Calling back in about questioning rebates on the versa that I was bothering them and I feel like they had lied to me and they are thieves. My oil change went well, the tire rotation was satisfactory. Only complaint I would have is 2 days after my service i noticed my psi on my tires were low. With the extra time going ahead and doing the rotation early while I was in there I would have figured they would service them.

I purchased my 2018 Nissan Armada from a different dealership. My check engine light came on last week and when I took it to my regular mechanic, the machine was diagnosing my transmission. He stated this was still under warranty and referred me Mitchell Nissan. From the moment I called to schedule service for my vehicle down to my closing my ticket. Luckily it was NOT my transmission and just needed my key needing to be reprogrammed. Very nice and honest people. Will be back!

I was just browsing their stock online and filled out some information online and I got an e-mail, I explained I was just browsing and then I received an e-mail from Brad Grantham, and I decided on going up to Mitchell Nissan when I got off work. It took a little while, but I ended up trading in my 2010 Nissan Altima for a 2018 Nissan Altima. Do I regret my decision? Not one bit.
