Theyre very deceptive! Hide prices and over charge for items! I went in for my wife and the lady charged double for a $20 tub of bleach($40) on top of $20 hair glue which she charged $30 for! She peeled the price off of it so I couldnt see it! When I looked at my receipt I spent $71 for what typically be $23 at any other place! I went back in to get a refund for the Hair glue and the lady tried to tell me we only do store credit What would I need from a beauty supply store? Nothing! Eventually she gave me my refund but was very nasty with it! Wouldnt recommend this store to no one!

A very uncomfortable experience. I went in bought a few things, and they stare you down like crazy. They don’t even have manners or respect. I do not like the customer service, but it has a pretty ok variety.

Went in for hair extensions and it was so easy. The lady at the register helped me pick what I needed and it was quick. She was very nice and re-assured that it will be good

My experience at this beauty supply store was great. The staff were very friendly, informative, and helpful to my needs. I’m sorry that I forgot the wonderful Jamaican woman name but, she’s fantastic. Greenwood Beauty Supply has nice staff, and great service.

I get almost all my products here. Very reasonable prices. Staff are very helpful. Their human hair wigs /hair pieces are great quality, my favorite is Human hair 7 piece clip-on extension and only they have it in NJ. Cant live without it!

The first time I went they accused us of stealing. Second time I went there, they had expired products and we were treated very rudely. Very very bad experience here. Better off going to a drugstore and finding the same products, cheaply priced and treated with better manners. This place should be closed.

I don’t recommend this at all. I am new to wig and clip on, I don’t know much so I asked the owner to help me in buying clip ons for a wedding that I am attending. My hair is black, shoulder length. She recommended a $30 clip on piece set, black and thin straight since I’m on a budget. Ok so I buy it, I showed it to the hairstylist that will be styling my hair the day of the wedding, she opens the pack and looks at it and tells me that it doesn’t match my hair because my hair is not that thin, I need a fuller set. I then go back to the store and the owner was willing to let me exchange it for another piece but first she asked her employer to check out the return hair. This older Hispanic lady that works there had the audacity to tell me that the return hair sticks and I that definitely tried it on. I could not believe this lady. I never tried it on and it definitely didn’t stick but they didn’t believe me and I left with is clips on. I will never return to this store. Very BAD experience.

I called the store looking for a set of individual lashes. I specifically asked for the mini because I wanted to use them on the bottom lashes. The owner answered the phone and very assertively said she had them in stock after I made sure she understood it had to say the word mini in the box. I also asked what time her store was open until and her reply was 8 oclock. I immediately began driving (took me 45 mins to get there) and once I did (quarter before 8pm) she had just turned the lights off. I waited until she got out still 10 minutes to 8pm and told her I was the person who she had spoken on the phone regarding the individual mini lashes. Not only did she not have the merchandise but she very sarcastically suggested I would buy the short ones and cut them. I was livid! Anyone who is in the beauty business or any business for that matter would know there is a reason for sizes as well as shapes and cutting them defeats the purpose of even looking for mini in the first place. Her demeanor after I confronted her with her incompetence was as careless as Im sure she is with her entire business. Never again would I invest my time or money in this place.

I came in to the supply looking for hair extensions, Kerry was soo helpful and took the time to match my hair to the clip ons. Laura is also very helpful every time I go in.. I give them 5 *S as they have everything you need to get ready for an event! Very convenient location right off of route 4, If youre looking for one STOP shop, thats the place to visit!

This store has everything plus more!!!!! The human hair is very natural and has the best quality. The clip on extensions are my favorite. Not to mention the customer service is great! The lady at the register is very helpful and kind.

Some things you cant buy without trying them on, and for me its a hat. If I cant try it on, I wont buy it. So I went next door to Boltons and found an even better hat and a 25% off coupon. Tried it on and bought it.

Great little shop, from the outside you cant believe how much is in there. Something for everyone- hair doodads (barrettes, clips, ponys, bobbys, headbands, flowers) makeup, jewelry, fun stuff and of course the usual beauty supply products.The staff, at least when Ive been there, arent overly friendly- but not rude either. If you need help, ask- dont expect it otherwise.Where I think Greenwood stands out is their wide selection of affordable wigs, falls, sew or clip in extensions and add-ons, especially for darker or ethnically textured hair. Lots of options for new looks.Last time I was able to find a blonde scrunchie to fortify my short pony. When my hair was dark, I bought quite a few accessories including clip in ponys, and a long curly fall, all synthetic and inexpensive.

The products offered at this Beauty Supply are okay, I would have no issue with recommending it for overall use. For nail polishes they do NOT have big brands like OPI, Essie, etc.

Horrible ! They close at 7:30 on Saturdays it was 7:27 and they locked up and shut the doors and walking out at 7:29 . If you close at 7:30 that means you lock the doors at 7:30 not walk out . There was 2 families wanting to go in . Well not my loss they lost 2 families , there loss they lost out on sales .
