I am leaving a 1 star review because their shipping policy is no good. They boast a quick turnaround IE same day and if not next day shipping. They dont actually stock the goods they sell, so if a dropship goes poorly the client is on the hook for the issue. Do not rely on them to get you your items in a timely manor or make good on there own shipping policy. My item shipped 7 days from the purchase date and they refused to refund shipping. There is no way my item will get here within the window they state if it just shipped yesterday.My purchase date was a Monday. They did not reach out to tell me about problems with their dropship. I had to reach out to them to hear it as an excuse.Communication is king, letting me know sooner would have fixed my frustration.Below is the policy they state on their site:Aquaponics ships most items via UPS or USPS. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays UPS or USPS may have. However, if you let us know of a delivery that arrives outside our guaranteed window, we will gladly refund any shipping charges incurred.Delivery Time:Standard/Free Shipping: Packages are typically shipped using USPS and normally arrive within 4 to 10 business days (excluding holidays).Our shipping cutoff time is 9am Pacific Time.  So, any order placed after 9am will ship out the following business day and therefore the day you place your order would not count towards the shipping times above.  If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, please consider the following business day as your first day when factoring in shipping times.Response : that is inaccurate one arrived late and one arrived at day 10. still no good. communication is key.

I love aquap0nics

I heard about aquaponics from a friend and really wanted to try it out, after a quick google search I found some educational articles on Go Green Aquaponics website and learned quite a bit. With the help of their friendly staff I’m now a proud owner of a nice little back yard setup that I purchased from their website. My fish and plants are thriving! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
