This is a store thats closing. Every one was nice and didnt bother me. Still very expensive on some items.

Excellent bargains, especially the Jewelry. All their fixtures are for sale. Need to check them out

I was looking for a dress to wear to my granddaughters wedding. I found one on-line and when I went to Oakwood Mall the exact dress and size were there. My mother ordered hers and received an Email that it was being shipped out by UPS. This was Sunday afternoon and it will arrive sooner than I thought. Certainly cuts down on the stress. Kudos!

I went to the hair salon inside Jcpenney. Got my hair cut by 1 of the best hair stylist in a long time. Her name was Angela Brooks. If you need a hair cut in this town shes the person to see.

Can find some good deals if you search. Can never find an employee to pay or there is only one. Havent found an employee yet that is knowledgeable about coupons. They struggle with the text coupons and then just say they cant get it to work. I have to ask them to call a manager or they wont let me use it.

This store is closing for good, their having their so called closing sale

Busy and crowded with Holiday shoppers. Many sales. Still the clerks were pleasant and helpful.

Writing second review... JC Penney Salon is awesome. Bailey introduced us to Salon whole staff, April and Sarah are who worked on our hair recently. My Husband had the best haircut ever from Sarah and April really listened to my request. Again, highly recommend due to creativity, professionalism and cost. Been back at least 4 times plan to continue.

Fewer of these department stores remain every year. This is how we used to shop and if you like to hold the dress or shirt in your hand and try it on then this is one of the last large department stores her locally. They carry good quality merchandise.

This mall is in Enid, I hadnt been here before, so imagine my disappointment when I discovered 95% of this mall is deserted.

Going out of business sale. Sad for the community.

This store is seriously understaffed, and they do not run enough registers. I waited about 15 minutes in line (behind only one customer) trying to checkout before being directed to the mens department. When I walked over to the mens department, no one was there to check me out either. I finally was able to checkout in housewares. It shouldnt be this difficult to do business. The one bright spot was the friendly associate, Donna, who was able to finally get the checkout process completed for me.

Awesome clothing options for men. Very good prices. Now have major appliances.

There getting a hair cut the ladies r good an professional..

They resized my ring and charged me double what I was told. I was livid and told them that was NOT what I was told. The manager was extremely nice and honored the price I was told. She told me just to expect the actual price for future rings. Fine. Im cool with that. Dont take MY jewelry and tell me one thing and then turn around and the only way I can get my jewelry back is to pay double what I was quoted. My husband and I were both very impressed with her.

Stock is low and the fragrance they put out in the store causes my allergies to act up. Cant stay but a few minutes in there and usually only one clerk back at the pick up and return desk. Pennys is definitely a help yourself store.Ruth Norman

Ive alwas loved my family stores.

Always some kind of deal going on, and helpful staff.

This JcPenneys never has many sizes in mens clothing. Example, they may have 20 pairs of Jeans, 17 of the 20 will be 34x34, the others will be random sizes. No pant sizes in lengths longer than 34 and no waist sizes in jeans or shorts larger than 36. If there is, they are sold within the day the hit the floor, and then you are left with the small sizes that kids wear. My opinion, let this place go out of business.. we need a store here in Enid that sells average sized clothes, and pays attention to the products that sell and dont sell. This JCPenney, does not. I never shop here unless I need socks, and most of the time they dont have any sizes over 10

Sales lady was awesome. Very friendly and not pushy. But helpful and informative.

If Ryan in mens is here its great. But I am here now. With my son shopping for prom. Have been in the mens section for 45 minutes and not 1 person greeted us or acknowledged that we were even here. If I didnt have retail experience, I wouldnt have been able to get my son the pants he needed. Awful experience.
