Bought our rav 4 from here, they have only offered us amazing service since then. They wash our car when going in for maintenance, are quick and affordable for services. Could you do your own work for cheaper? I’m sure, however they keep a log and never push extras that we don’t need!

Good service and prices

I called to schedule a diagnostics for a potential Prius purchase outside of the dealership and was kindly greeted by Ben on the phone. Now first off, I already know how people get with my name and I don’t get upset about it because it’s not a big deal, I graciously pronounce it and 90% of people repeat it back properly. When looking up my name he nicely spelled it out correct to make sure he wasn’t making an error and even tried suggesting different letter combos in case someone spelled it wrong when typing it previously. Small as it seems that was great service to start out. My name wasn’t there since I am a new customer, so he added me to the system. I asked about their diagnostics services for Prius’s he explained the 6 teams they have working on them and the scheduling process as well as walked over to ask their Prius service team lead about differences between their 27 point inspection and diagnostic services. He gave me more info than I asked for and then some with full attention. I unfortunately decided not to schedule at the moment but even after all of that and the answering my questions he still told me to call back if I needed anything and wished me well. I really appreciate the simplicity of courtesy and when people are genuine even if it is in the small moments. Thank you for being that person today Ben, I will gladly bring my car there when I need it!!

In June of 17 I dropped my tundra off because it was forcing coolant out of the radiator cap, I told them I was sure it had a bad head gasket. They tell me it just needs a radiator. A week later they call me back and say the radiator didnt do it and it now needed a new heater core. They have my truck for 3 more weeks because they kept getting the wrong part. Finally I get the call that my truck is fixed, only $1800!! Pick it up and get 2 miles down the road when the truck over heats. This time cracking the head because I was right, it needed a head gasket, not the $1800 pile of parts they through at it. I pay out of pocket for a used motor that they installed for me along with putting on new timing belt and water pump while motor was out(they recomended since used motor had 150k) over the coarse of the next TWO MONTHS!!! Get the truck back and lights in the dash dont work, heat control knob was disconnected somewhere in the dash. But they tell me the dash never came out when they had it ( thats where the heater core is so bulls***). At this point other then covering labor costs for the motor install, Gault hadnt done anything to help solve this problem they created. Drive the truck for about a week and the flex-plate shatters, there where no alignment pins from motor to trans( gaults techs neglect). Gault doesnt seem worried with the issue and says they cant get my truck back in for a couple weeks. I decided to bite the bullet and take my truck to a real shop and have it fixed. This shop informs me the new water pump is leaking. Gault gets me in for this issue, tells me it was leaking elsewhere and they fixed it. Its now been about a year since and my truck is out of commission yet again because the water pump they installed has leaked since the day I got it back and has given out. DONT take your vehical here!
