The gentleman behind the front desk wasnt very personable and seemed irritated by me and my son. Right away I determined that I was not going to rent a towable uhaul storage trailer from them. Its a shame he wasnt more helpful. I would have given 4-5 stars. Kindness and a smile go a long way.. this review applies to Uhaul. I did not visit for on site storage, so my review us not about the storage facility.

Its a good place to store ur stuff

Rude staff not friendly at all every time I stop in to make payment sign in window says gone to bank or on grounds wait for someone to show up never can find anyone or they never show up call to make payment finally get a hold of someone and they are very rude take my payment and hang up on me if I could give them negative stars I would alas I have to give them 1 star but they aren’t deserving going to move out ASAP never will rent here again!!!!! Be aware don’t rent here!!!! If you do you’ll be sorry!!! I had rented here previously years ago and deal with two extremely nice women, I’m not sure what’s happened, but seems like a lot of new faces all the time.

After a challenging day of high prices at other storage unit facilities we met David at this location and he gave us an excellent deal on a great storage unit and even jump-started my truck. You cant get better service than that highly recommend this place great people great prices easy transaction

Friendly staff

Just returned a U-Haul there. it was extremely easy except for U-Haul overcharged us and we started seeing charges pop up on our credit card by then later on.

I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a place to store their personal property. They will make sure their customers are happy. They will do what they have too and more to satisfy them. They are so nice and very polite. I would never choose another place to store my belongings and also i will only rent a uhaul truck from this facility no matter where im moving or what im doing. This facility is excellent...... thank you

Ive had items in a large storage unit here (in the Elkton location) for a year now. The unit was clean and dry upon move-in with only a small amount of outside debris and spider webs inside. I would give 5 stars, except that there have been multiple times that I have gone to the office during regular business hours to pay my rent and there was no one in the office. I find that to be inconvenient when I need to speak with someone, but Im unable to because theyre out of the office and will return shortly. Otherwise, units are decent and prices are fair.

Great storage ,customer service was the best ,every problem was solved quickly with management feels real good when you have real good people in your corner willing to work with you. Especially in he hard times.

The office staff has poor customer service. The attitudes on these ladies are HORRIBLE!! My furniture had mold on it when I went to move my things out. If youre looking for a good storage unit with friendly staff stay away from here!
