Even as busy as they were, time was taken to explain every part of the diagnosis and what solutions were possible for the problem at hand. They also, as part of their service, did an inspection of the whole vehicle to make sure there were no other problems not known about. Very friendly, informative and professional service department

I called and scheduled and oil change and for my leaky tire to be checked. The service took forever they rotated my tires without checking the leak. When asked if it was checked they basically said even if they found something they dont do tires. Would have been nice to know that when I originally called and told them what I needed done.

I just wanted to write about my experience with JD and the service dept. My family and I were heading from TN to Destin, FL on vacation when our car went into limp mode and our check engine light started flashing. We were stuck beside the Interstate in Evergreen, AL and limped into an Oreillys Auto Parts. We called our dealer in Johnson City, TN and he stated you are too far away for me to help you so I googled KIA dealerships. I came across Enterprise KIA and talked to JD in service. He was a life saver! He helped us locate a tow company and waited after hours for us to arrive to see what the issue was. His #1 priority was to make sure we were safe and got the car to him. We were over 500 miles from home, in an area we werent familiar with, and honestly nervous about the whole situation. Once we arrived to JD he immediately got our car pulled in and personally drove us to a hotel for the night. The next morning he informed us that he would have to replace the engine and Kia was paying for it because of the rod bearing issue. He picked us up from the hotel personally drove us to a rental car company so that we could continue on our vacation. Over the next two weeks he kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle, sent pictures, and made calls periodically. We arent use to the treatment he gave us and havent got that from our local dealer in TN. When we asked JD about servicing the transmission, he didnt try to sell us on a service we didnt need and stated that it wasnt recommended... He could have sold us a service we didnt need very easily but chose to do the right thing. When our car was completed last Friday I asked him to drive it home for the weekend to check it out before we came and got it to drive it over 500 miles home. He said I think that is a great idea and would be happy to do that for you.... (He didnt have to do that). When we arrived on Monday he had our car ready and we were confident in the work his department had done! He opened the door for my wife and we were on our way home. He checked on us periodically throughout Monday and had a genuine interest that we made it home safely. Overall JD is a top notch guy, made a terrible situation comfortable, and went above and beyond what his role calls for him to do! He stated that he was just doing his job when we appreciated all that he done for us.... We appreciate the professional service he provided and courtesy that he provided to our family! I wish we had a JD in Johnson City and would definitely recommend JD to anyone around Enterprise or traveling through that area!

Buying a car is rarely a pleasant experience. Today was the exception.I first talked with Chasen Adams about two months ago about the K-5. Even after telling him that I wasnt going to buy right then he took the time to explain the details of the car to me. No pressure. After that I did my homework. I touched base with Mr. Adams to let him know I was coming. He met me in the showroom and introduced me to Jesse Sims. The questions he asked were to find out what I wanted. He went on to explain which package had the features I wanted. He showed me a car that didnt have that package and another that did so I could see the contrast between the cars. The test drive lasted a while. Jesse never rushed me. When we got back to the dealership; each of us made an offer and and a counter offer. We had a deal within 10-15 minutes. It was a good deal for both of us. They know their product, and they found out what I wanted. NO pressure. Maybe thats why this is my second car from Enterprise Kia.

My wife test drove a K5 yesterday. She decided didnt like that model and wanted a GT Line. The salesmen then said to me they just had one come off the truck, and it was still in processing. I looked at the car and sticker that said MSRP was a little above 29k, and I was like I can do that. The salesmen then told me that the MSRP is not what this car is going to sell for its going to be over 35k due to car shortage I said Im not paying 35k or up on this car. Then against my normal way I would buy car I was understanding of the Shortage and offered him 31K which is what I saw they were listed at around this area in my previous research and also what NADA said I should pay he still refused the sale. Then he continued to tell me a story about the market and this car would be priced above 35k and I should go to these other dealers that they are lying about there prices online. So Im going to take his advice and go check these other dealers.

JD, the Enterprise KIA Service Manager went above and beyond assisting me. I had an engine failure in a 2017 KIA Sportage SX. I did not purchase or ever have my vehicle serviced at Enterprise KIA. My car was being serviced routinely at another local KIA dealership. The other dealership did everything to blame the failure on me and tried to get me to pay for a new engine. The engine was eventually replaced without cost to me after contacting KIA consumer affairs. It was anything but a smooth process dealing with the other KIA dealership. JD spent significant time on the phone assisting me knowing that I was not a Enterprise KIA costumer. He earned a new customer! I will now have my car serviced at Enterprise KIA and if I purchase another KIA, it will be at Enterprise KIA.
