sofas with recliners.

I have given them 5 stars in the BEGINNING, possibly 10 stars! I loved the whole team of Customer Service Associates! Never be down ONE TIME, because COMPASSION will surely go OUT THE DOOR! Mind you, I was NEVER LATE! The harassment is not worth it!

On the phone the person I was speaking to seemed nice then I get there and they only had about six items and kept trying to give me used items. They said they had nothing else which was ridiculous everything spelled and was dirty

I rented my entire bedroom set from this store and I must say the staff there are the most caring understanding group of people Ive ever met. When I needed my entire bedroom set broke down and moved the manager DALE and his amazing team had no problem coming to break down my bedroom set and moving me. I would like to thank Bri Ken and everyone else for being there Im goin to truly miss you all when I move to Xenia Ohio I hope the company will branch out to either Springfield, xenia, Dayton, Ohio so I will have a little piece of home near by. I would give no stars but I can’t. My employment verification checked out but because they couldn’t speak to a blood relative I got denied. This is very unfortunate because many people in the world do not speak to their parents. This is very hurtful as messed up!
