I was shopping for my husbands christmas gift and my skin care set this evening. The clerk told me she can help me so I didnt pick out from the shelf myself. I just told her what I need. I trusted her and didnt check the inside of the box when I paid for it. After I came home before I wrapped it I just double check inside of the box. The inside of box was dirty and the skin toner leaked out in the box. And the items expiration date is only until August 2020. I bought these for my husband but I feel so bad to give this to him. And she gave me a free sunblock because I didnt buy any discounted items. But its expiration date is next month.I didnt know so I just kept it and said thank you to the clerk and now I feel so bad... today is December 21st and from now one month left...I dont want to go shopping again but, I will stop by this store tomorrow again and I will ask her to exchange these.Please check your item before you pay here. If you are too nice then she will give you the items that are old and that have been there long time. Make sure check the box or bottle always!

Ive been here a couple of times with my wife who is very in to Korean skin care. She is consistently impressed with the selection of products. Nearly every product has a sampler and the woman who runs the shop is very sweet and definitely knows her stuff when it comes to skin care.

The selection of products is great, and the employees were extremely helpful. I told one of them some of the issues I have with my skin and she immediately started recommending certain products that would help. I love having a Korean skin care shop so close to me, and so reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back.

So happy I stopped in! Ive loved The Face Shop products for awhile now (the rice water light cleansing oil is a holy Grail product for me), and I decided to stop in on a whim to look at foundations. The associate Sara (sp) was wonderful, very knowledgeable and patient with me. She helped me pick out a fantastic foundation and told me about a promo for masks that had me going home with an armful. K Beauty products are really about loving your skin, and the SA never once out me down about my acne, just helped me find what would work for me.

Very helpful and friendly. Took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me some samples to take home. I will definitely be buying me face products from here for now on.

It was exciting to find a brick and mortar store for a K-beauty brand. It was very well stocked, the prices were great, and best of all, the SA was nice and informative without being pushy. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Dont get their reward card. After the sales woman scanned mine, she said the previous face washes I bought several months ago was valued incorrectly and charged me for it. I bought two face washes because it was buy one get one free and after the sales woman scanned my reward card several months later, she realized it shouldnt have been buy one get one free. Whats the point of getting a reward card if no reward is given and instead was charged for their faulty advertisement?

There is a interesting selection of k-beauty products and always a sale on the FaceShop sheet masks, which are great. The staff is lovely and always send you home with free samples.

Absolutely loved the experience I had at the Face Shop! The lady who helped us was kind and very knowledgeable about all of the products I was looking at and helped me find a foaming cleanser for my dry/acne prone skin! I had always bought all of the products I use from the Face Shop online, but now, I just come down to this store to buy all of my The Face Shop needs!
