I used this company twice when My car broke down. 1st to get off the Freeway, and 2nd when I needed to haul my car to Elk City from Sayre. Both drivers, Joe and Cory, were the essence of professionalism. Very friendly and accommodating. Its stressful breaking down. Its even more stressful when you have a child who is scared of the situation. Her fear left when she got to ride in the truck. Both Joe and Cory were very kind and I cant begin to express my gratitude. If you find yourself broken down in this part of Oklahoma, call them. Theyll make sure to get you where you need to go.

Great service! I just got off work went grocery shopping and lock my keys in my car. Over 200$ of groceries in my car. I called they was there in less than 20 minutes I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend if you’re in a hurry lol.

I would NOT recommend unless you have money to replace everything, they took my personal belongings, smashed my extra phone, took money. Then the day I was going up there to get the car they sold it that same morning to a parts place!!!! They even had notice that I was coming that day, but still proceeded to get rid of the car. Thank you Haines n sons for this lovely deed. 🙄👍

My boyfriend was traveling with work and ran out of gas, he waited over 2 hours on triple a, who never showed up...Haines was to him within 30 minutes of the call and got him back to the road!!! Love how you quickly they got to him!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

They loaded a trailer on a flat bed because of tires going bad. As they loaded the trailer they dragged the back end and damaged it. Have pictures of loading and dragging and they out and out lied saying it didnt happen. I now have a trailer with damage on the rear.

We were on a road trip when our car wouldnt start. We called around to Mechanic shops and none were open since it was Saturday. The first place we called didnt have a vehicle that could help us. Then we called Haines. Not only did they get to us on time, but they also explained the issue and how they resolved it. If youre ever in the Elk Lake area and need a tow or even some roadside assistance, definitely contact them.

Haines and Son is an awesome operation! They have amazing, friendly staff, good equipment, enormous amounts of skilled training. Highly recommended!

As from I can see, it’s not a good place to work. Walked into the office today and heard a employee complaining about not wanting to do something. Word around town is it’s not the first time.

Driving to Elk City today, we shared the road with one of this companys rigs. The tow truck was swerving all over and nearly ran us off the road when we passed them. Then they sped up to well above the speed limit and blasted past us, again swerving into our lane lane and onto the shoulder. Would not trust this companys drivers to transport my vehicle anywhere if thats how they drive!

Not only did these guys save me and my kids from a scammer by towing us with AAA but they also helped us out with Uhaul and picked up our trailer next day so we could finish our trip to Albuquerque that night with a van and tow dolly for my car. best service ever.
