My new $38000 kabuto tractor (with accessories) broke after 18 hours of use. I have a warranty for parts and labor. But what they dont tell you is that they charge you $150 / hr for travel time. The time it takes them to get to you. The repair technician couldnt figure out what was wrong. Needed me to get the tractor to their shop. $350 to hire a private tow company. Then the issue they found was a loose diesel injector wire incorrectly assembled at the factory. Push it on tight and problem fixed.Couldnt figure that out here I guess. Too hard for them. They offered to bring my tractor back for free except for a 3 hour travel time charge. $450!!!!Last, they tried to charge me the 1st travel time fee of $120 even though when I called them to come out to my house they told me they were right down the street just 10 mins away.Great fake customer service until after the sale. Then youre dirt to them.

Probably the worst people and the laziest people Ive ever come across. Full of attitude! can I ask you a question is said? they just suggest you go do your own research. If your going to buy a tractor I suggest you buy something out of state because the Kubota dealerships in this state are jerks every single one. From Escondido to Santa Ana.

Purchased a B series tractor through Dan Walsh. Fantastic service from my initial call through purchasing the unit. Dan sent emails to keep me informed of the delivery and made the transaction super easy. Scott delivered the unit to my property and thanked me for bringing him out to the country. A great place with great service.

Pulled up to find 2 employees right outside the door standing about as close as they could be without hugging - no masks. Looked around the lot - other employees doing things, none of them with masks. Peaked inside, the one employee I could see, no mask. Its literally legally required at this point. If these people care so little about my health, then I care little to do business with them.

I showed up a few minutes after 8am thinking the parts department was open on a weekday. As I walked in one of the employees said they were still closed, so I said sorry and walked out to my truck to wait until they open. The same employee followed me out to my truck and kept repeating their not open yet, I didnt expect this after an almost 2 hour drive from far east San Diego county. I got in my truck and the employee was waiting for me to roll down my window, I ended up leaving without saying another word to him. After I spent a lot there on equipment and I get bad service from the parts department, it looks like I will be heading up to Riverside county to another Kubota dealer with better service.

Picked up my machine after 10 weeks of this place not figuring out what was wrong with it, They just blamed me and said I blew the engine. I picked it up, took it to Apex Rentals in Hisperia, they found the problem and fixed it with in two weeks! The Machine is up and running on the job site today ! The only problem is now that I am sitting back in the cab and operating the machine, I realized that Pauley removed or my cab door or it was stolen while in their possession (I have pictures of before and after to prove this).I paid them 3k for this item when I Purchased the machine last year. I will be filing a police report tomorrow morning and reporting them for theft.Please go see their Yelp to get more of this story as it only gets better and better. Youtube vids to follow. Purchased a new BX26S from Pauley and could not be happier with the level of service we got and continue to get. When the mechanical thumb that we wanted with with the tractor was backordered, they came and picked up the tractor several weeks after purchase to put it on.

Poor customer service at the service department, Ive noticed a small improvement. Very pricey in the sales department. Unfortunately its the only place in town for the tractor items I need. Its just not affordable to have service work done... Be prepared to learn how to be a do it your selfer.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Bought our tractor from Pauley. Husband died recently and it had been a while since his tractor had been serviced so had Pauley pick it up and do full service. Returned it and a week later when started up, it quit. Called Pauley and spoke to service multiple times and could not trouble shoot it. Bought new battery - didnt fix it. Called Pauley again and new service manager answers and goes on and on about firing the old manager and some of the technicians and what a mess ...Told him all that had gone on and begged him to have someone come out an see what was going on. Over a couple of months just got put off. Finally had another tractor service come out and find that Pauley had not turned fuel line back on after service. Also found they had forgotten to grease the grease fittings but I was charged for it. Months have gone by without returned emails or phone calls from Pauley. Spoke with Mike Pauley who basically said it could not be the fuel line and they were going to do anything for me.

Read the reviews they have Terrible customer service. I just bought a $40,000 tractor from pauleys equipment 5 months ago. Its been broken down for the past month. Its brand new and it doesnt work.. they want to change me $120 per hour travel time and I live far. Any other dealer will fix you equipment for free up to 250 to 400 hours. My tractor only has 70 hours and they dont want to fix it. Kubota just referred me back to the dealer. Berry made it clear if I wanted my tractor fixed I was going to pay. I order the tractor new and it took over 3 months to receive it. I will let as many people know so this doesnt happen to them.If I would have known this information, I would have went somewhere else. We purchased a $60,000 Kubota Track Loader from Pauley Equipment in in June 2014 and couldnt be happier with the equipment, sales staff and maintenance support.We had a problem with the hydraulic hoses supplied with a tilt attachment being too short as installed. When we surfaced the problem with them, they promptly sent a service truck to our location (a two hour drive from the store) and cheerfully made and installed the correct length hoses at no additional expense to us.I would purchase from Pauley Equipment again without reservation.

Worst Family values I have ever seen. Cori Pauley and her father Michael ignored the law regarding financial resposibility. My car is totaled and the Pauleys keep screwing the little guy. Great family to get the short end of any deal, BE ADVISED. Michael Pauley is fully aware of his daughters behavior and choses to turn the other way. Great job Dad!

The absolute worst. I bought a tractor and they a) took forever to work on it (over a month) b) charged me for warranty work and putting on original delivery assembly items they got late, c) lied (Pauley himself) about the bill to my face. The salesman witnessed this (Glen) and he went to work elsewhere. The Service manager was replaced sometime later. The newer manager got my lawn tractor for bearing replacement in the deck. It sat for a month and they changed the oil for $200! I asked them to inspect the deck and they destroyed it and returned it in pieces while it was working when I left it (I have pictures of before during and after.) They wanted to sell me a new deck and recommended I spend $4000+ on a new machine while offering to buy mine for a brother with a new place in Valley Center. IF I cant use the mower deck why change my oil and air filter for $200?!? They never answer the phone and rarely call you back. If I didnt need to go there I would never go near them. While there I heard them lamenting why people go to third party service companies instead of to them... Hellooo? Get a clue. Kubota should cut ties with them and get a dealer who wants to provide good service and grow a dealership rather than coat tail on Kubotas good name.
