Nice store! Clean, Covid safety precautions are taken by the employees. Clean restroom. We love the Habitat for Humanity ReStore so we wanted to check this one out while we were in San Diego for the weekend.Lots of furniture, hardware pieces in organized bins. There was a very large front door set that was already sold, but I had to take a video!There is an outdoor section with more stuff too!Prices are fantastically good!Parking lot on the property.

This location has a limited selection but the prices are great and the employees are super nice. I got lucky and found exactly what i needed for a small home project. We also found an exterior door for a great low price. I recommend all Habitat For Humanity locations to anyone looking for slightly used materials at unbeatable prices.

This location is the smallest one Ive been to when comparing it to the 3 locations in the Los Angeles area that I have visited. Things appeared quite dusty and generally not as organized as I am used to with Habit Restore stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found what I was looking for with help and the price was EXCELLENT. They need to tidy up a bit and work on the organization.

Love it! I moved to Oceanside from Lake Elsinore, the area had two Restore stores. Carlsbad Restore has nothing that interests me. YOU DO! Visited yesterday the Escondido one, my friend who knew nothing about you bought a mega bunch of items I also found some treasures. Open during this virus scare so I was worried you would be closed but your brave and wonderful employees were awesome! Thank you for being there for me. I know I will be back every month because I have pain management Doctors appointment each month so perhaps you will have what I need next time... crossed fingers. I love Restore!!! It’s like a treasure hunt - sometimes you hit the jackpot and sometimes you leave empty handed. I love the idea of reusing home goods and building supplies and I love being able to take advantage of the great prices. And it supports such an incredible cause.

Redoing our bathroom and needed a new light fixture. The prices around town were killing me. I took a chance and drove out to Escondido location to check it out, not expecting to find anything. I scored a terrific, brand new, in-the-box, gorgeous, high-end, vanity light. Half-price sale going on so I scored a $175.00plus light fixture for $24.00! There were twenty or so boxes of them up on a shelf...every single one brand new.

Trying to donate to Habitat for Humanity is not worth the effort. I had 18 window blinds in relatively good condition to donate. I called ahead and was told they accept blinds no problem. I packed the blinds and the connectors, and accessories, and drove 1/2 hr to get there. Once I arrived an unfriendly worker at the store (Richard) took one look at the blinds and told me they cant take any because some have speckles of dry wall in some places. He told me in an arrogant tone if I want to clean all the blinds and then bring them back, they might accept them!!! I did not realize donations should include maid service! Fortunately a very kind lady who was at the store to shop, took all the blinds and said she had rentals and can put them to good use. The moral of the story is think twice before donating to this outfit. That is sad, because I believe in their mission and wished some of their workers were more thoughtful.

Habitat for Humanity does great work for people who simply need a place to live. The restore is a good place to find the occasional gem. Come back frequently.

The Habitat for Humanity Restore Store is a wonderful place to browse for all sorts of items for your home. Are you a renter whp doesnt want to give up all of your LED bulbs when moving out, but dont feel like paying retail for the incandescent or CFLs that you didnt bother to save or burned out? The Restore Store has hundreds of them at ridiculously cheap prices. Or are you a landlord dealing with a messy eviction where the tenants trashed everything before finally being forced to leave? The Restore Store had everything from toilets to light fixtures to cabinets and cabinet hardware at a fraction of what Home Depot or Lowes charges! Do you need some cheap but sturdy furniture for your first apartment? They have that, too. Or are you a contractor or business with excess inventory or anything construction or home/office related and need a tax write-off? Donate your stuff to the Restore Store and you can be assured that the proceeds will go for a worthwhile cause that does great work both here in the U.S. and abroad. And it is fun to shop there! One month I bought a cat tree, the next month an electric drill, the next month some drawer handles to replace ones that had broken. Every time I go, the inventory changes with new items coming and going constantly! Check them out; you wont be sorry that you did!

I love going here for inspiration on possible new projects! They have all different types of things and I love looking at old cabinets, countertops, faucets, and lighting fixtures for ideas! Sometimes it is surprising to even find new items such as couches and this last time they even had brand new Keurig coffee makers. This place is great and the employees are always kind and motivating!

I kinda thought they would have more things than they did. A friend told me about the place but then when I visited there wasnt much good things left and the nice things werent that much cheaper than buying them at a retail store. Sorry but if Im going to spend over 150 on a faucet or lighting fixture (maybe 10% less than buying new)I would much rather pay 10% more to have a warranty...

Managers great good selection operated like a true business

Merchandise here is donated by general contractors, furniture store and various other means. Most large items are used. Some small knick knacks that are new.Merchandise that comes through there are hit or miss. I just went yesterday and they had a set of doors that were 10 feet across and were in a semicircle shape.

I stood around looking for help because the lady behind the desk was on the phone. Three employees look at me but no one offered or asked if I needed help.
