Clean, bright, and large interior. But, they do need more seating and some vending machines. Staff is friendly and seemed to work hard to please. Did a good job on tire and an honest price. Dont trust the website for inventory, call and confirm (personal experience)

This place is awesome. So this place offers amazing customer service first off, and second they are very competitive in prices. The waiting lounge is open and you can stand inside and watch them work on your car just in case u have any skepticism they treat every vehicle with respect no matter what it looks like seem to be one of few shops as well that you tell them what to do and they do it and I believe the do a little more than just tires as well my favorite place to get tires and they uphold their patch repair or replace warranty love this place

I have bought several tires for Discount Tires in Enid so far they have been the best. All the guys are great and very knowledgeable. They have some of the best sale guys and services guys. Great place to get tires and to service your tires. We bought tires elsewhere and that had 70,000 mile warranty and they lasted only about 25,000 miles. Went to Discount Tire and even tho we hadn’t bought the tires there they gave us a nice credit for all of the tires that needed to be replaced. Nice place to do business.

Newest tire shop in town so I figured I give them a try. They had to order my tires due to size (measurements) my car requires. Said it would take 3-5 days from that Monday to receive. I had called Friday and Monday and no tires. At this point I was going to look else where since been on a donut. But what kept me from not going else where was the staff. They were very patient and apologetic even with it being a manufacturer shipping issue. Come early Tuesday morning they contacted me that they had recieved them. I had arrived within 15 minutes and they assisted me right away. After all said and done they apologized and gave me a way better discounted than qouted. Also they were very quick installing 4 tires so they went from a 1 star rating to a 5 star. I will be using there services again and they are highly recommended.

I ordered some inexpensive tires, well they ended up installing the last set on a truck that was in the shop as I got there. They upgraded my tires & honored the price agreed, I didn’t even ask. Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable staff, & best price in town. They have earned my business for years to come.

My husband went in to get a tire fixed and they couldnt fix it so they told him since it had less than 44000 miles on it they can order him another tire and it would be free when he went to get the tire instead of being free they charged him $100 for the tire. We wont be back there.

I was in the area on business for a few days and decided to purchase two front tires for my SUV. As soon as I pulled up Chris came outside to my truck to offer assistance. He told me about the different brands of tires but suggested that I put the same brand back on my truck. He ordered the tires and I returned the next day for the install. It was a fast and simple process. They were able to also offer replacement warranties on the existing two tires that was already on the truck. They really pride themselves on quality customer service at this location.

Quick and not super expensive!

I was school shopping with my three kids and and we needed to replace a tire. The first place said they didnt have time so we were rushing to discount tire hoping they werent closed yet. This awesome, professional group of young men waved us in with smiles! They fixed the tire in no time at all. Travis and Chris were efficient and professional and I believe this store deserves some recognition for their efforts. I give this experience 5 stars and then some! In fact, I may drive 2 hours for all my tire needs from now on! Way to go guys!!!!

Good place to get tires at a good price

Employees are polite and professional. Dropped my car off for a 10 A.M. appointment to have four new tires mounted. Employee checking me in asked my name and if I was staying to waiting on the car. I replied yes. He said awesome and he’d get me when it was finished and took my keys. I waited in the lobby in the same chair until 11:45. Made eye contact with the manager and the same employee who checked me in several times throughout this wait. I finally walked up to the other employee who was inside and asked if my specific car was done. He checked the computer and said yes. I asked if he knew how long it had been done because I had been waiting awhile. He didn’t say but he grabbed the keys and said it looked like they thought I left and had been marked to call me. I mentioned I never received a call( I was on my phone the entire time to pass time) and it had been almost two hours. No apology or anything. Can’t speak to the speed of service since I was probably waiting an extra hour on a finished car I didn’t know about.

GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!! Patient and understanding. Would recommend them to everyone. The assistant manger came out and greeted my at my car and helped me with my little ones to get them in. And they were done way before the said they would. Best place in town.

Discount Tire is awesome! They fixed my flat tire for free! As soon as I pulled up, someone approached my car and began helping me. You just cant beat their service.

Had to replace rear tire on my car after it shredded shortly after leaving my doctor appt in Enid. The guys at Discount tire were the best. Very polite and courteous. I would recommend them again and again.I was pretty stressed out and they took very good care of me and my car.

4 tires off and 4 tires on in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. When I got Discount Tire, the store was definitely busy but I had an appointment, so my vehicle still got in at my scheduled time. Watching the crews through the window, I was amazed to see how well the teams worked together. Needless to say, I expected to be there for an hour or so, but I pulled my vehicle out of the bay, in about 15 minutes from my appointment time. I had 4 new tires on my van, and the time in the bay was less than 10 minutes.

I cant believe I found a place in this day and age that does FREE tire repairs for you. I had a tire that kept loosing air and happened to be in Enid. I got on Google and found this store just 2 blocks from where I was so I stopped in, was met by a friendly gentleman that said he could help me. When the job was finished in quick order I asked how much did I owe and he said nothing. I think my jaw must have hit the floor. That was so wonderful and refreshing. Thank you and I would recommend this store to anyone out there looking for tires or flats to be fixed.

Extremely professional! Amazing service, I do my market search and find the best price w/ highest quality. This place is the answer, nobody can do four tires for $350 w/ 40k miles of warranty and FREE tire rotation every 6k miles.Other place charge $25 for tire rotation. Christ the assiant manager is also super friendly.

These guys are awesome. I was pleasantly surprised when they finished fixing my tire they parked my car closer to Aldi because they knew I was doing grocery shopping. They fixed a flat for me for free. I also had a tire that kept going losing air and I was having to air it up a couple of times a week. I was told by another tire shop that my rim was bent. I told these guys about it and they pulled my wheel and found that it just had dirt and rust around the rim. They cleaned it for me and it hasnt leaked since. They didnt charge me a dime. Wonderful fast friendly service. This is where I will go when I need tires. Great guys!

I had a screw in one of my tires. William Hermes came out and said he could help me. I asked what the charge would be for the repair and he said they would take care of it for free. He checked my tires and told me I was getting to the point of needing to replace two and gave me quotes for several options. I never felt pressured to purchase anything at this time but, due to his professionalism, I will return to give them my business.

Our daughter came from okc and as she passed thru Enid her tire light came on. She stopped at Wally world and they like to never waited on her and then told her it would be about a hour because employees going to lunch! She then went to this place and was greeted before she even went in the front door! She had a nail in one tire so they not only fixed it but balanced it again and when I went to pay, no charge! Still cant believe it! Ill definitely go back!

I have been it tires industries for more than 13 years from tech to manager its hard fir me to trust any one with my vehicles as i was waiting to get my wifes vehicle rotated i wached as a tech install what looked like new wheels on a boat trailer but i seen that he torqued it in a circle not in a crisscross pattern witch is the proper way its concerning so if that sides by now i have to check my own vehicles my self because of safety please adress with employees just trying to save problems thank you

Excellent! Fast and reasonably priced! Had a tpms sensor changed and programmed within 30-45 minutes and saved $105! Toyota wanted $125. Discount Tire charged $20. I already had the sensor. Talk about price gouging!

Very good service, I was greeted out side by travis, was in there to check out some prices on some tires. I was there for about 45mins total and left with four new tires. Also store manager like came and check on the customer asking us if we needed any thing to drink, very friendly and fast service. A great new addition to Enid Oklahoma.

No hello how are you, no how can we help you, no have a good day when I walked out because no one helped me or said a word when I was standing at their counter!!! Terrible service!
