Andrew and the collision team took excellent care of me and my Acura RDX “Belle.” Down to earth, super helpful crew; they took the time to explain ALL my newbie questions (was my first accident—rather hit-n-run) with timely, proactive updates. I truly felt like VIP.Despite delays from the manufacturer (assumedly alla COVID), BMW of Encinitas hooked me up with a beautiful, new ride. I may have to upgrade to a BMW pronto. And when I do, I’m buying from BMW of Encinitas!

He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the entire repair process. He was efficient when dealing with the insurance company and made sure to repair my vehicle with the parts that I had asked for. He kept me informed during the whole process and got the job done in a timely manner.

I waz expecting to be treated like they do at BMW of Vista, when you have an older BMW, but I waz extremely shocked to receive the service and in-depth information I received!!! Gerald V. was extremely attentive, very informative, and made sure he explained the process [they have in place], step-by-step. If you want to shop for a newer or new car, they have CPO vehiclez of all makes, newer BMWz, and if you need quality repairz with EXCEPTIONAL service, vizit their lots or ask for Gerald in the body shop, Im pretty sure hell be able to help or point you in the direction youre seeking!!!!
