Everyone is nice most of the time, there are times their bit off. Rite aid need to train better. Ellicott City deserve better service.

I never went here before getting Vaccinated; However, I find myself popping in here often since its so close to my place and they have necessities that I dont have to go into an actual big store. Staff is polite as well.

THE WHOLE STORE NEEDS TO BE FIRED...I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS RITE AID IS BEING OPERATED IN HOWARD COUNTY UNDER THESE CONDITIONS.EVERYONE IS UNPROFESSIONAL,UNKNOWABLE,UNPUNCTUAL,ETC..AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL,I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT THE LOCATION (HAVE PROOF) AND THEY WILL MARK MY MONEY WITH A MARKER THREE TIMES AND PLACE IT UP TO THD LIGHT FOUR TIMES... ITS OKAY TO DOUBLE CHECK IF THE MONEY REAL OR NOT,BUT MAKE SURE ITS DONE TO EVERY MINORITY THAT WALKS IN THAT DOOR...WE STILL HAVE WORK TO DO AMERICA!

The pharmacy is clean and organized. Some of the staff are unhelpful and rude. I pick up my prescriptions regularly here and I came in to ask for an empty vial because mine broke. They told me that was not allowed and that there’s nothing they can do. I’m pretty sure it was the pharmacist (not the pharmacist manager because she’s usually helpful).

I called a few minutes ago to speak to the pharmacy as I had a few questions about the Covid vaccine. The person who answered was rude and dismissive. She kept interrupting me before I could get my entire question out! She was unprofessional and should not be in a customer service type job. Nor should she be allowed to answer phones. As an emergency call taker, I would be fired if I treated a caller the way she treated me. She made me feel like I was unconvincing her. Very poor service. I won’t be spending my hard earned money in that store anytime soon.

While waiting on a prescription an employee was on the sales floor having a personal conversation on the phone because extremely loud and using vulgar words. As a manager for another company this is very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location to conduct any type of business.

The drive through is awful: they leave you waiting forever and then get rude when you ask a question. The video monitors and intercom system for the drive through don’t work. They are always understaffed and unprofessional. Definitely stay away. Store is dirty. There are much better choices in the area.

I have been a customer/patient for 17 years. Sunny has always been ready to help with prescriptions and shot reminders as well as always having a competent, knowledgeable staff. Its as close to hometown service as one could expect. I feel as if they are genuinely concerned for my health! Thank you!

Some of the pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. I was trying to refill my prescription and asked a question to ensure I got the right brand (a lot of generics and previous experiences of being given a different one than what I originally wanted/described) and was met IMMEDIATELY with a raised, angry tone.

I love this Rite Aid, I never have to wait at the pharmacy and they are on top of orders. Moving from an area where I had to use CVS I was amazed when I called the pharmacy and someone actually answered the phone. Also, I was amazed they could turn prescriptions over so quickly. I guess I got used to the bad service at CVS so much that I forgot what good service was like. Well done Rite Aid!

Love the staff & the customers. Store has many different products & percriptions, flu shots..ect..great seasonal items almost always 50% off..many buy one get one free items to. Great location for different errands to get done & easy parking lot entrance and exit

Waited for more than 50 minutes to pick up a prescription. Theres absolutely no reason for there to be one person working in the pharmacy at a time.

Kamia (forgive spelling if incorrect) was fantastic! There was an issue with my transaction that she diligently worked to solve, where others wouldve given up. She saved me a lot of time and it would be great if more places offered this kind of dedicated service to customers. Thanks again, Kamia!

This individual Sunny on their pharmacy staff has been incredibly rude to me, my spouse and witnessed the same behavior with others as well. we wont be coming back where we are treated as inconvenience. this individual lacks patience and was very disrespectful when seeking answers to questions. you are here to help because you are supposed to be an expert and we are not. if you are going thru something then take a break and come back but you do not treat patients who show up with pain and medical needs the way you had treated them.

I was browsing and looking at some cosmetics display at this location one morning before heading over to work. The security guard was behind me watching as if I’m a criminal. She never acknowledged me nor said anything. She was following me with serious looks on her face. I said hi and she never responded. I felt awkward and ended up leaving. Never been treated that way. Very rude people and disrespectful!

Not enough workers at pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is usually helpful. Everyone there has always been friendly and patient when I bring my toddler along to run errands.

This rite aid is useless. They write down your insurance incorrectly and then don’t process the prescription as the wrong insurance is not working. Don’t even call back. Pathetic

Store is big and clean. Nice corner location (access from two roads). Went there for prescriptions for years.

The pharmacy hours are wrong, both online and on the hours board at the store. They do not open at 8am on Saturdays, they open at 10. Why hasnt the board at the store been changed?

Workers are beyond incompetent, pharmacys transparency and communication is consistently terrible, and wait time everywhere in the store is terribly long.

I like how they work with on time text msg . no need to wait forever to pick up , just wait to text msg and then can go . superb service

Call to see if an rx was ready for pick up an hour and a half after the pharmacy was supposed to open, and the manager tells me that the pharmacist didnt come in yet and they have no clue when to expect them.

Very worst pharmacy experience ever . I had to wait to receive a flu shot for nearly 45 minutes and the pharmacists there were no match for that profession.
