Rude bad customer service thinks he funny. I can tell his comedy act must of failed and he ended up at the mail bag. Now he is the king of comedy at the mail bag. Or king of the toilet

Great small business with very helpful staff. Ive been there for shipping, passport photos, notary, web design, graphic design and printing at different times and have always been treated very well and the work was done on time and with professional results.

I’ve been here many times for shipping both UPS and Fedex. Not once have I been decently greeted or treated as a valued customer. Today I dropped off three boxes for FedEx that were prepaid. Not one word was said to me as he scanned the labels. Another customer came in a he said come on up to her - she said she didn’t want to get in front of us - he said, “ they don’t have a place, they’re prepaid.”Now why does he treat people this way when this is one of the only fedex drop offs around town? It takes him less than 30 seconds to scan my three boxes. And he thinks he should be paid for that?I have given them many chances to just be nice as this is a small town. I’m finished. I will drive to Newark from now on. He lost my business for any other personal shipping I may do. What an absolute ass!

Excellent service . I always come here to ship instead of the post office because they have always offered a lower price , and the customer service is great !!

Worked with me through email and in person to get the custom work we needed done. Called a few other places and they couldn’t do the job, but MBP could. Very friendly and helpful, would work with again!

Ive never in my life, had the dis-pleasure of meeting a more unprofessional business owner in my life. I was told i couldnt bring my FedEx bags in because they contained specimens and then he charged me $1.05 per sheet of paper when I always paid .15 cents a page in the past. When I asked him why, he said If i didnt like it, I didnt have to come back! This man, the Owner is the rudest, most ignorant man that obviously has problems with females in general because Ive never been anything but a plesant customer. I will let everyone know how this guy runs his business!! !

This was the worst packing job I have ever seen. I had 130 rare antique Edison wax cylinders shipped from Maryland to NY for $74.00 and over 1/3 of these irreplaceable cylinders are destroyed. I advised on packing and it was completely ignored. They used ONE layer of bubblewrap on the bottom of the box with 47 lbs of cylinders on top of it. I wrote to the company and all I received was a simple sorry and that he (Ray) would file a claim. The box was not even packed to FedEx guidelines. 120 years these survived.. Until this company got a hold of them..

Had a mailbox , was given email alerts when mail arrived, very convenient. Staff is wonderful. Prices are good.

Anything I need sent out, is done in a timely fashion. Ray, Shawn, and Patty are the best!

Ive gone to them several times for printing and shipping. The owner is very helpful and nice. He did a large print job for me in under an hour because Staples screwed up. I will not be returning to Staples. I will be returning to MailBag.

Great company very convenient

This store was listed in a Google search for UPS shipping near me. They say that the shop hasnt been a UPS for five years. Got stuck in Bridge Street traffic during road work. NO, dont go there for UPS! I dont know how to fix the Google search results.

Convience, speed, comfort what a great place to do all my printing needs much better then staples where i used to go.

Although the service is very friendly, the prices are steep. I was charged $25 to ship a bracelet (so not even a full pound..) in my own packaging UPS to NYC. Baffled by the price, I went home and used UPS charge estimator and discovered I was charged for 1-day shipping, even though I requested the cheapest and slowest delivery. UPS showed the price as being ~$9 for ground shipping from my ZIP to NYC. Im disappointed in being charged $25 to send such a small and light package. Only bonus is receiving an email update of my packages delivery.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Go to staples. This guy is very rude and I’d bet he’ll be out of business soon with the way he treats customers.I was warned many times to avoid this place and now I know why.

I had a pre-paid Fed-Ex Label and Box. I package the item myself, all I needed was the plastic self-adhesive window envelope to put my prepaid label in and attach it to the package. The Plastic envelope is something Fed-Ex provide for Free. They charged me $1, for something they get for free. I mail a lot of stuff, I spend hundreds on mailing, and these people will never get a package from me again.

I dropped off a prepaid label FEDEX package. The owner was a jerk, said he only made $.50 on each parcel and complained people like me were putting him out of business. If I hadnt needed to return the parcel, I would have walked. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to Staples.

I wouldnt even give this a star. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The owner is a total moron and a dick! He most likely stole my package and made me pay obnoxious amounts to ship it in the first place. When I called after 3 weeks of not receiving my package (after sending it priority overnight) he was so nonchalant and said well UPS loses about 1 out of 6 deliveries per year. I cant believe this lazy ass incompetent person still has a business. It was a mistake to go here. Waste of my money and my time!

This place deserves no stars. They keep your packages and try to blame the post office for their incompetence.Thieves and rip offs.Stay away!

This jerk made me pay him $1.00 to print a receipt. Who does that? He keeps this up he will be living in the woods.
