The team here was extremely helpful and friendly. Another location made an error on my oil change and they fixed the error no problem and explained to me what had happened. Would absolutely come back here again.

The people there worked very efficiently. Other than the oil change, they also checked the tire pressure and vacuum clean my car !

Staff was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Fully masked at all times (Jan 2021).Manager showed me what was recommended at my mileage and I asked if I could take a minute to run those recommendations by my business partner who knows a lot more about cars. No problem, no pressure. I spoke with partner and he said everything sounds good. So we did the recommended work and they had me outta there in no time.

The dealership that I usually take my vehicle to has a backlog until mid May (6 weeks) due to Covid 19 outbreak, so I decided to give JiffyLube a shot. WOW!!! Am I glad that I did. What a difference! The place was clean and the staff was knowledgeable, but most importantly they were efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I highly recommend the team at Jiffy Lube Ellicott City.

Take care of my car every time

It was my first time at this location. The gentleman who was the greeter or lead, the one who welcomed me to the location was super friendly and efficient when he confirmed all my information in the computer and kindly showed me to the waiting room instead of pointing me in the direction, he walked me there. The gentleman inside at the desk welcomed me, confirmed my car details and what service I was there for. He took my coupon and was friendly to me until he called me to pickup the car at the end. I’ve been to several other JL locations in this area in my 30+ years of living here in the DMV and the staff and service here was by far the best.

I got my oil changed about a month or two ago. I was driving my car with my boyfriend and he noticed this smell. Turns out oil was leaking out from the top and leaked all over parts of my car underneath the hood and that smell was the burning oil. I took my car to a neighborhood shop and they said whoever did my oil change (jiffy lube) didn’t put things back correctly. So I had to spend an additional $85 today to have their mistake corrected from a simple, routine service.

This is by far the best Jiffy Lube Location. The service manager (cant remember his name) is honest and a nice person. Their recommendations have been on point and they always go above and beyond the task.

I actually visited two Jiffy Lubes today. The first one said cash only and immediately told me that I would have to pay the highest amount for the oil change service for my vehicle. I said no thank you and checked on this next location. That one actually looked up my last visit and was able to get me in with the same cost that I paid before. That was much better! Service was quick and efficient. Oil was changed, I was out.

Great experience. Everyone from start to finish was polite and professional. Service was fast and they even let me know I could find promotional coupons online to save $10 before I checked out. Service was good but its really obvious when they try to ramp up the price and tell you that you need other things fixed/replaced when you really dont. Cant blame them though. Fast and easy experience.

It wasnt too busy when I arrived. Everyone was very friendly and they got me in and out quickly. Waiting room was about standard for cleanliness that I expect for a service facility. Oil change and rotation completed without issue. Price is higher than most anywhere else for the services, but then you are paying extra for the convenience of quick service, I consider it an even exchange. Will go back and would recommend if the time at a regular shop doesnt fit your schedule.

Oil changed and car was vacuumed throughout. Office was clean. Employees were polite and friendly. After oil was changed manager helped me explained some of the settings that I didnt know about. Will definitely be using the Elliott City Jiffy Lube from now on.

Ive been to this Jiffy Lube, multiple times (Ive also been to other shops in the area). Theyre easy to work with. You can tell the team is pushed to keep up but they still manage to be friendly. They are still fast, and I have no complaints or concerns with having them work on my vehicles. I would suggest using them to others, especially because they dont require appointments, which makes it much more convenient to use.

Came in early with my new car, they told me I didnt need to get an oil change for another 3000 miles per the manufacturer. They could have just took my money and sent me on my way. They were honest. Topped my wiper fluid off and sent me on my way no charge.

I was getting oil change here until I started doing my own, and my experience wasnt that bad.You will get tons of stories about Jiffy Lube ripping people off.I cannot say this place is free from that. I was once told the air filter was dirty even though I replaced it few days ago, and almost always offered a lot of services... But if you say no, they wont push anymore.But since the price was getting higher... You might get a better deal from the dealer.

While I liked the service of the gentleman who took my car in, because he was engaging and polite, the intake man at the desk with the tatoos had a horrible attitude. He would not recommend oil to me but turns around and recommends oil to the man right after me. He even told people after me he wont keep them long. Me, he disappeared after asking me to enter my details into his computer myself. It took another person to come in and tell me they were done and I could take a sit. I am NEVER coming here again. I wont waste good earned money here.

DO NOT GO HERE! Last two times price charged is higher than whats advertised. Oil isnt recommended, wrong grade, excuse, excuse, excuse. Wont honor prices. I finally got a manager to make it right, but it shouldnt be that difficult.Of course this is brought up after car is on rack with no oil. Cant drive away … What a dishonest shakedown!Learned my lesson and wont be back.
