Just purchased a car from them. Never again! They are dishonest, unprofessional and scammers!They knew the vehicle had a dent and scratches but lied about them.Also they made a $600 payoff error and stuck me with the bill! Other than that they are nice guys.* The dealership read my review and reached out immediately.They actually had a specialist come in and repair the dent in my car door! It looks great now.They apologized over the payoff error and went out of their way to make me a happy customer.Thank you Nick Abraham for helping me with this!

Scheduled a repair. Brought it in at 8 am. Waited till 230pm, then asked if it would be much longer, was told it wouldnt be done that day. Wasnt angry about that, knowing how things are now, it was the fact that the manager never even looked at me and told me this as he walked out the room and closed the door. Didnt come back out. I had to literally talk to a mechanic to get my keys so I could leave. Poor managerial and people skills. Took my repair to Firestone, great people and attitude.

I dropped my car off a day early. Todd my service writer would not go for a test ride so I could show him my suspension problem. I told him it was a control arm. This was a problem he could not diagnose last year. I told him it was knocking real bad and not safe to drive. I left the car only to get a call the next day from Todd. He said he took the car on 3 test drives. He was unable to find anything wrong. I dropped what I was doing drove back into the dealership. A mechanic was able to ride around the parking lot and heard the loud clunking noise that a worn out control arm makes. Todd’s inability to diagnose and communicate with me was very frustrating. After not hearing anything from Todd for 4 days, I went to Elyria Ford to check on my car. On my arrival, Todd’s attitude was unacceptable. Although after I showed the mechanic the problem the work was done very well…Me and my family have been buying and having our cars fixed at Elyria Ford for over 30 years and now I don’t this we will be returning.. Very Unhappy with my experience…..

Ford recommend that I get 4 new tires on my car and it needed an alignment. I scheduled to get new tires and when I got my car back the tires had dift on them that looked like they had tried to clean off the tires. In my experience of getting new tires they had always been a bright black and a skicker on them. These tires looked far from being new as far as being clean. I took it back and asked about it and they said they where new tires.

Chad W the service manager is so unprofessional I’m disgusted they had my car for a recall they didn’t replace properly they refused to fix the problem. It had not been a year since it was replaced for the recall and I haven’t even driven 10,000 miles since it was replaced. They refused to tow my car after the next day my transmission went completely out when they told me “nothings wrong with the car”. 100% do NOT recommend. I understood there were guidelines it has to fail before replacement but they were so rude to me. My grandfather has bought 13 vehicles from them and I bought a car from them in 2014 and was pleased my family will not be back and will go else where.Jason in Service department wouldn’t give me a straight answer with my car and was very short with me and said “we don’t have the time for this” he mumbled. Also when I was trying to be patient with him over the phone while explaining I was to pick up my car he then hung up on me.Reported them to Ford and BBB

The service was good-recall notice taken care of- but I was having transmission problems and had asked them after fixing the recall which they did to test drive the car to check my original concern. They did not test the car as asked and the problem after pick up was not handled. I had to reschedule and was not happy they let me drive a car away with a transmission that had a serious problem.

He’s straight, honest and completely straight forward and to the point. You don’t Find that in cars sales anymore. I am always treated well, and my car is serviced quickly. This time, however, I had a real problem with Service people pulling their masks below their chins while in the presence of elderly people. Not a good practice. When I arrived, I refused to approach the main desk until the employee pulled his mask up. He later , without pulling up his mask, discussed something with an elderly gent. They were no more than 2 apart. Appalling. This lax behavior could kill someone.

Let me say, Jason and Donna were nothing short of spectacular. The entire experience was fantastic. My daughter was nervous going in and felt totally comfortable coming out. Just purchased a 2016 Explorer from this dealership and my experience was 1st class. Adrian, my sales rep, did everything to make my buying experience a pleasant one and he bent over backwards to make this deal happen. I also had an issue that required a service center visit and they handled it with complete professionalism and the issue was corrected very quickly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to purchase a vehicle from an experienced staff and I appreciate this very much.

I cannot recommend purchasing from this dealership. I held off on leaving a review to see if they would respond to my complaints but they didnt.Ford certified is just sales tactic here so dont believe any of the items on the Ford checklist are actually ok. I made the mistake of believing there was some kind of checklist done. Later I realized the tires might have met depth but they were dry rotted, found cigarette burns in the headliner, no floor mats, found goo all in the carpet and on on some of the seats, there was damage to the rims and all those items are supposed to be cleared by Ford Certified checklist as no damage or repaired/replaced.On top of that the car had a massive oil leak from the oil pan which luckily my mechanic discovered the very next morning and it spent a week at a Ford shop immediately after purchase having the entire oil pan replaced. It also spent another 2 days at the Ford shop again for groaning and creaking front end during braking. If this car was checked over it was very cursory with little care. The cosmetic items above should have been repaired for certification and the oil leak could have destroyed the car. Thankfully my local Ford also convinced them to replace the dry rotted tires so they were at least safe.This was a 2016 with 26,000 miles so there should have been no reason to suspect such damage or that it hadnt been thoroughly checked but in the end it is incredibly disappointing and I cannot recommend going here for a vehicle.

The service department at Nick Abraham is excellent, beyond expectation! I have taken my mustang to them for routine maintenance and have always been satisfied. Last weekend I had a tire blow out and noticed a grinding in brake region...I took car in on Monday morning for evaluation. Not only did they fit me in for the brake repair but had my specific tires in stock to get those taken care of at the same time. To top it off they provided a loaner for me to get to work at no charge. THANK YOU Brian and crew! I truly appreciate your flexibility and professionalism in addition to always excellent service!

Brought my truck in for a check engine light problem. They said I needed a fuel pump and wanted $830 to fix it. Went elsewhere, found out it was just a fuel filter that needed changed. Saved $800 going elsewhere. Needless to say I wont go back to this place.

I had four new tire put on my 2016 fusion. I called around and the dealership Nick Abrahams had the best price for the exact same tires out the door. When I got there they were able to take me on my appointment time. The staff was very pleasant and professionsl and they finished within the time limit they gave me. Took our Ford Explorer in for recall and warranty service for heated seats. Was told heated seat was not a warranty item. Clearly states on warranty information that they are in fact a warranty item. Service department said that they enter the part number and it is “black and white whether it is covered or not and it came back not covered”. When I got home and entered the part number it comes back as a seat cushion which would clearly not be covered. I would not recommend taking a warranty repair to this facility if they will not be willing to put the correct part number in to actually do the warranty work of the vehicles that they sell. Pretty sad when they will enter the wrong part number to avoid doing work because it’s not profitable.

Had my oil and a tire changed. Everything went well. Friendly staff and quick service, especially for it being early in the morning. The waiting area was very nice as well as the bathrooms which appeared to be recently remodeled. Everything was very clean and well lit. Not sure if it was included in my oil change package but they also washed my car for me. Which was much needed since I had been unable to do it for a few weeks due to freezing temps.

Great service and prices I never thought a Dealership Service department would be so competitive on price. I went in to get some warranty work done and I knew i was going to be needing breaks soon, anyhow long story short, Nick Abraham was $50 less than a Local Shop in North Ridgeville. Also got a price on new tires and they were $100 less then a another local shop. I will always take my car here from now on, Great Service ask for Brian in the service Dept he is awesome, I was in and out in no time and they did not try to sell me a bunch of things i did not need. Absolutely wonderful!!The service/mechanic team at Nick Abraham Ford treats us so nice! Works our needs in quickly and tells us straight up, no extras we dont need. Saves us money when they can! Makes simple fixes at little to no charge. For example, tightening a screw that was causing an idiot light to go off on my dash. Other places wouldve charged me ridiculously and called it major repair.Thats why we keep coming back !!! Great Job

Was there for a car show. Go once a year and as always was pleased with the turnout. Unfortunately the way its advertised now, you get the feeling if you drive something other than a mustang, your not what they wanted. Ive been there at least 6-7 times and Ive seen it go from a Ford, Mercury, Lincoln show to basically a Ford & Mustang show. I liked the diversity of it before which it Didnt have now. OPEN IT UP TO ALL FORD POWERED PRODUCTS PLEASE!!!! You dont need to bring the Ford backhoe/ loader back ( but I did enjoy it also) but bring back the DIVERSITY!

My driver door handle broke. Even though they were extremely busy that day they found a way to work in my repair. They did a beautiful job. On a regular basis they always seem to look out for us. When I talk to other people they say the same thing. They make everyone feel important.

Always have to wait too long for an oil change. I prepaid for them when I bought my car. I wont do this again. Its not worth the wait. The car wash was down last oil change. They didnt even tell my husband why the car wasnt washed. Nice perk when you get car serviced. I called and Todd explained it was down and said it was up now. Bring it back. Its not like we live around the corner.

I always love going there. They treat me like I was part of their family. Good hard-working people. Everyone from the Body Shop (Dale.Mgr. and all his crew), The Service and Parts Dept. have ALL been extremely wonderful . And it all started one day when I was looking for a new car and someone highly recommended them. I did not even think about going to them at the time. Sure glad I did. Chuck gave me a decent trade in on my old car which another dealership would not give me anything for. After the other dealership found out what Abrahams offered me for my other car they later called me back saying they would give it to me. The fella said he did not know why his boss was going to go and give it to me but he did. By that time though, Abraham jumped on it, gave me what I wanted for my old car they had earned my trust my loyalty. The other car I was looking at the other dealership had 5 miles on it. Same car Style. Mine was driven from Toledo I think which put 400 miles on it but Abraham extended my warranty do to that. Somehow the 400 extra miles didnt mean that much for me to make my decision. Chuck, General Mgr of sales......... Great job! And believe it or not they do honor that warranty to wash your car for free for the rest of its life. Anytime I had a question about what the car could do. Because it can do a lot of different things I would call Poor Nick in Sales on the phone and he would walk me through it or I would drive my car in there and hed show me. Even if it was a repeat question. Never made or makes me feel stupid.Nick you are definitely an asset. Dont know what I would do without you. I love every one there! I mean this most sincerely..... Thank you ALL for making Abrahams what it is today !!! A wonderful place that supports you from buying a car to keeping it running great for years !!!!

Still waiting for an oil change after sitting for almost two hours! Once done, my total wait was two hours and twenty minutes. I was told this was the busiest Saturday in three months. I am usually very pleased with their service and I will still use their them in the future. But I will try to get an oil change on a weekday instead.

The service culture at Elyria Ford never ceases to amaze me. We noticed a problem with our car late on Saturday prior to a week with a holiday. I called Monday morning and was told they would work me in the schedule but due to the short work-week they were running close to a two-hour wait just for oil changes. So I dropped off my car around 11 am expecting it to be there until after the holiday, Much to my surprise, they called that afternoon with the car repaired and ready to be picked up.As busy as they were, they got to my repairs and were also very pleasant and friendly. We really enjoy working with Nick Abraham Elyria Ford! They are always respectful, open, honest and efficient!

Recently had an oil change and service performed on our 2014 Ford Escape. Asked service man to change the right front turn signal and I understand that the technicians work on a flat rate. I was told they would have to remove the front bumper to change the bulb. Strange as it may seem the Owens manual states to remove front wheel then remove screws on fender well and pull back to expose turn signal bulb. I guess that job didnt pay enough flat rate to be worth doing that service. I cant even change the tire because the factory lug wrench doesnt fit the lug nuts. Great service
