Came in for a fresh made breakfast, NOT!Was really looking forward to a giant breakfast sub and they are gone. We would have substituted an omelet from Country Pride, NOT!What the heck is going on here? Where have the restaurants gone?Please bring Subway back or MOD pizza will do.

Went there to get tracker tire changed. As soon as I walked in the man behind the counter was super annoyed. He maintained a rude attitude from that moment until I left. He would huff and shake his head constantly showing me how much of in a bad mood he was in. Terrible customer service.

Shower was clean and hot with good pressure.

The worst TA ever I arrived 11:00am until 10:00pm for oil change I went to office more than 3 time. The oil change pay was empty and they keep telling me you are next all employees they was smoking and sitting outside the pay all day until they closed a lady call me back 1:30am after midnight

TA Elkton is #1 in the northeast they make it happen their techs are professional the customer service is prompt and their estimation of time for repair is precise .

Showers are clean, restroom for women, after you find it that is, is fairly clean. Problem is the food selection is almost nothing. My advice is dont get any food out of the hot case. It smells and tastes even worse. Sadly even my boyfriends dog who will eat almost anything refused to eat it and chicken is his favorite food. If a 100 pound dog wont feed that big belly of his here, Im not even trying again.Ok to park at but either have food already on your truck or plan on walking to 7-11

I’ve been to this location a number of times throughout the years. Typically it’s good, no complaints. This year is a different story. The diner continues to be closed into June, which means the only food available is what’s in the convenience store and the 7-Eleven a couple blocks up the street.For the time being you’re better off going to the Flying J which is only a mile down the road. They have Golden Corral and are surrounded by diners, fast food, and hotels.This location however remains good for resting and charging up. If you need something from Amazon you can get it delivered here.

The TA is not for drivers anymore . Restaurants closed they used to be a great place to stop and get food but not now

I hate giving reviews like this but its locations like this that make being over the road a little more difficult. So the food options are almost non existing. And to top that the options of hot food they serve are not only disgusting but have been sitting there for a while I bought a hamburger and it taste like some sort of fume I believe its from the microwave like display its held in. There atm doesnt work they dont accept Google pay the restrooms are nasty the staff is unhappy. I will never stop here again

Since there are no stars or minus stars had 2 put 1 had trk in shop sat 10/2 with report of bad starter mechanics if u can call them that said loose connections on app batteries under cab didnt even no main Batts on filters r in frame here I am in mass wit dead trk at shpr guess wat its still the sorter imagine that !!

Dont expect to get a tire change here. Sat for 6 hours. Then it might be another 4 hours until they get it fixed. Folks need to get back to work

Dont come here if your looking for something hot to eat cause there is nothing available at 6:45am and there is only 1 guy on shift that is trying to do everything plus this place needs to organize this place.

Great place to stop.The food is always good and the employees are always nice.Showers are clean as well as the rest of the facility.

I was passing through this location yesterday and stopped. Nice stock of everything my biggest issue was the womens bathroom. First off it is located on the other side of the restaurant and there was no sign showing you where it was. I had to ask like 2 employees. Then to have no soap in there was disturbing as well. So I would say they are not female friendly even though I am sure they get female truckers. Do better we all live in this world and should be treated fairly.

If you want to wake up at 4am and come here. Expect zero coffee brewed, a disgusting rest room, disgusting coffee station area with an employee nowhere to be found.Best part of waking up, is not waking up here.

Truck has been sitting in there bay for 8 hours waiting for a airbag.they send all there techs on road calls with ni one to cover there shop floor.

Came in at 6 in the morning with a tire problem lady told me it would be about two hours before they can look at my truck 7 hours later I was informed that they do not have time to look at my truck because they are swamped 3 bays 2 of them empty I missed my delivery and Im stuck here now waiting for a tow to take me to another shop

Restaurant was closed no food available took an hour to get a shower great parking though

Parking can be hit and miss on availability, bathrooms always nasty from drivers Truman hover over the toilet. Basically no food options.

The truck parking is very limited so you have to get here early if you plan on shutting it down later in the day, can’t really say too much bad about it due to it not really being a lot of truck stops on the east coast but at least it has showers and laundry not the best but definitely better than nothing.

Had reserve parking since I had load to deliver at Burris. most of the parking lot was full at noon, but reserves were empty. restroom is clean and not too busy traffic at Sunday, But do get busy on weekdays.A must place to stop, if you are coming to Burris. Blue beacon truck wash down the road, as I got full service with washout after late night delivery without any waiting time. very convenient if you can find the parking space. As for service? well depends of the shift I guess.

Its mothers day and there isnt any restaurant I guess we all just get to eat nothing. Thanks ta what a way to express how much truckers are worth.

Clean all around . No over flowing trash bins. Restrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Service techs were prompt on work order. No one just standing around BSing

If you are a professional driver and you are looking for a hot shower after a long day dont expect one at this TA, just like 90% of their facilities low water pressure and lukewarm water with fluctuations in temperature.

Thanks Elton Md TA. You have provided one of the better travel centers available in the TA chain. Friendly, and considerate customer service, along with excellent Housekeeping, and Maintenance. It was also a pleasure to sit in the restaurant and enjoy good cooking with fabulous service. Close down that TA shop out back, and Ill give you five stars. There are plenty of tire stores available. Thats basically all that shop is.

Was broke down in fuel island and went to service desk and was told 6 to 8 hours. At 4pm manager came out and told me I shouldnt have been told that. Very nice manager and staff after 4pm

Bad diesel water in the fuel !!!

They can’t change oil. They forget close fuel cap on fuel filter when they change oil. Truck has air to filter and stop engine. Your mechanic not professional and he need learn how change oil . OMG!!! I never come TA truck stop againYou on they way to repair my truck 015 Volvo red. It’s that mistake could be dead life on road. I’m very not happy with that situation.

As of lately, they seem to be having service problems. Called the service department several times and no answers. Their roadside assistance made me wait for 5 to tell me they could come out. I tried again the next day after 3 hours no one showed up. I asked for the service manager and was this person was not available. They used to be but this is happening all over the US. It must be due to COVID. They must be short-staffed. Whatever the reason.

I gave it a 3-star. Because I sort of had a bad experience but one of the waiters fixed it for me and they comped my meal. But I had ordered a certain sandwich I think it was the chicken with bacon and pepper cheese. The guy did not make it right didnt know what he was doing. So I ate rest of my dinner waiting for this sandwich to be fixed. When they got it back I ended up just picking through it and taken half of it with me. But like I said the waiter called the manager and got my meals comped. I was not expecting that. But I like how he took charge and took over everything. And he was not even my waiter I dont know what my waitress was doing. But honestly if the waiter was paying more attention to the food orders and not his cell phone as the pictures show. Then it might have turned out differently. Also I dont know what this is on my salt shaker. It looks like dried up ketchup or BBQ sauce. Was not impressed at the salt and pepper shakers werent clean that makes me wonder on what other stuff is clean in this place. I would just be very careful if you come into this place and make sure you check everything out.

Good food at reasonable prices...the service is absolutely fantastic in the restaurant! I visited on 31 October 19 at 2015hrs.. the staff there not only made you feel like your home but treated you like family and friends! I cant wait for another trip up this way! ( yes Im a Texan)

Badly experience with service... need fix issues on the trailer... mechanic charge me for 2 hours 222$ but not fix for ... come with issues and living with some issues but left over 200$ for nothing and wast of time total including waiting line around 3.5 hours.... terrible.....few hours ago stop by at Love’s and mechanic fix it for 15 min and charged 32$... can you believe it??? Never stop here for service...really unprofessional

Needs better management. 2 Poor experiences back to back. They failed to drain their used oil storage so they couldnt perform a PM. What shop doesnt actively manage this? If youre a repair shop & cant do simple oil changes due to poor planning, youre essentially out of business.I returned a few days later- waited 5 hours. Pull truck in, & they dont even have the standard filters in stock. A total waste of a day! Someone needs to learn how to run this business- cause its not running well!! Go to another shop where they may do a better job, & move faster where you dont have to unnecessarily wait for hours...

Great service and my steak was cooked as ordered. The price was also reasonable without breaking the bank. Many of these sit down restaurants for drivers are closing and going to a fast food environment to which I find sad.

Three stars for cleanliness, wouldve given no stars for the ignorant rude staff behind the counter. Managers need to pay attention to these kind of things. We deliver for society to SURVIVE and to catch attitude for no reason, to say thank you and have the cashier just look over my shoulder and ask the next customer can she help him, no youre welcome, or of coarse, absolutely RUDE.

Swung in to fill up, hit the bathroom, and head out. Staff was super friendly, bathrooms were beyond clean, and a great selection of all kinds of snacks and drinks to choose from. Not to forget the cheap gas too. Thanks.

Clean, prompt and dinner was very good. I got lemon-pepper grilled fish and stir fried veggies. I was pleased with the meal.

Although its an older TA its pretty clean. I had a break repair done, tire changed, and mudflap straighten and trailer dock air bag replaced ( I had my own trailer dock air bag and tire) for $212 out the door. I was pleased with the price for once. The night guy I had looked pretty young, but did a great job. Considering the reviews from the past I was expecting bad service, but I got treated good.

Management was more unpleasant that your average ta.

Very clean and accommodating. I had a special request for scaling, and it was no problem. Waitresses in restaurant were very pleasant and friendly. Also has a cb shop in store if needed. Good experience

All is great from the service tech Andrew to Elise the waitress and the counter and shower girls. Andrew took care of my truck issues in a timely manner and listened to my concerns. He did a job well done. Elise was very friendly and attentive as our waitress. Didnt get the shower girls name but they were friendly and the showers were clean.

Order pancakes and 2 eggs and sausage links, and sweet tea. First the pancakes were not cooked right fell apart as soon as you touched them .Ordered eggs over medium the whites where not done ..the sausage likes where cold. Sweet tea was sour. Will not be back to eat .Service was good though

As far as a TA goes this one is pretty decent. I mean their coffee still sucks, but that is pretty typical for a TA to have watered down burnt tasting coffee. Their parking lot was in pretty decent repair.

Not bad over all but good luck with parking!!! A local trucking company uses the TA as a terminal. They park their cars in truck parking spaces which are few and usually full. Management doesnt know or care.

Takes FOREVER to get a patch job done here! Couldnt even get the tire off! Grrr.

Had a really nice breakfast at the TA in Elkton MD this morning. The waitresses were cordial Donna and Tammy were welcoming and attend to my inquiries with a smile. Stop by and have a cup of Joe when in town I recommend it.

This truck stop should be better then what it is considering the lack there of truck stops out this way. Its currently easter sunday and the lot is full of truckers but NO COUNTRY PRIDE! theyve closed the restaurant down, so truckers are forced to spend money on expensive junk food! Please fix this location!

This TA has a large parking lot with plenty of space for set up. The people that were working when I arrived in the evening were extremely friendly. The following morning, the people working were rude and I was totally ignored as I stood at the counter waiting to pay for my coffee.

I have to say that my visits here are good experiences for the most part. My interaction is usually with either Angie or Jessica. I run at night and this a main stop of mine on the way up North. No complaints here Ill continue to patronize here.
