When staffed correctly they are quick and efficient. Havent had any issues with service. Sometimes it seems as if they are overwhelmed or overworked

Honestly one of the worst auto experiences I have had. All I needed was an oil change and it took over 3 1/2 hours when there was only one other car in front. After waiting for about half that time I requested to have my keys back so I could leave and they couldn’t even find my keys or get anyone to help. Very unprofessional and rude!!! Literally anywhere else is better than this poorly ran establishment trying to pass as an auto shop!

If it wasnt the only place open on Sunday, believe me, I wouldnt of went.

Stopped by to have my tires rotated and noticed they had headlight restorations for $29.99. When I paid, I was only charged $25.99. I called it to their attention and they stated the price was correct, their sign outside was wrong. Now they could have not said anything and Id have paid the $29.99. Hats off to their honesty...and look how awesome my headlights look!!

I went to get an oil change and when I got home my drive way was spilled with oil and when I moved it to the garage it continued to leak and once my husband checked what was wrong the filter was loose he said he could turn it with his hand (HE TURNED IT 2 WHOLE TURNS BY HAND ) . I have 2 kids and I depend on that car so had it broke because of that I would have been screwed out of a car . I would appreciate if the Manager educated them . I definitely wont be taking my car back again . I was in a rush and needed it taken care of asap but it could have cost me my car . ALSO I HAVE THE video to show because ill be going up there tomorrow to show the manager (08-15-2021)

Staff is very helpful, does their jobs quickly and correctly. Ive had absolutely no issues ever when going to Walmart to work on my car. And they do oil changes much cheaper then most auto shops in town.

Got my oil change ,I ask how long it will take they told me 45 min so I went to buy some stuff and it was around that time they call,friendly service,will come back!!

Sat for 30 minutes for them to say “sorry we were having a discussion” and they take their sweet time even when my car was the only one there. They need to hire more employees so maybe they could get work done in a decent time.

Walmart auto care center sucks. I havent been there one time that they were to open on schedule. It is 7:15 a.m. they are to open at 7:00a.m. still no movement on the inside. 7:20 some guy came out to get my information. He said they are waiting for someone to open the doors. Im thinking take finger press button.

Got to the auto center at 7:10 A.M. they say they are open at 7. Dark inside. , one employee said he’d been there since 6:30. He was trying to find someone to unlock the big doors. Couldn’t find anyone. I called numbers of the store auto center no response . Finally at 7:20-7:25 a couple of folks show up and another customer shows up. Still big doors closed. Finally big doors open up. Long story short, these people don’t care, one has been there forever. Doesn’t even show up on time , and this has been going on for years. Walmart does not care about this auto center and it shows. One employee said don’t come here if your in a hurry. At least she’s honest. That was my last visit to Walmart auto center. The older fellow that was there at 630 fixed my tire. He’s s worker and on time. The rest, well, god blessem , they just don’t care.

I wish I could give this a zero. I usually do not write reviews, but the service—or lack thereof—was awful. I will not be going back. I came for an oil change and thought I would do some shopping while I waited. As I was checked in, the attendant said, “Well, you would THINK people would stay home when it is cold but I guess not.” When finished shopping, I checked the status of my car and it had not moved from where I parked it. I was then told (not when I checked in, but nearly 45 minutes later) it would be another three hour wait. I asked for my key and went to Jiffy Lube instead, where the service was much more expedient and polite.

Absolutely recommend . Got oil change done . Ticket writer was super friendly. Barely waited ten minutes and was already done. Definitely coming back plus has cheapest prices in town . Love walmart

Ive brought my wifes car here before and the service was kind of slow for as many techs they have. I was told today that the wait time would be at least an hour and a half because there were 3 techs and they were each working on a vehicle. I drove off, Im not angry with these folks I just dont understand why it takes so long to work on so little vehicles. A tid bit of information, I used to work TLE and was able to do tire changes or an oil change in less than an hour.

If I could give less than one star I would I have been waiting for over 40 minutes for tire job I was told was going to take in between 15 to 20 minutes I am disappointed in how cheap Walmart is that they wont hire people with actual experience just to save money there were 3 workers and one of them was showing the other two how to do things correctly I will not be coming back here ever again I will be sure to tell anyone who wants to know my opinion

I wish I could rate 0 because you cant really rate a service that you did not receive. Their posted hours are until 7pm. I went at a little before 5. I sat for twenty minutes before calling the service desk. The employee who answered did not know what TLE meant (tire and lube express, what that department is called) She told me they close early when its cold or bad weather because, in her words, people usually want to get tjings done earlier. It was 40 with a slight drizzle, so I guess people dont have lives and other things to do? I made plans based on their posted hours, and failure (apparently a consistent and conscious failure) to operate within posted hours is terrible business and customer service. I can understand if it was a blizzard or something but nope.

My family goes here for all our oil changes. Its usually pretty fast unless theyre super busy.

They are terrible with cars. Took my car to change tires took them 3 hours to let it sit on the lot not even touching it. Cancel my appointment with them and took it to discount tires they have it done for 30 minutes Same day.

Went there told me they can put my tires on and took them an hour to look at them. And told me they didnt. Im am very mad. Never ever going there again. Everybody dont go there they will charge extra for stuff you dont even need. Go somewhere else. Trust me.

Called right before they closed and they told me they had my tire size in stock, then got there when they opened and they claimed the didnt have them and were arguing about the model of my car. The whole time he was very sexist, never coming here again.

Took 3 hours to do a tire rotation last time I was here. This time, 2 1/2 hours to fix a flat...and tire is not fixable and we don’t carry it anymore-you need a new tire that doesn’t match...still waiting, still costing. BEWARE!

Good work but I had to wait over an hour for a single tire. I dont think that is necessary at all.

Was there for tires the older lady said she will be right there to help me after she finished with her customer then she started dusting we watched her for awhile then said forget it and left to go find tires somewhere else

Changed my oil quickly.

They give you an estimate of the time and then you show up, and they barely are starting on your car.

You could tell person did want to be there.

Rude and disrespectful, can’t own up to their mistakes.
