I waited about 25 minutes past my apt before someone saw me.I can’t say if I actually received my booster. They guy prepped everything and went to give me the booster but for some reason is didn’t successfully go in and the contents went on my arm instead of in it.I can say this was noticed pretty quick and most was not administered and I was told I needed to get another one. So he does it but it didn’t even get a quarter of the dose half. idk if It will even work the way it should 🤷‍♀️

Hands down nicesr rite aid around. Their selection for almost everything is top tier. Hair care selection is especially nice. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

I didnt have any problems when I went in. I was greeted and they pointed me towards the drinks. Got what I wanted and checked out quickly. I feel like alot of these reviews are cranky boomers. No line, no fuss, no problems.

Im extremely upset with my experience here. I do appreciate the fair greeting when entering the store. But it felt artificial and lacking of sincerity. Then when I went to check out there was no hi or did you find everything you needed? Last but not least as I grabbed some candy at the front employees were complaining about waiting to leave and this is the longest day ever. As I left the store another car began to pull up to the Rite Aid with ten minutes until closing time. The other approaching customer exclaimed I have nine minutes left. At that point I left. Please take care of this issue.Thank You. With the utmost peace have a great day.

Terrible pharmacy! Only had a few good experiences but if your prescription is running out of refills or you need to update with your doctor, they should let you know! Will not be going back to that pharmacy. They also dont let you know when they will no longer accept your insurance until you go to pick up your sick childs prescription.

Ive stopped in for grocery items here before, and typically have to wait a while to check out. Store is pretty clean, and they have all the personal care and OTC medicine youd expect. Ive never purchased perscriptions from here, no I cant comment on that.

I’m pretty surprised at the reviews because I’ve never had any problems here. Staff is always friendly and everything is always in tip-top shape.

COUNT YOU PILLS!!! In two of the last four times I have picked up the same Rx for 18 pills the count has been shorted, once by 6 pills and today by one pill. That makes it difficult to believe its entirely by coincidence.

VERY rude service from Pharmacist Kate (Katie) P. She believed I had left the counter then proceeded to say rude comments about appearance and state of prescription. When confronted, she denied what she said and continued to be rude instead of resolving the issue. The manager was involved. Will be checking up to see if disciplinary action was taken.

They dont communicate with patients regarding perceptions. Very combated when trying to talk to them on phone or in person. If my sons insurance company would g somewhere else I would. This place is so not helpful.
