I took my 2017 Ram 1500 in because the check engine light was on. Pegasus had the best reviews of all the service departments within my acceptable driving distance. They got me in and verified my extended warranty and diagnosed the problem as the transmission valve body. Its tough to get someone on the phone, because there is usually only one person working the desk, but thats a separate issue. It took a few days to get the part and get it changed. No big deal. Mind you, the truck had no performance issues at all. I needed to address the check engine light just to get it inspected. I went to pick it up, after a week in the shop. Driving home, I tried to get on the highway, and the truck was bucking so bad I was worried the transmission was going to fall out from under it. I immediately turned around and took it back. I told the guy at the desk what was happening,, and he talked to one of the techs in the back. The service tech had the audacity to blame it on the aftermarket exhaust. I told him it had zero problems when I brought it in and it was their screw up. They put it back in the shop, and I really hope they fix it properly without trying to blame me for their mistake.

My service advisor (Michelle) is the best!! She is very knowledgeable, understanding, and really goes the extra mile to get you taken care of as soon as possible and stay in constant contact along the way.

Very friendly staff. I had my girls (4yrs and 1yr) with me and they offered them some snacks and they worked very quickly on my car. Definitely will be going back when needed!

We had an accident on Friday evening and called Pegasus first thing Saturday morning to see about repairs. Michelle was exceptionally helpful by working us in to check that the vehicle was safe to drive.The service department is very busy right now and we scheduled repairs at a later date, but Michelle getting our us checked for safety was such a relief. Parts are ordered and we feel confident that Pegasus service center will take care of our needs.

They changed the oil and filter, installed TPMS sensors in trailer wheels, and installed sending unit for trailer TMPS.They also looked at one TMPS on truck, they had to order part and will install it in a week. They also took me home and then picked me up when the work was done.

They had to completely rebuild the rearend of my 2018 Ram 3500 because the tech of the previous dealership didnt feel that gear oil was a necessary component of a functional vehicle. Kyle and Michelle took care of me like one of their family.

I took my truck in at 8 o’clock in the morning to have a trailer brake controller installed. I hadn’t heard anything by 4 o’clock so I called and I was told they were on it now and it will be ready in one hour. I showed up at 5 o’clock & the trailer brake controller had been installed and when I went to pay the $350 for it, I found out that it was actually $650 a slight miscalculation on their part. I was told there was a $300 FLAT, labor fee that no one mentioned. There was also a recall on the brakes, something about grease needing to be added which I’m sure if I were to check, was not done.

Had the first oil change done on my new vehicle so I only dealt with the service department on this visit. No real issues. I had an appointment so they got me in and out pretty quickly. Just would have been a nice touch for them to at least vacuum out the front and run it through a car wash. I purchased a car maintenance package when I bought the car so thought it might get me a little better service especially from a dealership.

I will admit up front, I did not buy my Jeep here. They didnt have the exact model I wanted. However, I do use them for maintenance and repair. They do my regular maintenance and I have had them pick up my car for repair. I have found them to be honest and they will let you know up front if something is going to be knock your socks off expensive. I have also had them reassure me that all is well and send me on my way with no charge! Amazing

I always take my Alpha Romeo here for oil change. They treat me well and only charge half what the Alpha Romeo dealership charges.
