Some of the help must have got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. She was much too easily agitated over things that were very trivial. Some people just shouldnt be in the customer service business. Other than that Jerry helped me out really nicely and Carson seem to be doing a good job.

I went to apply for a job it was very difficult

The owner and employees are absolutely terrific. They really know their stores products and are always helpful and polite. Prices are reasonable and the stock is always full. If you need something special, they have different catalogs for you to check on the product and they will special order for you. Theres no charge for that service, unlike some of the bigger stores.

Horrible over the phone customer service, I called to see if they stocked coil nails and the man on the phone didnt know what they were,said they dont stock them (even though their website says they do) then I had to convince him to go look in the shelf for me. A joke of a hardware store.

Great supply, friendly staff. Went in on Sunday and the clerk called me by name. Made me feel special. However, sometimes its a little hard to find what Im looking for.

Not terrible. Always really quiet in there which is kind of nice. Still cant help but feel like its almost obsolete. I only ever go there if Im on that side of town. Prices are basic hardware store prices. A little more than lowes.

When you working on something and you need it in a hurry this Ace Hardware cannot be beat they always have friendly staff. And are willing to help you find whatever you need.

Always out of stock on simple items, they say its on the truck friday so call Friday after Friday after Friday and never arrives. Putting things off for months is becoming a nuisance. Basic items, if 1 is on the shelf then management/inventory needs to keep/order 4 in stock. And this all started before covid so no excuses, get with the program or you will end up like Kmart, Dillards, and JC Pennys.

Order item online and it show that it on stock and I will pick it up on the same day in order, just only give then time to get the item ready. I waited 4 hours, still no call or email to let me know the item is ready. I called the store and it sounded like they dont often check their online orders or update their system because the lady told me to wait so she could find the item and will call me back. She called back and told me that the item is out of stock. What the heck!! Ive been told to wait for their truck to get their tomorrow and then shell call me back. But if the item wont be there tomorrow then I will have to wait couple of days. WOW!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE EVER!!!! I wont order online with them ever again and I will not recommend their online order to friends, families, anyone. Call them before you complete your online order to see if them really have the item on stock. Apparently, they dont updated their system. WOW!!😡

Good choices of hardware

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man. That is very true. Over the years I have been in this store many times, buying everything from snow shovels to gas cans. It is a great hardware store, and if you cant find what you need here, youre just not looking hard enough. And if its snowing outside, youll probably see me in there again.
