Okay, not a customer, but will be! Went in for an estimate on a frame straightening. He gave me what i would consider a reasonable estimate, then took 10 minutes and walked me through how to do it myself. Told me if I goofed it up, theyd be happy to fix it! Seriously! Ive used another body shop a couple times in the last year and was never really impressed. This one action has earned my business! BTW, chances I goof up are a solid 50%!
