Monday 9/06/21 Labor Day 5:45pm.I went into Atwood’s 15 minutes before closing time. There was a young male employee working up front cleaning and organizing by himself. I asked him if he has a minute and could help me. Told him I looked online at the Atwood’s website and found a Lawn Mower that I wanted to purchase. The website showed there is only one left in stock. I asked him if he knows where it is located. He said yes and told me to follow him.He asked me what kind of mower it is. I showed him a picture I had taken on my phone, and the model number. He walked right to the lawn mower. Sure enough there was one left. He helped me to get the mower I came in for and I had exactly what I wanted in less than 2 minutes.Please say thank you to the very nice and helpful young man that assisted me with my purchase today. I appreciate the help!Great Job!! 😁

Great customer service! Friendly people. We had about 6 employees who went out of our way to help us and make sure we found everything we came for. We are new here and Atwoods was recommended by a stranger at Walmart. 👍🏼

Has a little bit of everything from farm supplies to dog food and the best pickles in town.

They have real metal toys like Tonka trucks and John Deere tractors, at least thats what I saw. Lots of great stuff to buy, its easy to overspend!

Always enjoy the store. Had good prices on the things I needed and employees were very helpful.

Atwoods is a really country place to go to its so nice in there its like all country and stuff and I got some good mechanic stuff and its really expensive just warning you on that

Love this place. It is true to its name. Lots of stuff for the ranch and home. I went in for jeans and was happy to find just that at $10 per pair!!! I always have to walk the store because of the unique products they carry. Baby chicks and ducks to riding lawnmowers. Prices are always good too. Go in and give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

Stopped in for some camo hunting clothes. They had 1 rack, consisting of a couple shirts and some coveralls. Pretty sad selection.

Great store, always able to find what you need, and if not someone knows where you can find it. If you can find someone to ask tho.... It is hard to find an employee and the ones you do find on the floor almost seem to avoid you. But oh well still a good store.

Atwoods is an excellent farm and ranch store they had everything we needed in one trip.

Went to check out some pellet grills. Some on sale, some not. Good quality smokers though.

Great prices shop at these retailer store all over the state. The staff was the worst i have ever dealt with when you could find one they very unfriendly and not much help.

It is not fair atwoods, I have spent almost 200,00 dollars on a charger just a couple months ago but now it quit workingBut when at the store I try to make my case and explain that this item just quit working I got really disrespected and treated like if I had stole this itemYou know you are the only store who carries this item in town. But guess what you just want to give me the run aroundGood, I will make sure that I every hispanic who you are and make them aware of how disrespectfully they will be treated when they come to the store with an issue.Go the hell atwoods!!!!!!

Atwoods is almost like toys r us for grown ups.

The customer service was great. The people who work here are always helpful and friendly.

Why is it they act like they are scared to death you might actually purchase a firearm, that being if there is someone at the counter to even help you. And if you dare ask about ammo you get attitude, nor are they willing at all to help with any defect of a firearm you might purchase. Its call the factory. 2 stars and that is because of the prices and nothing more!

Well my olman dropped me off at the door. I went in wial he parked the truck and walked in with our neighbor. He walked in 7 minutes later and was followed by an employee the whole time as I was by a female employee. We both were shopping for what we wanted to get from their. I feel and dropped what I had in my hands as I was telling the female employee that I dont and didnt need to be followed. As the Manager, boyfriend and the guy that was following him the whole time walked up. Manager asked female where did she have the 6 packs of sanding disks before she fell. She said in her hands. Then looked at Bob and said The 2 of you need to leave at are not to return to the store again because you know 1 of our other employees Zack and then escorted use to the door but wanted us to buy what we had first. We asked why later when we called the store and said that we looked suspicious when we came in. But Bob never said a word to Zack. And the manager asked Zack how do you know he?

We have shopped here often. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We will be back.

They have a large selection but their prices are high, especially in clothes. The merchandising is often strange. Not intuitive and it takes work to find items.

Proplan dog food better price than petsmart

I always forget to shop here. I went in last week and found EVERYTHING. Great prices, great selection, and a few special stocking stuffers I havent been able to find elsewhere.

They have a good menu and special.

I’ve never had any issues with Atwood’s until today. I had a question about something being on back stock which should be a simple “no, sorry!” Or “maybe, let me get someone who can help you”. Instead the floor staff was very rude and pretty much ignored me when I asked one, the other acted as if I was bothering her. They were both very grouchy and had no customer service skills! The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I had to in order to post my review!

From plumbing, welding & farm supplies to tools, pet supplies food clothing and garden supplies they have it all.

Ive been shopping at Atwoods since the first store was on Van Buren. Since then it has changed a lot. The product selection is a LOT different now. So is the attitude of the staff.The floor staff is usually very friendly and helpful. The management is NOT! The folks working the registers are sometimes super helpful but mostly not. This used to be my first choice for hardware, and animal supplies. Because of the bad experiences Ive had with management and the frequently cranky checkout staff. Atwoods is now its the LAST PLACE I go.

I think you have to take grump pills to work there. Jack and one other load out guy are the ONLY 2 workers who even will have a conversation. Last year I complained to management twice about 2 different cashiers who were extremely rude. Both still work there. I avoid their line if at all possible but not always able to especially when their the only 2 checking at the time. As far as products go Ive no complaints.

Found all but two items in stock we were looking for. We love Danes salsa, disappointed they were sold out. Store has wide variety of farm and city necessitys. We always buy our bleach here.

Went yesterday and my father asked the lady a question that was working , she wasn’t wearing her mask properly and was really rude and started talking to the other staff. The guy she was talking to answered us really rudely about a question we had.

Dont have one of these in Omaha, Nebraska so whenever I get to Oklahoma I make a trip there because they have some good deals and things I dont see any other place like Tractor Supply.

Bought a weed eater a year ago from them put the insurance the sale always had trouble starting it smoked take it to get fixed for this season and told me it would be about a week to fix and been on 2 weeks nothing has been fixed they been extremely rude the assistant manager even got rude with me this place in Enid is a joke don’t buy garden tools from them they will not fix them they just keep giving false answers worst place ever!!

A nice farm and ranch supply, with clothing, foods, ranch equipment, pet supplies..even some patio furniture. Doesnt make a whole lot of sense to someone from the city, but it seems to work here. My husband likes the fresh popcorn they give away daily to their customers.

I LOVE this store. It is a bit like a western Walmart, but much better than Walmart. Lots of great items for yard and garden, like the great new rocking chairs we bought for our front porch.

Love this Atwood’s, the one by our house isn’t all that big. This one is HUGE! They have damn near everything you could ever want. People and employees were very friendly and helpful. I will be back.

I enjoy our Atwoods store... and have always had am easy time getting help... I appreciate the selection of merchandise and feed... excellent tools and out door equipment.... as well as a wonderful gun department and knowledgeable staff...

The dog wash station is so nice and convenient. I used to dread washing my 2 large dogs, both are over 75 lbs, one is over 100lbs, but now its now big deal. I will take them every other week now.

Wouldnt warranty a battery that exploded. The manager tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with it even thought it had a 3” hole blown out. This place pretty much is just a pet and cloths store. Should take the farm and ranch out of their name cause it’s a disgrace to farmers.

Best store in Enid Oklahoma,the employees are friendly always eager help with my needs and questions.

Usually good you get used to where things are at in the store then your next visit is like um wow where do find stuff now? Ever thing is moved. Geez.

It has pretty much everything you might need at a little less than most stores. If you can stand the constant reconstruction and changing the store layout, its worth going to.

Always a great place to shop for pet supplies. And of course all the little goodies you see on the way in and out are hard to pass up.

Nice clothing but extremely pricey. But I like the fact that they carry tall mens clothing which I have a hard time finding being that Im 68.
