We started to use Quick Lane regularly the past few years because of their consistent customer service. Wait times have always been decent and we have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and prices are decent. My recent experience adds to their five star service. After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me “what’s wrong, you just left”. I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. Awesome customer service. As I told him, we will be back with all of our vehicles. Thanks Ross.

We had great service , after having an unexpected dead Battery issue. The battery was replaced and my car was up and running in a day and 1/2. Thanks for dependable service.

Ive always used the quick lane for my oil changes because Ive leased my last 2 trucks at cornerstone plus buying a few vehicles there but I wont be going back. 2 hours to get a oil change is absurd and its been the same for the last 3 or 4 times Ive been there. Ive even tried being there when they open and theres already 4-6 vehicles waiting. They have 2 great guys that work the desks but thats about all the good I can say.

I have driven to the elk river quick lane three times in the past 2 weeks and there is always 8 cars waiting in the lane. Im estimating it would be a 2 hr. wait. It is definitely not a quick lane. Ive given up trying. I even purchased my company car from them. Wont take appointments. Not very efficient and I cant spend that much time. It was nice when they had a service that would pick up my car, but they stopped it.

I purchased a truck from Duane (Fletcher) at Cornerstone Ford in Elk River. Duane was very professional and went to bat for me with his finance manager. The finance manager did not accept my offer on Monday; however, Duane was able to talk his finance manager into the deal and I picked up the vehicle on Friday.I am very satisfied in my purchased and very impressed with the service I recommend. A few months ago we brought my 2017 Mustang in to have the hood replaced with a new hood and painted because we could see that the paint was corroding up by the windshield. Apple Ford said they didnt think Ford would cover the warranty because the fender had been previously painted,which has nothing to do with the corroding hood. We then took our vehicle to Luther Auto in Plymouth to have them look at it and give us an estimate. My daughter, Sara Miller, works there and we are so happy she insisted we come and talk to them. We worked with Rachel, Mike and Adam. They were awesome and very honest with us. They found more corrosion all around the hood and explained to us why it was happening and that Ford should be repairing it for us under warranty. We then contacted our salesmen, Nick Davis at Cornerstone Auto in Elk River where we purchased our Mustang from last year. He talked with his manager and asked us to bring in the vehicle for them to look at. We worked with Bernie in the service dept, who proceeded to tell us that he would take pictures and have Ford look at them and let us know what Ford would do. He went to go get the camera and came back stating he did not need to take any pictures. Ford already knew about the corrosion problem and would order a new hood and paint it all under warranty. He stated they were having the same problem with the Ford Explorers. We brought the car in last week and we were given a rental for free. Picked up the car just this past Monday, and Cornerstone Body did a great job with our hood. I would recommend Luther Auto and Cornerstone to everyone for there great service.

Friendly, happy counter staff. Was able to have a quite fast oil change service today. Synthetic oil change today was about half the price of a typical fast lube place.There is no scolding here if you are way behind on changing oil or other maintenance.I have my disillusion though with Quicklane service after my visit in early July 2021.First, the technician recommended a tire rotation, for brand new tires installed one hour prior to this Quicklane visit!Second, the so called safety check for the other (and all) cars indicates the horn works. Far from true. Has never worked since we bought that vehicle.

Poor my daughter bought vehicle 2 days ago. Everything being done today was recommended by their service department before it was sold. So why was it sold with those issues not being fixed. They are doing it today at no cost but to our inconvenience.

We called ahead of time saying we were coming to look at a vehicle and Claudia set it aside for us, then Anthony our salesman was fantastic and helped us through every step of the way. Was referred to CA about a year ago. My 2002 Dodge Ram needed repair or I needed a new ride.Sarah Artmen was the one to help me. I told her my price range. She did find a number of cars with lower mileage on them for me to test drive.After I decided on one she had her team look at a number of options for payment.The best part was she didnt try to lead me in one car over an other car. She also listened when I told her I wanted to stay in a Dodge, Ford or Chevrolet!While waiting for an oil change. I received a text message with the service technician name. Saying if I needed anything to let him know.Great service all around!!!Update: pulled in for service at 7:02 was told it was going to be an hour to an hour and half. Car was finished and good to go by 8:10.

Weve always had satisfactory service from Cornerstone. However, this week when I brought one of our vehicles in for service, I was concerned that not a single employee wore a mask - not in the service nor new sales departments. Yes, its not a law to wear a mask, but with todays health environment any business where all employees are wearing masks, the message is: We care about the health and welfare of our customers and our employees. Disappointed.

I came in just to get a coolant light check, Ivan really took care of me! He was quick courteous and very friendly! For this reason were Going to come back again for Service. And when its time buy a new truck hopefully soon.Rick

Quicklane was true to their word. Very little waiting, an oil change and filter, a competitive price, and Im on the road again.

Wish I could give it a zero star rating, the lady obviously did not listen at all she was too busy being chatty. They drained my oil then realized they didnt have a filter. I said I get synthetic oil everytime so thats what we are doing today, she responded with how there is a certain oil that is out of stock everywhere. Never told me if it was the oil for my car or not but either way they put in conventional oil without consulting me. A full refund is expected when I go in tomorrow. Also last time I brought my car here I left with a loose spark plug so some unnecessary messing around happened. I dont know why I gave them a second chance.

Went in for an oil change today - had a great first experience. It is first come first service and there was 1 car in front of me. My truck was done within 40 minutes. Everyone was super friendly!

Absolutely awful. I will NEVER give Cornerstone my business. I called asking about a warranty still on my vehicle as I needed something fixed. They couldnt tell me over the phone if I was still under warranty, I had to make an appointment to bring my car in. Once there, I was told my car is no longer under warranty (they had all information needed at the time I made my appointment) amd it was going to cost me $92 just for them to look at the problem. Why couldnt this information be relayed to me at the time I made my appointment? I dont understand why I needed to be physically present and have wasted time driving there. Its an awful way to do business to not be honest and upgront with customers. Go somewhere else, spend a little extra money on a local business that will treat you better.

I would give them zero stars. Always at least a minimum of our 45 minute wait. Doesn’t matter if you come early in the morning. Does not matter if you come in the evening. They have no cars in front of you. It’s still an hour 45 minute wait. I would say horrible service don’t waste your time go to Valvoline

Several bad experiences at this service location. They cannot meet the demands on their service department. Possibly understaffed but I dont notice a lot of hustle either. Told one hour in and out and then every time I get there it’s 3 hours or longer. Take a day off work to visit their “quick lube”, you’re gonna need it. They have lost my business for good.
