I have been going here dor 20+ years roughly. I brought my very first car here. They have had many management changes over the years, however the customer service has never wavered. I recently had a low tire pressure light on, and had to go to bed due to working 3rd shift and they worked quickly to get me back on the road so I could get some sleep before having to go to work. I will continue to bring my car here still today and in the future.

My daughter-in-law bought a car from an employee straight out of the parking lot from this place which happened to have a lot more wrong with it than he mentioned. I find it being very dishonest which makes me question the whole garage. Its a huge difference saying the valve cover gasket needs replacing when actually the head gaskets need to be replaced. A new gas tank is needed and the steering rack is leaking. The back cross member is totally rusted out. taking advantage of a young girl in the middle of a pandemic is pretty low even for Broome County standards.

They have fixed 3 of our cars and every time the work was done well and the price was very reasonable. Im a little paranoid about repair shops so I check the work and so far Ive been very satisfied.

Been coming here for a long time. The guys are honest and fast. Ive never had them try to upsell me. The manager Jim has taken it upon himself to talk me through all issues and options. Hes been more than patient with me, an old man who knows very little about anything with an engine...Highly recommend this location if youre looking for reasonable rates, honest guys, and fast service.

I wen there to get and oil change and new tires. I got a callback from them saying I need all new brakes, shocks, and stuff. Somewhat aggressively trying to force more work into the car that didn’t need it. I just appreciate the fact that they were trying to get more work onto the cart that didn’t need it

Family came in from outa town n had a blowout along the way. Limped in on the donut. Hadta get a new tire ASAP.Tire was an oddball size. Called all over town n these guys hooked us up. Only place that had it. Fixed it as soon as we rolled in. Great job.

Ive had the unfortunate experience of jumping from shop to shop because I was either lied to about the service that was being performed or being grossly overcharged. My brother referred me to Monroe in Endwell and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. The technicians seem knowledgeable and competent. Jim (on site manager) explains everything fully and offers the most cost effective option to getting your vehicle up and running. I highly Recommend them!

Great overall service for anything from breaks and tires to oil and inspections. They fit me in when it works for my schedule too. They are timely and polite always.

Came in to get front end lubricated due to some weird noise and the manager on duty Jim lamb ended up lubing up my front end and also noticed I had a loose rear end and he personally took it upon himself to tightened up my rear end and made sure it all was all lubricated for a safe ride home! Defiantly good with his hands!:) will defiantly re turn for more servicing.

Recently got an oil change here and misjudged the price so I didn’t have enough cash on me at the time. They comped me the rest, AND fit me in at one of the busiest times of the day. Monro are the real ones for that.

Ive been here a few times to have muffler work done but mostly for oil changes and inspections and everything seems to be good from what I have seen. My car was always ready on time or ahead of schedule and they never tried to upsell anything so far

What can I say about the manager Jim. He went above and beyond. I brought my old Cutlass in cause it was spitting and sputtering. Jim the manager took it upon himself, hands on to fix the problem. He got under my hood right away knew what was wrong. He said there wasnt enough suction in my hose. He got right in there and worked till there was plenty of suction. Now my motor hums great again.

Friend of mine went here with a nail in her sidewall of a tire on a brand new Toyota Rav4. Sidewall punctures cant be fixed, so they told her she needed 4 new tires because they all have to match on a 4 wheel drive vehicle. They took her new tires off (400 miles on them) sold her 4 new tires and kept the other 3 brand new tires.

Terrible, terrible shop. Stay away

Fast service, great staff, and they really work with you. Had two tires already bought, they put them on, mounted and balanced them, and did an oil change. All for $70 bucks on a Sunday !!!

Affordable pricing, but due to the service guy not knowing what he was talking about when it came to my vehicle I went somewhere us.

JC and Endicott locations made me lose faith in honest work. Both locations no longer show me what may need to be done. Had to take there word for it. Endwell on Main street told me I needed a whole new exhaust due to a bad leak(which I did not have). When I went for an oil change two days after I was at the JC location. Neither told me about my bad rear tire or said a word about my ignition problem. Monro in Rochester NY restored my faith in Monro. Told me I didnt have an exhaust problem. They also didnt charge me for time spent trying to fix my ignition which they ended up sending me to a dealer. Ladies send a man with your car when dealing with the Monros in the Southern Tier. Up until 2 or 3 years ago ) I did well there.

Ive been going to Monro for 20 plus years. In an area thats flooded with independent garages, Monro Muffler is my hometown shop. Jim L and the crew are my guys.

I dropped my van off for an oil change this past Saturday because I recieved a coupon in the mail. They stated that I should leave it there and that they would call me as soon as it was ready. Well...4 hours later I never got a call. So, when I called the man just said Yeah, its done. So, I show up to pick up my van, find it parked near the road, windows down and keys in it. I have cds, dvds and other valuables that I keep in my van, so I was not happy. When I walk through the door I say Im here to pick up the Town and Country, you know the one that is left wide open near the street? The man named Mike said to me So?. I then say Well I do not want anything stolen and it is December, why would you leave the windows down? Mike responds Why would anyone steal anything, lady?. At this point, Im not very happy but I keep my cool. I then say Did you use the coupon I brought in? Mike responds Yep. I get my receipt after he already swipes my card and of course, he did not use the coupon. I let him know this. He then reaches in the register and hands me back cash. I say Why would you tell me that you used a coupon, when you didnt? He loses it. He tells me he gave me the cash and that I need to get over it. When I ask for the manager, he argues with me and yells at me telling me that I got my money back and I dont need to speak to anyone. Finally, the manager comes out. His name is Jim. He is not at all apologetic and says He will handle it. I cannot believe the amount of disrespect that I received at this place. I have never been more upset after leaving an establishment. I will not stop until everyone knows that they should not go there as long as this Mike guy works there. I am also 8 months pregnant, and to have a man scream in my face like that is very upsetting. I hope that Jim really handled this situation and fired that man. I will NEVER go there again.

Fair prices and good service at the Main St in Endicott store

Were taken our car here 3 times now, every time weve had an appointment, but for some reason it always takes 3 hours until our car is even looked at.Weve been told twice that our car will definitely be looked at before we close. The first time we were told that, our car was the only one on the premises.This shop is awful, unprofessional and inefficient.
