I have not been there for 2 years. Went there yesterday Was there for 3 hours, So many new things to see. Lots of deck and yard things ,very nice. Good sale on Bath towels, rugs and Sheets, Quilts and Pillows.

Ridiculous policy. Dont bother looking at furniture. We chose a sectional couch and they didnt have it in stock anywhere within what would be the free delivery area. We were willing to travel 150 miles for it, but none in that range. Another 50 miles away had it, but delivery from there would be by a 3rd party and the price isnt determined by Big Lots.Asked for the floor model at the asking price and their policy is they cant sell floor models. So they keep stuff on display for more people can want it and not have it.

This location is always hit and miss depending on what youre shopping for. The customer service is always good, but sometimes the store seems poorly stocked and dirty. As long as you use coupons or buy in store specials, the prices are good.

I purchased over $200 worth of home decor here. The cashier told me he made a mistake and needed to rescan my items. The next day I looked at my bank account and saw I was charged twice. When I called big lots he told me not to worry about it that my bank would recognize it and cancel it. I called my bank this is not true.Almost every time I called big lots they told me to just call my bank. when I called back the last time he told me I needed to come in to that store I told him it was 3 hours away from my house. I ended up having to do a dispute through my bank. Going through the bank ties up my $220 for the next two weeks.

Really like big lots. Donated a dollar towards a charity and you get a 5 dollar coupon towards your next visit there.

Theres usually some good items here and I did find somewhat of what I needed. but the service needs to be a little better in my opinion and the bathrooms and floor need to be replaced. It just looks really bad and dirty and the bathrooms I thought I was going to catch something. Kind of bad.

First time Ive been in this Big Lots. Quite a bit bigger than Edgewoods store and laid out better, in my opinion. I needed canning jars and this is the only place I could find them in stock. I ordered for store pickup and they had them ready within one hour!!!

I dont have anything negative to say. The workers are friendly and they are well stocked.

Was a little disappointed that their Christmas decoration section was Very, Very Picked over, not even 1 strand of lights for a Christmas tree. Another customer asked when they would be getting more products in stock and the employee stated they would be getting Very little If any at all everyone came in on black Friday and bought everything Christmas related

Shelves are completely empty today. It is.Christmas eve however you had a year to stock up for it. The only thing on the shelves were picked over items! I wont wast my time going there anymore.

My mom loves shopping at Big Lots and when I visit, we usually make a trip to see what they have. This particular store is usually clean and orderly, with a nice selection of various items including an impressive selection of housewares, candles, bedding and home decor - at reasonable prices. With the closing of major retailers, there are few choices for local shopping. Walmart at the huge box level, Big Lots in the middle and Dollar Stores at the five-and-dime level. Big Lots inventory changes frequently but they offer a selection comparable to Kmart and others that are now empty storefronts. Prices are competitive with online stores and hours are better than more specialized shops like Staples or the local Hardware. The store is conveniently located and theres plenty of free parking.

Love this store but need more help. I bought a pool it was heavy I had to load it in my cart an my car because they had no help. I have a bad back an it took all I had to do it. Wasnt too happy with that.

This was a nice Big lots. Store employees are very helpful! Big lots is full of the savings I love! Plus I always come across some unexpected great shopping finds!

Clean, there was a female Employee who greeted me and asked if i needed help walking in. She was pleasant and willing to help. Then there was a Older male who ended up following me through the store. I felt as if i needed to be watched profiled before even truely entering the store. Even after i asked specifically for and was only 3 aisles from the register where i was greeted

Typical Big Lots. There is a wide variety of all kinds of stuff. The store is clean and the staff was present and helpful. Prices range from excellent to normal retail. The store has everything from food to furniture but there was no baby stuff when I was there.

My first time at this amazingly discounted shopping heaven!! I didnt have alot of time, so wasnt able to see entire store. During the short time and small areas that I browsed I found multiple items of interest all with very cheap price tags. I cant wait until I get a nice extra phat paycheck💸💰 and go me shopping🛍 there lol 🤑 Most likely I will do majority of my Christmas shopping there since they have some of the best prices and a huge selection for all types of people and pets 🐕🐈. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is that a small amount of items arent marked with price tag on items nor any nearby price/item sign. All stores have this problem when they have large volume of products. An easy fix is price scanners which they might have but they didnt have one within sight and no sign seen directing me to one. All in all a very minor thing and doesnt take away from me loving this store!!!! Wish there were more in the tri-state area.

I needed to get a coffee from the bottom of a big display and there was no one near to help me. But I got it by myself. Seems like they need to hire more people but they didnt have many customers either. I didnt have to wait. Cashier was friendly.

I enjoy this place there is always something there for cheap, even if I dont need it. Just like anything else you get what you pay for. However there are a bunch of things there for cheap that are decent. I recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I dont like about Big Lots is they get a huge amount of a certain item and never get it again. I have been disrespected by a couple of their employees a time or two.

I actually found so much stuff in here that I wanted. They have great sales going on right now, and lots of stuff is cheaper than you would find at Walmart.

I bought my living room furniture last Saturday. I went to pick it up today (Thursday). When I get there I find that they have sold my couch to someone else. They send me to elkton to get my couch only to find out they couldnt find it in the warehouse. It took me all day to pick up the furniture that I already bought! Very disappointed to say the least

This is one of the better-organized and cleaner Big Lots stores Ive been in, a stark contrast to the one in Edgewood.

Always adequate customer service and a decent selection. Dont really see them going the extra mile for their customers like some other establishments in the area but definitely suitable for a quick stop in my experience.

Always worth checking out, sometimes you can find a good deal or two.
