Juan seemed to know what he was doing. But Karl in corporate customer service didnt know what his job was because he kept on giving me the run around. He gave me his service# 362-3101 but not much else. He was very rude to a handicapped customer who has mobility issues. Corporate WILL BE HEARING ME ABOUT HIM ASAP.This was the first place I had gone to after re-instating my credit card, maybe the teller was the one who put a charge for tranquility.com on it Just saying, it was suspicious that IDNK why that charge was on after him. The other charge for A Quiet Place parts 1&2 blu -ray I did on my computer when it said it was for both Blu-ray & DVD, I have since tried to remove that order with no avail, but the Best Buy website has kept me from doing so, but that isnt your problem. Your PROBLEM IS NOW THAT I AM DEMANDING ALL MY MONEY BACK, I am getting A NEW PHONE FROM BEST BUY, so UP YOURS!!! Your business doesnt know its A** from its ELBOW!!! You have ruined my CREDIT RATING!!!

Ive been a Cricket customer forever it seems, at least 12 years, probably more. My service from Cricket has always been outstanding.... rarely hit a dead zone.I visited this particular Cricket when I needed a new SIM card. The associate here was really helpful and had us out and running in minutes.

1/17 I came here at 10 AM before my shift at 11 AM and nobody was here, today was the last day given to me to hold the phone I ordered because they close at 8 and I’m off at 8. What is this BS? Did the person opening not wake up? There’s another man waiting outside in the rain for the store to open and there’s not one here? Online it shows 10 AM is the opening time. Crappiest Cricket, don’t even bother spending your time to come here

There has only been 2 woman that have worked at cricket for the last couple of years, Sonia was the 1st and the 2nd is Avy who always go above and beyond with superlative customer service. I have been to several Verizon locations and you will be getting my business in the near future because they take their time to answer all questions. What a successful team that you have here with woman. Much prosperity with your business because of these woman.
