This Target is fantastic! Impeccable customer service as well. I made an order online and picked it up. When I got home their were some items damaged from a spill. There is an employee named Tim that was working in customer service. He was very kind and helped me right away. He is an asset to Target and I am grateful for his help and the overall wonderful service by all the employees here. You make shopping so much nicer. Thank you:)

Great store. I love to buy certain things here like the Method cleaning supplies and the 1 for 1 brand. The store is very clean and well organized. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable about items you may have questions about. The store is handicap accessible and plenty of parking available. Easy to find location. They have a pretty decent selection of gluten free and vegetarian options. They even carry gluten free beer in several different kinds, not just cider but IPA’s and what not too. The clothing selection offers better styles than many other big brand name stores in my opinion, at decent prices. The sale items are priced very reasonably and I have picked up many things for myself and my kiddos over the years. Definitely recommend to check out.

Target has fast and friendly service. Ordering same day pickup is a breeze. They actually have cashiers who check you out, unlike some of these other stores who make you scan your own merchandise.

I sadly didn’t catch the name of the amazing woman working this pharmacy today 5/8/21, but she was by herself and certainly could have used a 2nd employee, but went above and beyond beyond to make my covid shot a good experience! Highly recommend! Give her some help CVS

Caring employees at Elyria, OH store. Alexys Billings had kept her register line moving at a steady pace and made eye contact the entire time. She greeted me with a genuine smile and question of how was my day. She handled my products with care while scanning and bagging. She was most helpful with my Target app and had patience with me. Alexys made me want to come back and shop at this store.

If I could give this Elyria store negative stars I would. I bought a brand new tv from them and when I opened it up at home, inside I found a used screen. No cords, no stand or remote. Nothing but a extremely dusty screen covered in what looks like soda. Within a hour of purchase, I took it back to the store and they refused to accept that this is what was sold me, a used tv in the box. I even showed them where it looks like it was opened at the bottom and someone taped it back up. They said it was not the unit the sold me and basically told me there was no way they sold that to me. So I’m basically out $500 and the customer relations number they gave me to call said the same thing. I can’t believe the sell used stuff as new then call you a lair when you simply just ask the to correct their mess up. I understand why most people shop Amazon or Walmart now.

Target in Elyria made the return process super easy. They held my item at customer service for me so I could quickly make my exchange with out having to venture in to the store during the pandemic. I was grateful for that.

Mask wearing not being enforced with customers. I saw people with no mask at all others with it under their chins, some with their noses out. masks need to be worn and worn properly, period. unfortunatly target has to enforce it since their customers are too inconsiderate and obstinate to do it themselves. The store was clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. just need the mask police to enforce.

Your front person Bre is very rude and doesnt know how to do her job. It clearly shows the price on her phone as to what i showed her on my phone, and instead of admitting her mistake and accept the difference between online price matching and instore price matching, she back talks me and walks away. I got them items. Rude and doesnt know how to perform her job and has no customer service skills.

I ordered an item on the 11th online. When I placed my order the next day I checked tracking and it stated it was coming from Delaware. The second day I checked the tracking it stated it was on backorder and I wouldnt get it until the end of the month. I ordered it because it was cheaper and arrive sooner then any other location. Now it will not arrive until after I need it and because it didnt state it was on backorder to begin with all of the other locations that carry my item will not be able to deliver to me by the date that I needed it by.

I have had ZERO issues with my orders here. Employees have been great - transactions are easy.

This store never has sports cards, they put people on a list then sell it to them instead of selling to there loyal customers that come in every day trying to get 1 thing. Its probably there friends that is on a list of they buy it b4 it hits the shelf. Thats why they will not put in on the shelf for sale.

Target always has what I need and want. Prices are great and staff is friendly!

Was looking for board games specifically. Found it at Target webpage, also was looking for playing cards. Bicycle cards to be exact found them. I also got 2$ off for ordering online and pickup in store and paid online. The products were in a bag, ready for me. It was fantastic.

Layout of departments is a bit confusing. But everything was well stocked, even during the Holiday season. Plenty of exclusive items to make this a shopping destination.

Incredibly fast pickup services at this location; they’ve taken less than 20 minutes each time I’ve used the service, compared to over 5 hours for the same products from Walmart.

The staff was extremely helpful even though I ran in 10 minutes before they closed.

Store is nice. Red dot card save 5% is nice. Only issue is the pa will play a gong noise every time I shop. Im told its the phone when a customer calls. Well then they never answer the phone. I cant shop there without being annoyed by the gong on the pa. When I shop at other targets I dont hear annoying noise from pa.UPDATE. STOPPED IN TODAY AND SURE ENOUGH THE GONG BELL RINGS FROM THE CEILING SPEAKER. MUST BE ANOTHER PHONE CALL TO STORE. IT RINGS 10 OR MORE TIMES BEFORE IT WAS ANSWERED OR CUSTOMER GOT MAD AND HUNG UP.

I was looking for a specific gift and I found it online, at Target. I ordered it, paid for it and it was ready for pickup in 15 minutes (I didn’t want to pay for shipping). It was 5:30 pm, I went to Target, showed them the email and the lady walked in back and returned with my package in less than a 2 minutes! I was in and out of there in 3 minutes! I have zero complaints and I will definitely shop this way again.

After a long ride had to wait over 30 min. For someone to take care of me and than when I got my item the box was broken and I ask why it was like this his answer was dont know

It’s super easy, convenient, and I’m in & out quickly. If I need something & don’t have time to shop around, this is my quick fix!

Friendly service and great prices

Their clothes for this season are better than Ive seen in there before. There were a lot of cute things that werent cheap looking. Generally, they are a little pricey.

Because its Target. They have the dog biscuits my dogs like and their canned dog food at much cheaper prices than other places, and theres always other good stuff to buy.

Target is very nice and organized. The employees are nice. My only problem is that the prices are a bit too high. Target is usually last resort in my area when I need something.

Our cashier was hands down, the best most personable cashier I’ve ever met! I’ve been to target many of times and I’m happy to say, Desmon was the best I’ve EVER came across.

I like shopping there. Mostly fair prices, always nice employees and its laid out pretty well.

I always shop here but the best thing about this store is the pharmacy. The pharmacist so very polite and professional.

Clothing selection was mediocre in childrens department. Good prices. Many newly stocked items were not priced in some departments.

10:45 on a Sunday morning. 12 registers in the store and only ONE was open. I was the 10th person in line. I looked around for a clerk (none to be found) and finally went to the cafe and asked if they could get more help on the registers. She called and another clerk did come to help. Why isnt the only cashier who is working, paying attention to how many people are in line and calling for help when needed? The cashier was nice and helpful with a price match, coupons and processing a gift card though.

Terrible customer service! The manager meghan rubbed the access number completely off my gift card ruining it and said there was nothing she could do about it we would have to call the number on the card.... Well that number was called and the employees kept hanging up on us. When asked to speak to a manager they kept us on hold for 45 mins.

Tried to return something without a receipt, said they couldnt return health or beauty without one. So I called to talk to a manager and after I was on hold for about 20 minutes, Lori told me that they would have to watch the video first and to call back another day.Now tell me, why would they have to watch a video?Of course my reaction is and question is, do you think I stole this? She starts to laugh and says no. then why do you have to watch the video? She never gave me a clear answer.What the heck is going on there that I cant return something without my receipt and they have to watch the video? Ive never stolen anything in my life nor do I plan to. Id rather go 20 miles out of my way then go back to that store!!!
