If I could give this location a zero, I would. The worst, absolute worst Walgreens Ive ever been to in my life. No matter the time, the day of week, whatever, theres always an issue here. Never enough people to check out customers, level of customer service there is a joke. In each visit, I think to myself, maybe it will be different. NOPE! It gets worse and/or the same level of incompetence increases. The worst part is that Im almost forced to go here because my mother lives close by, but after today, unless something catastrophic happens, Im not going back. Do not go here unless absolutely necessary, or if youre just going to the drive thru. 👋 Im done.

The pharmacy at this location has the best staff. I hope everyone is more appreciative and calm with them because they have had to deal with some difficult customer behavior. It is standard to have to wait for your prescriptions to be ready. Their service is GREAT.

My Walgreens was unexpectedly closed and my prescriptions were ready to be picked up inside. This Walgreens location was able to transfer and fill everything for me no issues same day, but with enough time allowed for the staff to do a full and thorough job. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Pharmacy technicians and Pharmacists like every healthcare provider (like everyone else in our country) are under extreme pressure like no other time in history. Remember to thank them for their help and service!

I was in the area and decided to stop into Walgreens to grab a few things. I figured it was a good time since my kids were home sleeping. More times than not, the employees working the night shift arent the nicest, especially on a Saturday night. David, our cashier, was the opposite of what I was used to dealing with. Thank you Elk Grove Walgreens for employing such pleasant individuals who make customers have a positive shopping experience. I definitely will be back when Im in the area.n

Very busy but also very helpful

I want to compliment Julie in pharmacy.she was so helpful when i drove thru the pharmacy by the window and she helped me get a few items in the store plus water she had the manager bring it out to me by my car. I compliment the manager also . Thank you for this service i really apprecated Julie and this mgr.Im a senior and i didnt want to take a chance getting anything.What GREAT EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE .

Its always great I loved it.

Mutiple times they call me with robocall asking they need update from me. I call them back so there won’t be any delays when I pick up medications and always they do not update he info I give to them over the phone. Why do they even bother to answer the call when they will not update anything and why do I need to waste my time all the time when I’m here?

Pharmacist on duty tonight was very helpful and got my prescription filled right away.

Pharmacy staff is an abselute joke. Two employees decided to give me and my boyfriend false information, just to have us sit there for an hour to find out they’re just too lazy to do their job. An abselute shame to have this be my neighborhood Walgreens.

I come here for the pharmacy all the time because its the only 24-hour one in the area, but I was highly disappointed with the photo experience. My wife and I had pictures of our daughter taken at JCPenney, and paid for the photos and were told we were free to print them elsewhere. JCP did not provide a written release. We sent them to this Walgreens for printing and the man working the photo counter questioned my wife on the copyright of the photos, which to me meant (a) he invaded our privacy by looking at them to do anything other than make sure we werent printing anything illegal, and (b) accused my wife of being dishonest and said everyone knows you have to get a release.No, sir, you dont. Thats not how it works. You just felt like playing policeman today. Find a better hobby, and Walgreens, put someone more respectful in that position.

Waited for an hour to get my prescription and they even could not fill it . No apology or nothing . Just left the store without even asking me if I am going to wait and pick up the prescription . This pharmacy SUCKS . go somewhere else and save yourself the time and headache.

Never ever get your prescription here they charge you over price.For 2 cream they charged me $116, the same cream in jewel is $34.
