The staff is very helpful, however they need to work on their arrival time when a customer push the bell for assistance. I was in another aisle and another customer in the sporting goods section push the bell for assistance, a young man came to assist he was very professional, however it took him about 15 minutes. I dont know if it was because he was told his assistance was needed 15 minutes later or what.

Everything always says bad things about Walmart . I think management this Walmart is different. I purposely asked employees where things were, they were polite ,respectful and professional . I called 1 week the pharmacy and was put on a waiting list for the vaccine . To my surprise , the pharmacist Lisa called me and I received my first dose. THANK YOU LISA. The pharmacy Tech, Sam was very polite. Mimi in produce was excellent , great personality . From Subway, to nails being done , grocery, toys, clothes, health and beauty aids, auto needs, cleaning supplies , pharmacy items and prescriptions , I had a wonderful experience , thank you to the entire store and its employees. Very fair prices

I like this WalMart. The place is clean and organized usually. I come here to get lunch things and for a quick in and out. Never get held up trying to check out. The deli and breads are good also.

The return process at Customer Service was seamless, and the associate awesome.

Been on the phone for the last 20 minutes trying to get some pricing for my vehicle. Nobody is answering, not even customer service. Don’t want to drive my car, with a bad battery and no oil, all the way there and be told that it’s more than what I have right now. Please answer your phones!

Its Walmart. We all pretend to be too good for it but secretly love the convenience and prices. This is is 24 hours and keeps the drama to a minimum.

The store seems to have less and less every time I go in. The mens department has moved and dont have much of anything socks, shirts and so on and seems female section is bigger.The first few years this store open was great but has changed for the worst.Only two check out lines open and people backed up into clothing. I know that self check out is available but if people are going to do that they should give discount.Been told under remodeling but been going on 6 months. Older pics but get the idea.

I have purchased 100s of gift cards in my life. Most of which at one Walmart or another. Never have I ever been told that I couldnt use a credit card to purchase a gift card. Never. Until today. Someone explain this logic to me. Only reason I didnt argue it was because I was exhausted and done for the day.

Shopping was a easy enough but there was hardly any cashiers at the registers so to save time I went to self check with a cart full of groceries but if I was older i would of been waiting thirty minutes almost too just to be checked out so thats why I gave it a four star rating.

Friendly associates. The stock on the shelves tends to be very limited. You seem to no longer have many of the brand choices you had before and some items just arent there. I am glad they stopped checking receipts but you still feel uneasy they way your basket is stared at when you are walking out the door. If you have a good loss prevention unit you would not be utilizing the greeters as loss prevention a watch dog so to speak. Not fair to them or consumers.

This place makes me cringe every time I have to go. Trying to get anyone to help you or show you were things are is like pulling crocodile teeth. The only good thing is that they have quite a few self checkouts (when open) so you don’t have to wait on one cashier being open anymore.

We went to buy topsoil and look at some flowers. The topsoil was valued priced but the flowers hadnt been watered. They were stacked on top of each other. They were nearly dead. The people working didnt seem to care. I recommend buying your flowers elsewhere.

Worst shopping experience ever. I shopped for more than an hour in housewares & couldnt find any staff to help. Twice I called store (from inside store) to get help & had to wait 4+ minutes for staff to answer phone; I even asked security staff to call SOMEONE, ANYONE! then waited 20 minutes for staff to show up to open locked display. Finally I yelled-- yes, I yelled out-- for some help.Product prices on shelf not match scanned price, product on shelf not match shelf label. Not enough cashiers for number of customers. Cashier was friendly, but forgot to give customer before me one bag of her 2-bag order. 😕

Messy, shelves were bare. Cant get products we usually get. I dont mind shopping there. Just want things back to normal.

Had an interview today, they never called. Tried calling several times to speak with the person in charge of hiring and no one wants to pick up. 9 times out of 10 the employees here and just standing around doing absolutely nothing just talking to each other. Every time I want to make something at home to eat they never have at least a few ingredients.

I waited for an online pick up order for two hours. I kept calling and kept being told my order would be right out. I finally flagged down someone bringing out an order and asked what in the world was going on. After getting no response, I called corporate, where I was offered a messily $10 off for my 2 hour wait and $75 purchase that never came. I’ll never be shopping at Walmart again. Not only because the store was terrible, but that the service of corporate offices were terribly lacking.

Every time I visit this store the mens department always looks like a tornado touched down there. The jeans display was especially bad it looked like it hasnt been zoned in weeks. If they werent the only store in the county that carries my size pants I would have gone to Target their stores are much cleaner

As we know and love super Walmart for their values.... Which still stands somewhat true..... Their customer service has definitely gone down the tubes.... Its almost like you go in there help yourself out by googling information you need and then check yourself....8 registers are going Im one person trying to help five people at one time... Total bologna. And yet there they are getting away with it. Theyre doing it to us and spreading their employees out too thin... They said thats their new thing some standard... I actually called and complained to Walmarts manager and their answer was Im sorry maam but thats corporate not us....nice.

Not a fan at all. To get anything for pick up or delivery, its always at least 2 days out. If i look on line to see if items are available, its never right. If you just go shop, they always seem to only be half stocked ... So many shelves empty. Its not dirty but very unkempt. The ladies in the deli are not friendly and do not like to cut meat, try to make you buy whats been precut. (Sorry but i like my ham chipped!!!) Folks in the tire center and pharmacy are top notch but the rest of the store just sucks.

The one in Avon is really nice sometimes people can be rude but its very nice just dont like all the self checkouts

They had my favourite sardines so they get a review of praise from me for that, but the bagged superfood salads I bought didnt even last 3 days and was all wiggly and wilted and soggy lookin.I wound up depositing them out in the yard for the deers to eat, so at least something good came out of it. I feel bad for those fellas they aint got nowhere to go anymore so I hope it made thier day a little better. 🤗I hope they restock more of them sardines though cause I will buy them all, like I usually do! 🐟🏊‍♂️😋😀

Always low on stock. Store is a mess everytime I shop at Elyria store. Most of the time I will drive out of my way and shop at Great Northern Walmart.

Great place to pick-up groceries and what ever you need, all the time. Myself I do enjoy shopping there.

DO NOT buy their ground turkey. We just picked some up and went to cook it and it smelled like a wet dog when it was first opened. The whole kitchen reeks. This is the 5th time Ive bought meat from there and it was already bad. Do you leave the delivery truck in the sun before you stock it :(

The lady in receiving was cool. Seems to be some nice people there. For delivery drivers theres plenty of room for maneuvering.

What more can I say? They usually have great prices and a very good selection of products in stock ! And on top of having a good supply of whatever it is you need. They usually dont ask alot for it! So I can say that Wal-Mart is a great store!

Came to visit from Alabama and needed an oil change. Tried on and off for about 4 hours (half of the ride there) and no one at customer service would answer the phone. Fast forward a couple days and I accidently left my phone in the bathroom, tried calling for 20min (the ride there) and no one in customer service would answer and every other department that answered could not help me and said the only thing they could do is transfer me to customer service. 🤦‍♀️ I hope no one ever needs to get a hold of anyone here!

Generally speaking I hate Walmart and only go there when I need to but this one in particular is really bad, service is terrible, always out of stock for most hot items, and have anything of value in a locked case and considering the terrible customer service. Good luck finding someone to actually get the item out of the case for you

What a sad trip 5/9/2021I grocery shop late in the evening because I have children. I gathered around 350$ of groceries and head to check out. No registers open. Only self check out. 350$ of self check out-fun!! I needed assistance because of the price. A manager, Kim comes over to approves and I express the frustration of having to ring myself out as it’s a huge order. She walks away as I am talking to her!! That’s the customer service that a manager should be showing to her team. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Oberlin Walmart where they have registers and friendly staff.

Is always dirty and very uncleanly close on the floor and certain walmarts only have self check out I pay for people to check me out not to make suyeah pull the check me out not a machine

This store is well run. They offer senior shopping where only senior citizens are allowed during certain hours. They had all the things I needed and I was in and out in 15 minutes

Friendly employees and quick checkouts would like to see the same effort out in by other Walmarts and other companies

If could give zero stars I would!! Went there today..totally disgusted on how trashy the store looks especially the clothing section. Every shelf looks like all the clothes were thrown up in the air. Clothes on floor and other items such as sunglasses/ school supplies thrown on floor in that area!! I said something to an employee walking by and she just laughed. I used to work at the Oberlin store and you would never see it like that!

Great place to shop for about anything you want. Theres times I myself take time to enjoy shopping.I also love to cook and fix my breakfast. The smell goes all around and grandkids,say got any more, yes help yourself..They enjoy eating with me.

The way the aisles are organized is questionable, but theprices and selections are great.

My visit to the Elyria Walmart last night will be the last time I EVER set foot in that store! The customer service was atrocious! Out of the 13 check out lines, only one was open. Even with the self Check Out clogged they waited until there were over a dozen people waiting in line before opening a second check out line. And on top of all that, I was stopped by some kid who had just seen me FINALLY get thru the line who wanted to see the receipt for a folding lawn chair she had just watched me pay for. Now, to me this says loud and clear that I am not valued as a customer as my experience was not only inconvenient, it was also insulting to my integrity as an honest person. I sincerely hope the Walton family enjoys the $35 I spent at their store yesterday, because its the last of my money theyre EVER going to see.

They usually dont have half of the items on my list and dont bother checking availability via online cuz thats wrong every time. Online might say there are 4 of whatever the item is that you want and when you get there they have zero. Im just done going to Elyria Walmart.

Shopping was okay, didnt find everything I needed. Check-out was horrible. Only two actual checkout lanes and they were at least 5 people deep with full carts. Took a half hour to check out, and having a toddler that did not go well. NOT EVERYBODY WANTS TO SELF CHECK-OUT OPEN MORE LANES YOU HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY FOR EMPLOYEES

What a great way to walk and not worry about weather. You can pick up items in a hurry and fare prices. I dont like their check out system and feel like we are being lead to Self Checkout whether we want it or not. Now the line wraps around to get there. Why cant they have more cashiers? They have the store set up with 20 plus checkouts and only utilize two or three. Why??

I go to Wal Mart about every 4th or 5th time I shop, for certain things. If you go towards the middle of the day when they are busy and the lines back up, be prepared to wait 20 minutes or longer for the 2 registers they have open. Despite the fact that they have 20 people working on the floor, it takes an act of god to open another register. Then there is their gestapo receipt checkers. I was told if it isnt bagged, they need to check it. OK, so have your cashiers bag the stuff. How do you suppose I snuck out with 6 jugs of oil? I have friends that drive to other cities to avoid going to this Wal Mart.... that says a lot.

The store usually has what I need. The only knock is the items the shelves rarely look to be organized.

This visit was to the garden center and it was fast service and good selection at Walmart prices.

One of the ladies in customer service was super rude. Act like she did not like her job. She should find another one because this job of customer service does not suit her. Customer service is the customer expectations. I tried calling yesterday to speak with her manager, obviously no one answered. Sad that you can have someone with that attitude working in an important area.

There werent any sanitizer wipes for your carts and the were barely and carts.

Total mess! There were no shopping carts waiting for customers to use inside the store. Two employees were standing at the entrance counting people entering and exiting, but neither one made a move to inform a supervisor that carys were needed. I had to go back out of the store to the parking lot to retrieve a cart to use. Once inside, there were no sanitizing wipes to use on the cart. Once inside the store, it was chaos with customers; Disorganized and empty shelves; messy aisles. I couldnt wait to get my items and get out.

We went there for a few items the store was clean and the isles were neat and clean got what I came to get great prices and the cashier was very nice and polite

I went to this walmart to buy groceries at 6pm on the 15th of may. Around 11:30 that night my whole entire food stamp balance was wiped out by a walmart in Florida. Nobody had access to my card or pin. I clearly didnt make it to Florida so what the hell is going on. $850 they took from me. I called welfare and they refuse to help me. I called walmart and all tho they see theirs a problem and that I clearly did nothing wrong they wont help me either.. If you dont want all your foodstamps stolen from walmart dont shop their!! They are thieves and stole all my food stamps they will do it too you too!!!!

HAD to return an item I ordered by mail. They substituted an item that was wrong. Customer service rep kept scanning barcode given to me on my phone for return and couldnt get it to go through, so frustrated she gave me a gift card. Tried using the gift card online and it wouldnt go through, even for the CS guy from Walmart on the phone. Now I have to go back to the store to get the gift card replaced!!!! I really do hate WalMart
