(Re-edited) This dollar tree has improved over the past few months! The staff is friendly now and store stocking seems to be a priority now! Lines are quick at this location even during weekends!

It was near closing time and there was only one line open with 5 customers. A male cashier opened his line and the next 2 customers walked over. I was third in line and began to walk towards his line and he told me Im not open. His tone was dismissive, as if Im open to these 2 customers, but not you. Didnt like his energy, so I left. I will not be returning.

I am 32 years old this has been my dollar store since i was 8 years old.Ive never seen it as bad as it is now. The lady who waited on me and my mom was very nice but this was 15 mins after we had to stand in one line in the very busy store. I cannot believe only 1 register being used.Either u guys need to treat employees better so they stay or hire people who actually want to work.Nobody wants to work all day and make a pit stop to stand in line for 20 mins

So I walked up to the black young lady with short hair working at the time to see if she was the only person working because the line was really long. All she can say is “What do it look like” 👀 plz watch the people that you hire because that was really rude!

This is a pretty busy Dollar Tree that stays stocked pretty good. Huge variety, you can just about find anything. Biggest issue at this store is 9 times out of 10 there is only one line open. Ive stood in line for 10-15 minutes before! The manager (dark skin lady with an accent) is NASTY! I have heard her talk down to employees and customers alike at different times. No joke, I have a 5 year old niece that doesnt wanna go to Dollar Tree if the mean lady is working, and she LOVES that store! Kudos to Mrs. Linda (cashier) for always being so polite and helping!

Very disappointing. Ive gone to this location, several times before, and o w never had a problem. I shopped there and when I arrived home, I was missing a bag. I called, the telephone was busy for 2 hrs straight. I drove to the store and the cashier that waited on me, the day before, was there. When I told him that I was missing a bag from the day before, he asked what was in it, I told him. He became rude and told me it wasnt him and no bags were left. I then told him that he had waited on someone after me and, I think that he may have handed him my bag. He then told me that it still was not him that waited on me. I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager, and proceeded to ignore me. At that point, I walked out and filed a complaint with the corporate office.

Great store , clean and fully stocked with lots of great inventory ! And everything is a dollar what not to like!!!!

Store is always so short staffed its always a nightmare to check out in this store. Also the guy shorted me 10 cents other then that they are always stocked with items i use in my household

Theres usually long lines and not alot of cashiers but they have good customer services and usually has what I need.

Manager at door counting customers in and out of store because of covid. Was lucky as soon as I went to entrance door, one customer was allowed to come in.

Nice store with pleasant workers, but it does not open on time. It says they open at 8am and I find myself sitting in the parking lot for 20-30 minutes. It’s an inconvenience when you have other places to be!

They only did not have 2 items I was looking for, however, they had a surprisingly well stocked food area. The variety was amazing. I even changed my lunch plans to one of the frozen microwave items.

Place always has one cashier. and too many people waiting around to be wrung out most of the stock is still sitting on the floor not in the areas they need to watch their areas more cuz people are stealing the place blind. theyre either eating it while theyre in the store or drinking it while theyre in the store or stealing pills I watch them do it all the time and if I turn them in nothing gets done. too many people outside the store begging for money they need to have a lordering thing put out there so they cant loiter Ill make arrangements with the police

The store manager is an ignorant African woman who is racist, her only white cashier is constantly be worked over her time to leave because she is waiting for her replacement to arrive, I personally watched an another black associate doing nothing an the manager an myself had words because she allowed her white employee continue to work an half hour her shift ending because the manager was to lazy to do what she should have to do in order to allow her WHITE employee leave on time, if one of her black employee is late nothing is done to correct this. The African Manager is a racist person an a extremely incompetent person that should never be an manager at all. I will be contacting the Vice President of the company to inform him how much an awful store the Middlesex Dollar Store is. Also they do many illegal things dealing with the white associate but not to the African ones. This is the most disgustingly looking Store.The Middlesex Dollar Store is very ghetto an I can see why, its ran by the most ghetto an racist ppl I have ever seen. I will not be going back to that store ever.

Expect a long wait. They always only have one person on a register and the line is always down the middle of the aisle. The one in middleriver same problem. Only difference is the one in middleriver usually has 3 workers taking a smoke break at the same time. Sometimes Im in there for a hour. Their out there from the time I walk in until the time I walk out. They need to hire ppl who actually want to work.

Cashier was awesome but store didnt have the air freshener spray caught after the rain I normally have it they only had it in the twist thing and you set it on the Shelf I prefer the spray of After The Rain and it was crowded in there

Today I was approached by distout customer coming out of the Dollar Tree she was a black woman a disabled woman an obese woman and a woman of age and she sat seemingly frustrated and in full dismay that the white female cashier complained to her about a man whom she referred to as a Mexican who did not have 12 cents for his purchase and how she did not believe that he understood English and that he needed to go back to Mexico. How inappropriate of the cashier. The customer was in turmoil mentality. She vented to me outside of the Dollar Tree doors for at least 10 minutes. She was paralyzed in the moment and she didnt know if she was wrong for not saying anything to the cashier. She was in such disbelief at what was said to her by the cashier she just left. The speech was hateful inappropriate and far from professional and can not be tolerated in our community. I choose not to go in and make a purchase and will continue to do so.

Empty shelves, freezer, area forhanging items bare. Cleaning supplies needed stocking and scarcity of dishes detergent. Store unkempt, messy and disholved. Freezer needed cleaning. Things has, changed.
