Stay away they do not honor their own warranty on their tools and shears ... this was 2nd time wasting my gas driving here to be told a Manger is not available. To be able to replace my Oliva garden shears which I purchased from this store they have 4 replacements hung up for sale but wont replace mine cause a Manger is not present and was told to come again next Monday... if I was the owner Id fire the manager I am telling all my clients and everyone I know to stay away from cosmo proof they dont honor their own warranty which they use as a sale pitch to get you to buy and make it seem so simple to trade out your shears and pay 40 dollars for when they dull out ...

Im giving this a 1 star because I’ve been putting special orders for the past couple of times and they have not followed through. Disappointing , that’s all.

I love going to this cosmoprof, everyone makes me feel so welcomed. I had a question about a Paul Mitchell color, and the associate with the glasses gave me all the information that I needed. She suggested a product that worked miracles on my hair and because of this i will be a loyal customer.

The employees are or try to be as helpful as possible.

Stopped here to pick up some stuff for my daughter since shes in Beauty School. The associate was very nice, and helpful! Highly recommend this place (if you have a barber, or beauty school license, or are a student)!

Its great for when just need professional supplies but dont want to wait for it or pay for shipping somewhere else. They dont always have everything I need but its nice to have around. Insider tip...the prices are lurking underneath the product information labels

The girls who work here are great! Very friendly and helpful. However, the stock is always lacking. Especially for nail stuff. Us lowly nail techs need certain gel colors and we need them now!

Theyre always nice here at this location and very knowledgeable. Sometimes check out can take a while depending on how many cashiers are working.

Came in two times in two weeks and cash only. Their “system” was down. That’s way to often. I have clients tomorrow and I don’t have my product I need.
